Ordered 10 Birthday Cake timbits with 5 Honey Dip and 5 Sour Cream. Received 10 Sour Cream and 10 Honey dip, shouldn't have to check or watch employee to ensure order is correct.

Luke or lucas the new guy is awesome he was working with dedication and he made so delicious iced capp.

I love having my coffee and snacks at this location because the service is amazing. There is someone called Crystal and she is amazing. She is always very positive, fast in service, and very professional. She makes that location worth to stop by!

They always have my mobile order ready for me when I get there and I love that they don’t burn my bagel:)

Super slow service. I have spent my entire break to order, only one counter staff. It’s not first time, every time it happens to me.

Older lady needs retraining knows nothing about making drinks. Used to be a regular here but not anymore. Very bad attitude also.

In the heart of the Pen Centre. Tim's offers that quick break you need when you're pursuing that deal for new Nike's. Tim's offers coffee of course, but also donuts, sandwiches, soup and cold drinks. With seating and great customer service, it's the place for your caffeine refilled.

Updating my review to one star. I went in about 2 weeks ago after I had posted this, same thing happened. I asked the worker if the cream cheese can be spread out on both halves of the bagel like you would normally make a bagel. And asked for it to be cut in half. She went in the back, came out after nothing done to the bagel. Told me you have to ask to have bagels cut in half now (I just did, and it still wasn’t cut?) and I have to pay double to get cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. I don’t want double the amount. I want the Normal amount spread on both sides? The manager remade my bagel but every time after that, it’s back to the same lol. I just don’t get what makes it so hard to make a bagel properly. If you’re at home, I guarantee you’re spreading it on both sides so why would you not serve it to your customers like that? Employees shouldn’t be serving any food or drinks that they themselves wouldn’t eat or would be upset with.

I work in the mall so I come here a lot to get coffee and breakfast. 90% of the time, I order a plain bagel, toasted with butter, herb and garlic cream cheese, tomato and bacon. It is never cut in half and they butter one side of the bagel and put cream cheese on one side lol. Why am I paying for cream cheese and only getting half the amount? It should be butter on both sides then cream cheese on both sides, then the toppings, then cut. It’s a pretty simple concept I think

Unbelievable… no one called the order number, they made 3 cups of coffee (only 1 was mine) and left unattended on a side counter. Very irresponsible service.

Tables are dirty, I don't think they get cleaned. Sat at one table and it appeared that someone spit on it.

Very busy at the Pen Centre. I tried the new savoury pastry. It was ok, but the flavour was not for me. I went to use the scan and pay and they couldn't get it to work, I said I have never had a problem before. They asked me to pay separately I said just cancel the order because all the money I had was on the app. They had someone else come and they scanned it differently so it would work. If I go again I will bring cash or a physical Tim's card.

Amazing place to have a great chat with some snacks, good accessibility, and crowded mostly.

Mc Donald's wouldn't serve me on my scooter through the drive thru was very hungry and I was able to get a coffee to hold me down until I could get food at home, thanks
