I came a few days ago by the drive-through, the lady operating the microphone was very, very rude. I asked the lady by the window what her name was, it was Tanisha? I tried to talk to the manager, and she did not let her co-workers call the manager over, telling me she was the manager. And just kept arguing with me over the sandwich which she doesn't want to fix the order. Very disrespectful and horrible.

Mehul, Touheed, Sukhpreet, Shivani, Abdul & their whole other staff is quite hospitable. They possess great work ethic, cooperative/polite attitude & friendly manners/ etiquette. This is my only/always go to Tim Hortons location around Milton. Unlike other locations around Milton, the customer satisfaction & quality of beverages is so subtle, taste less & lacking. This location is super busy as they prioritize their customer concerns over everything. They offer easy replacements & returns to assure customer satisfaction. It's quite rare that the quality or taste of their food/beverages is off, but I'd say 95% its full of flavor, delicious & warm. Other locations around Milton, really need to get learn & retrain staff. Theres always huge line ups around front cash, drive throughs & inside. But thats understandable, its a busy location. Only wish may be there can be better management for customers. Some school kids like to make a mess around tables & washrooms. May be the cleaning staff here needs to be more vigilant. I addressed this to the Manager, shes a very calm, compassionate & polite lady. She apologized & assured we'll try our best to keep the place clean & organized for everyone. Keep up ur good work guys!

If you want coffee spilt all over your car, this is the perfect place. It literally happens everytime. If you open the cup, they are damaging cups in a rush then just throwing a lid on. I have gone to work with coffee stained pants and coffee all over my car multiple times because of the incompetence of these employees. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I like the Timmy bcz the customer service is really friendly n fast n the workers always nice n smile anytime u go there that’s why I like to visit there.

Hands down the worst Tim's I've ever dealt with.
I only blame myself, I've been here a few times, always a long wait, drive thru or inside.
Forever the optimist I thought I'll give it one more try.
Shame on me.
The wait was what I expected, got to the speaker of the drive thru only to be told cash only.
Fine, I have cash.
Waited another good 10 mins to get to the window, only to be told the Ice Cap machine's not working.
Fine!
Grabbed my donut and left.
Was the wrong donut.
NOT FINE!
3 strikes in one night.
Bye bye.

Happened to me two separate occasions: most recently got two egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a English muffin. Both sandwiches had mold on the bread.

I ordered apple fritter, and Sathya took my order and given me apple fritter, and it was not in a good state I asked her that if she can give me another one, she argued with me and grabbed the apple fritter from my hand and thrown it in the dust bin, and then she gave the new one she showed me negative attitude very bad experience

It is a nice place to have a break and enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast is a good option there. Sweet snacks are not the best.

Service getting worse day by day Due to the hiring of Punjabi staff because most of them have no idea or knowledge of how to treat Canadian customers. Today I Ordered Large Dark Roast Coffee with Cream and Milk and an Espresso shot as well but the lady I guessed she newly hired and looked like a Punjabi.she slides an espresso shot of a cup instead of giving it in my hand with rudely and an angry attitude.

I complain to the shift manager about her attitude
and said "Why does she act like that I am paying for the espresso shot"
but after one or two minutes can you imagine the manager said: "My order is too difficult to handle our staff". Is that make sense?

Secondly, most of the time at the Drive-thru order items are not fresh after 12 pm for example Bagels, Timbits, Donuts, and sometime Coffee as well.

Most of the time I clean my table and sitting chair by myself. Why because when I request cleaning during my order they feel embarrassed.

I am not happy for putting this type of comment But my question is why is management not improving their quality and environment? I request learn from your mistakes instead of increasing your mistakes.

Bought toasted sesame bagel. It is not cut evenly, not toasted properly. One cut part is very thick and other is too thin, cuts are not even, one is too dark and other is lightly toasted.

I am getting such bagels from here for weeks but didn't complaint in hope of improvement.

You should change your cutter, toaster and train your employees about how to evenly cut a bagel.

Hire professionals. The service is getting worse by the day. Terrible. Waste of time and money. Not coming back. The food is never assembled correctly. Idk what's happening. There's other Tim's in Milton.

If I could give it a zero I would, worse service ever drive thru takes forever to go through very slow service and the staff very rude and incomplete.
Don't even go there, I think Tim Hortons head office should reassess this branch. As its a bad representation to this loved institute.

They got my order wrong; the microphone at the drive-through or in their headsets doesn't pick up sound well. They don't include sleeves with their coffees; you always have to ask for them. They ask for payment first instead of asking if you have points to scan. The environment is always under stress because of high demand and not enough space and workers, I feel. On the positive side, they do offer replacements and refunds easily.

This Tim's is a joke. They say open at 5am but only drive thru. I go thru the drivethru and then they say they have no food. This is at 5: 45am? What have they been doing since they opened?

They was too rude how they deal with me and of the situation before me will call the police to me the supervisor she Wass so rude and she gave me a number for the manager to contact him but no one answer the phone number is not correct

The driver through they close the window, and when I went to the desk, I try to meet the supervisor is Stephanie I try to meet her she didn’t want to meet me and she give me number for the manager or piece of the paper of Tim Hortons paper and they told me to contact the manager when I contact the manager. No one respond to me I’m gonna go ahead to contact the TimHortons Main office to find solution for this brunch, because this is not the first time and repeat many time
