Fast customer service, would like to thank kiarash for his awesome service and helping me so much

This location is managed so poorly. Tim Hortons needs to do a better Job training their managers. There is no circumstance in which a manager should literally huff and puff in a customers face especially when they made the mistake of overcharging the customer. All that was request was a refund on the overcharge but the manager at this location handled the situation so poorly.

Learned the term double double while ordering coffee with 2 cream 2 sugar
Size small is tiny compared to US small.

This location wuz the worst. There wuz about 7 people working and I waited in line for over 30 minutes for a coffee and wrap. The best part there wuz ony two people infront of me. The young lady at the cash really hated her job that day. No smile or welcome. Just what do u want!

Three star for good service and great staff. Is there allowed to bring any pets inside and put them on the tables? Today I was shocked, when I saw 3 individuals came in and after their dog barking they put it on the dining table. These days we have to take more care about sanitizing and respect for other people health.

My go to Tims in northern Richmond Hill, have been there a few times and will definitely go again
