Tim Hortons

I usually go there at morning using drive through. When I get pick up windows, Lady usually ask me to do 1 lap to pickup order and I used to do same thing. Today I was there at morning, As usual she asked me for 1 lap before she complete my order, I checked, there was no car behind me I didn’t make a lap.

I don’t understand why they are asking to go round and round. Though, I think they wanted to show more number of services to their managers making same car round and round.

When she gave my order, she presented rudely, she ruined my day. Oh God! Help them not show their attitude towards costumer. I was there for my drink, not for their attitude.

Now that's a glazed Timbit from this location. Not only was it just picked up at the time of the picture, it also NOT glazed, it is hard and also comes with a crust that peels off! The Timbit is suitably a reflection of the dry and thoughtless service provided here.

I had an amazing experience and service from Harpreet Kaur. Whenever she make a tea the taste is amazing.

Tonight I visited at the drive thru at this location…. A girl named Harmanpreet Kaur served me. Her speed of service is very quick she made my order correct and I can say an ice coffee like her nobody can make…she is so nice and humble to me. 5 stars for her.

Personal felt racially profiled by one of the workers as a black person. Never going back it this location ever again

I am a regular customer at 515 steels avenue west tim hortons. I usually visited at night and a girl at drive thru Harmanpreet kaur served me. Her customer service is excellent. She is too humble too.

Visited tonight and i did a mobile order and a single girl is working at the drive thru her name is harmanpreet kaur, she is handling that much crowd very calmly and also serve me in very friendly way.she is a good girl.i usually meet her at drive thru often.regulary she serve me so good.

I had a truly disappointing experience tonight at the College Plaza 515 Tim Hortons location. While my friend was in the drive-thru, I decided to order a Lemonade through the Tim Hortons app and handed my phone to my friend to show the order number. However, when my friend attempted to pick up the order, a lady named "Harmanpreet Kaur" accused us of lying and refused to serve us. She gave no explanation for her actions and left us puzzled.

Later, when we inquired about the refusal, "Miss Harmanpreet Kaur" rudely mocked my friend and claimed they couldn't serve window orders, even though I had placed the order via the mobile app's drive-thru method. To make matters worse, she closed the window on our face, showing a complete lack of professionalism. She was mocking us while talking with her co-worker. This made us felt disrespectful.

What's particularly concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. Several of my friends have faced similar disrespectful behavior from "Miss Harmanpreet Kaur" over the past few months. This behavior goes against Tim Hortons' commitment to treating customers with respect and courtesy.

I urge Tim Hortons management to investigate this matter promptly. "Miss Harmanpreet Kaur's" behavior is not in line with the company's code of conduct, and it's tarnishing the reputation of this business. Miss Harmanpreet Kaur is clearly not fit for this Customer Service role. I have never experienced this terrible experience anywhere else in Canada. The current rating of 3.2 stars for this location is indeed concerning, and action should be taken to rectify these issues and ensure a better customer experience in the future.

I ordered 2 steeped teas triple triple with milk. Firstly, the cups were filled to the top that the tea was overflowing even with lids. Also, there was no sugar in the teas and just one milk added in it and it tasted like water. Literally, they need to focus on making right drinks rather than just serving the customer because we are obviously paying for it not getting any stuff for free.

I had an amazing service from a girl at drive thru at night time. Her name is “harmanpreet kaur” she is so polite and serve order quickly. Her way of serving and talking to customers is so good.

The red haired girl that works here, monday 28 at 10: 45pm cannot count or hear. I gave her like 8.50$ and she asked for a dollar more even though it was 8.33$ and then she didn’t charges us for the second tea so we could use the coupon. 2 teas for 3$. And she tried to makes us pay for the tea separately. We had go inside to solve it.

I had a amazing experience and service from harmanpreet kaur. She greeted me warmly and i had my coffee quickly in no time.

The service at this location is pretty well. I love their customer service especially from Harmanpreet Kaur. She works very hard and I’m a regular customer she does drive-thru most of the times. And, always she is very nice to everyone. She makes food perfect and tasty all the times. Even every week of Saturdays and Sundays, she works alone at drive thru. She is really a hardworking girl.

I ordered grilled cheese melt and medium Oreo Icecap with potatoes veggies as suggested by the Staff (Combo). As you will see the picture it's grilled cheese melt in which they gave me spinach and tomatoes god knows what else. 2 stars for the ice cap but grilled cheese melt was ridiculous. Overall very poor service.

We had an amazing experience and service from Isha. She greeted me and my other friends warmly and we had our coffee quickly in no time. I will definitely suggest this Tim Hortons just because of this person - "Isha"

Better customer service, fresh plain croissant. Choclate milk was at optimum temperature; Clean and hygienic washrooms.

They have to improve service need more staff one in a cashier and one serving tea or coffee another two preparing food specially in a pick hours is a big problem taking care of customers

Overall good.food was ok ok.service was up to the mark.moreover it is pocket friendly for everyone.one can get both savory and sweet eatbles under one roof.they have more options in non veg items rather then vegetarian.one thing where they need to work on is the cleanliness nd hygiene.washrooms are not clean at all

Out of sausage 10 am is ridiculous, being a renovated store, could be cleaner. Thumb down.

We order cilantro lime wrap with egg inside and the lady who’s taking order she knows how to make it but super visor Amandeep refuses to make it and she is giving excuses like we can’t fold the wrap. We are ordering this item since last December and they are refused in very rudely manner. I will never visit this location and suggest my friend to never visit as well. I have attached the receipt in review and you can see that this order is possible to make.

Ordered latte with hazelnut syrup today and it turned into hot milk with syrup. Changed the drink already but she still gave me milk with syrup. Can somebody tell them latte is milk + coffee, not milk only? And the staff was really impatient. If you don't wanna work, you can quit your job.
