The staff in the early morning shift at drive thru don’t know how to treat with customers they just shown thier attitude

I ordered 2 chai tea triple triple at 11: 50 nov12 means today. I am drinking this tea from last 2.5 years and today they made too worst tea i ever drink they were busy in chatting.

The best Tims in the area. Thereare several Tims inside gas stations but for some reason the coffee here just hits different and always super fresh food.

Went through various tims for iced coffee.but today I got the bestest iced coffee by a girl named DEEP. Thanks

Coffee always taste burnt or tea like water and milk. The drive thru takes forever and when you get to the window the girls are just busy chatting away.night time staff was very unprofessional she said I don't care about restaurant reputation service!

Unable to use handicap parking space because of an individual standing in the middle of it smoking a cigarette with his e-scooter blocking the spot also

The girl at the front counter taking order is so freaking rude would never want to order here again if she's on the order counter

Ordered everything bagel tossed with butter with hash brown, it wasn’t even worm. On top of that hot chocolate spilled in my car as lid wasn’t placed properly. Customer service lady was rude. I’d rather go McDonald next it in future.

They go above and beyond for you here. Always making sure the order is right. I ordered delivery from here and when it was wrong I returned it to the establishment and they gave me the right order plus ten complimentary timbits. Will always go to and support this location! I recommend the farmer's wrap and the chocolate creamy chill if you prefer non caffeinated drinks.

I generally go to this tim horton on regular basis, but this time I had bad experience. I did order for Medium pumpkin spice latte, it generally comes with whipped topping, which was missing in mine. I checked that when I came home.

The staff was so rude in early morning shift 5: 20 Am. Lady was so aggressive in drive through and the way she talked to us was pathetic.and the coffee was completely trash.very unprofessional service.

Very dirty place with bees flying over the donuts, and when I show this to manager she is so rude and saying because we all open the door, that's why bees is here, I think health department should go there and check ad well.

I was in drive thru about to order. And the Tim Horton girl on the phone named Fateh started shouting. Saying don’t talk to me like this. I told her I dint say anything. And then she sd get lost and will not take your order. I went to the window. Then the other girl came and sd she was on a call with some other guy. Worst customer attendant I have came across. Will like to complaint about the girl called Fateh.

Garbage place to go, i went there after my Night shift, i asked anything veggie nothing no wraps no sandwich no nothing complete non sense staff (lazy)

Rude service and I found several live bees in both of my 2 drinks that I ordered. The store did nothing and instead argued that these bees could have never come. Very unsatisfied with the resolutions. And have complained to the Tim Hortons head quarters for a better resolution. If u need Tim Hortons avoid this specific store as it has several flies flying around.

Nice Timmies as always. Nice ambience with a sufficient variety of food items you might wanna explore.

TD bank & Drive through cash machine is just in front of it so might come in handy for anyone.

Great food, good customer service, dine in and drive-thur. It’s pretty clean and fast service unless there’s rush. Doughnuts, coffee, chicken, sandwiches, timbits, drinks are available. Cheap price but rich quality. Overall great place to get a snack, drink and even lunch.

Extremely clean and staff are very pleasant to deal with. Food was fresh and prepared carefully. I would definitely visit again.

What a rip off, second time this happens. I bought a turkey club and this is what I get.empty bun! I find out well after I left: (

This Tim Horton is a nice place to have some things to eat and enjoy the coffee.the atmosphere of the store was very comfortable and friendly. They keep the place vary neat and clean, especially the working area and the sitting area
and the washrooms.
Working environment is vary friendly and enjoyable.
They have great staff and have great services.
