Tim Hortons

Their coffee and tea products are well delicious as well as other items also. I always prefer Tim Hortons over others.

Walked in to this Tim Hortons and ordered half DD and half FV.
They gave me the wrong order and when I requested them to change, they very rudely said that you doesn’t know how and what to order.
Very unprofessional behaviour of the sadaf, one of the team members.

The girls working at Tim Hortons are very hardworking. They are very polite and respectful to the customers.

Sorry I no longer go to Tim's. It does not feel like My old canadian store. Orders consistently get muddled up. Lack of consideration and listening skills.

I saw one day that one of the employees threw some coffee from machines to sink, I asked, and she said coffee a little more time, and she threw out.

They are following roles but their coffee, I never got right. Less sugar, for DD. Also, little taste.maybe they never clean machines properly

Pls make sure that more customers will come

Coffee is freaking burnt. Do not order a freaking iced latte from here. Good for cookies though.

Every time I go to this Tim Hortons Ihorrible experience! The people working here seem to not know what they are doing. Today I went in ordered my drink and then while waiting in front of the exact person who served me for my drink she looked at me and said, “what are you waiting for? ”! Well my drink of course! She said but we don’t see it, while I ordered it and you were the one who took my order!
On another day they told me that they weren’t serving any cold drinks in the middle of the day! How can tim Hortons not be able to serve any cold drinks! Then after ordering a completely different hot drink…. She looks at me and says well we do have iced coffee, when I’m about to freaking leave!

Waiting for 2 steeps teas. They can serve there own kind but made me wait. Then had the audacity to tell me there brewing new teas. But they served 4 people ahead of me and lift my cups at the machine.

Worst customer experience from the lady at tim, she was very rude, disrecpectful, , i ordered a steeped tea it was very cold, i asked her to remake but she denied it,

French vanilla.on the way to shopping or heading towards vacation spot.

Muffins, cookies, doughnuts, cheese sandwiches, there are all greatly tasted scrumptious pick outs available.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. The guy named Taran is very rude and is full of attitude. He doesn’t have respect for the customers and don’t know how to talk with them.

I'm so sick of the employees lying to me! I ask for my coffee to be made with oat milk because im lactose intolerant. I specify multiple times as im ordering, ask again as im accepting the order, and STILL end up getting sick! Whats the point in having a Tim's in a convenient location if the employees cant even care enough to attempt to make the order right?

This is the worst Tim Horton I ever been, there are three cash counters but they opened up only one and there is a big line up and waiting for my coffee from last 15 minutes. Hopefully they will improve the service

Teach some manners and basic etiquette, don't understand how some people even get promoted to a supervisor role, when they can't even answer questions.

I visited this place today very bad experience.i used to visit this place from long time, before this barb was here but management is changed and i came to know manager is also changed, she dont know management skills.very slow service team members were struggling to finish the line.too many team members but magement was unable to manage it nicely.too big line.firstly they didn't pass my drink and then I waited for my food long way and when I asked for it they asked me what was your order.really disgusting.

Very untidy, dirty and down right disgusting location! Windows, doors and carpet looks like they haven't been cleaned in days.
Two chairs with ripped up seats. I've been going here for many years and watched as this place got worse and worse to the point that I would not be going back.
Many of my friends share the same feelings and experience.

I wish they had a drive-through. Also, the place is small for the number of people that walk in.

Went to this location for the first time today and absolutely HATED the customer experience.
The guy that was taking orders was so rude that he even charged me for plain water.

Everything was fine, but only the thing area was too much full of the crowd. And only one washroom for use when a person is inside then we have to wait for the person to get out, some people take too much time inside and no one cares about it from all the workers working there

Went to this location for the first time today. I usually don’t give bad reviews and give people the benefit of the doubt, but absolutely HATED the customer experience.
Hardeep was taking orders and she was loud and sounded rude. She kept saying “next in line” as if she was dreaded to be working.
Also kept saying “anything else” every time I told a drink that I was ordering. No smile, no change in tone.
Will NOT be going back.

Limited seating capacity that was annoying part rest of all was good experience. We went there at weekend may be that's why there was crowd. Seating capacity is approx 20 person.

This is location is a perfect nearby to my house and worth mentioning open till 11 pm even on the weekends

Worst experience ever! They don't know how to serve customers. I asked them for Cravable Crsipy chicken with extra creamy barbeque sauce in it and Small Vanilla Creamy Chill as part of an offer. But, the boy said they were out of Creamy chill, so I asked for Small Iced Capp instead. Then, the girl gave me Cravable Crispy Chicken on Artisan bun.

When I asked her that it comes on Telera bun, then she said they were out of Telera bun too. It was so annoying. I asked her why she didn't she tell me first? If I had known about it, I would have ordered anything else instead. I asked her to make the same thing on White Wrap as I don't like to have it on Artsian bun. She said ok, but it would take a long time.

This time, she put little Mayonnaise instead of Creamy barbeque sauce. Upon telling them that it didn't have Creamy barbeque sauce, they gave this sauce on side instead of making a new wrap.

Disgusting! They always make wrong customers' orders. I didn't get what I paid for. Highly not recommended at all.
