Tim Hortons

I've been to many Tim's and this has the friendliest staff. Thry actually cared about if the icing of my donut stuck to the bag. (They placed it flat in a bag and met me know which one was which so it didn't get stuck.) it's the small thi gs like this that make a difference

Crack heads everywhere smells like piss they got my order wrong went back with the food and said I was lying lol this place is a joke Tim hortons has fallen off hard

It was located Inside the casino so I will say yeah it was okay!

There’s a lot to see from a glimpse of the casino games area to just how amazing the Casino looks or maybe even the view of the Falls.

The Tim Hortons is your usual Tim’s.

This place is filthy but the barista in this location are very nice but they need to clean up this place its smell bad

This is a good place to enjoy a coffee and take a break with friends. The atmosphere is okay but sometimes crazy people coming but it's still good

Came in with my daughter and grandkids and i had jetlag. I was so tired. The young girl behind the counter was very friendly and smiling. I had a big order and kept apologizing she was smiling and laughing saying its ok. Then I left without my own iced coffee wiyh chocolate milk. I walked back in to get iy and the girl called to me.ohhh hey your iced coffee. I think she had forgotten and was just making it. She was just very friendly. I am here visiting from Vancouver Island and im not a fan of Toronto.but this helped me have a great day and helped me think differently of Ontario.

Update: Staff is polite and fast, and order was perfectly accurate! It does need a bit of repairs to the dining area, wallpaper peeling, odd noise from rollers in fireplace, and an empty showcase which can be replaced for floorspace. In the past this location has had significant problems, but this is the most improved restaurant in the area! Service 5 star, food 5 stars!

The tim hortons on college close to ossington the service and the food very bad they dont have anything of the sandwiches terrible place.

The place is dirty and very busy they didn't have what I ordered. There are better locations

I have been going to this location for years now, and now the service has gone down the drain also several times now. I have ordered the same thing and they charge me extra for but all the time they mess up

My order was packed in a bag that was too small with food sticking out the top. When I asked for a larger bag so I could better carry it and my tray of drinks the female server threw a plastic bag on top of my order. So Rude. I complained to a male server who helped me and he apologized for her attitude.

Tonight I witnessed a homeless person picking flees off himself putting them on the table and squishing them, so not good.

Disgusting place! Filthy dirty.garbages overflowing, tables dirty, bathroom a mess, lots of people just hanging out there and outside their restaurant.not welcoming at all.crowded set up for customers, bad service. I LOVE a GOOD Tim Hortons coffee, but I won't go here! Problem is this, the Timmies closest to this one is at St. Clair and Vaughan. 550 St. Clair. Frequented that more, but now I have stopped going there as well. Many undesirables come in, lock themselves in the washrooms for a really long time, so washrooms are rarely available! Drug transaction going on as well. Washrooms are also disgusting. They keep closing down one bathroom? Repairs needed? Staff is very noisy.just overall not very pleasant place (both restaurants) to sit and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.
I now walk to the one on Dupont, near George Brown College (Casa Loma) That is a 30 minute walk for me (senior) but this place runs like a charm. Staff, cleans bathrooms regularly and always, tables are cleaned often and service is amazing!
Please please please, close down the 2 on St. Clair and start fresh. We have new condos going up in this area.what an opportunity.

So restaurants have increased thier prices but give half the amount of food. Now Tim's large chili comes with have a bun. Truly pathetic! I will never wait my money at the location again.

The reps: (Mainly) morning staff are to busy chatting among themselves to take an order accurately. Terrible Customer Service, Morning manager is toral incommpatant, does not know how to use Company Software. McDonald's is better go next door. "Thank Me Later"

Every time I've been to this location, they have messed up my order. I try my hardest to give them a chance but they are just plain horrible. They are so rude to me, they make me feel like the stupidest person in thr world. They mess up evesytine and get upset with me for asking things to get re Made. Amd when they remake it, they make it even worse, on purpose. I once over a year ago stoof up foe one fo their employees because they were getting harassed and they still treat me in horrible nasty ways. I've never been treated worse.
STAY AWAY
spend your money elsewhere, just don't go to the tim hortons on St.clair and Vaughn, they are just as bad
