Tim Hortons

Waited too long for my order in the store. Too much focus on man power for drive thru leaving long lineups and wait time for customers in the store.

If you are coming from the gas station this can become a dangerous drive thru to get to. There is a curved entrance from Innisfil Beach Rd and cars come flying through. I've almost been hit 3 times in the last two months. A stop sign is needed. There is also no wifi at this location.

This place is awesome, alot of choices, which is hard to find at some locations. The staff are fantastic.

I'm reading through the reviews, and like most of them, they fail to hit the nail on the head.

Let's get straight to the point: This location has THE BEST variety of timbits and donuts. You will not find another location with the variety you get here. No matter the time of day too.

Most tims locations are downright lazy and leave you with the boring core 5 timbits, as follows:
1) honey dip
2) chocolate
3) old fashion glazed
4) sour cream glazed
5) birthday cake (the most fraudulent timbit ever created.an overmarketed and over hyped joke)

This tims turns back the clock and gives you a feel for what Tim Hortons was like before it was ruined by the parent company of Burger King. In addition to the core 5, you'll see:
1) chocolate coconut
2) old fashion coconut
3) old fashion plain
4) old fashion sugar
5) strawberry powdered

Unfortunately, the Dutchie timbit remains resting in peace.

This is also a very busy location, especially during the summers with cottage country traffic. I'd only assume staff are egregiously underpaid.

The drive thru times are just insane! Timed 4 minutes for a car to simply get a iced drink. Should consider parking cars in a numbered spot like McDonald's if things are taking to long

Rude cashier. Old lady. Felt like she doesn’t wanna work. She was also yelling at other employees as well.

Found staff to be rude and unprofessional service when we went to this location. Will not return

April. 29.2023 10/10 service young male at drive-thru window and supervisor female. Went above and beyond service for another stores mistake

Fairly quick service, young guy who served me at first was friendly, forgot to scan my Tim's card for points and when I asked one of the girls if there is anything I could do, I was told it was too bad for me, which I find kinda rude, if there is nothing they could of done then it could of been expressed in a more polite way, but overall most of the workers were polite

The worst customer service no respect at all when they give you the wrong order they don’t apologize

The service was really fast. The place was conveniently located near highway 400. I wish if they cleaned the tables faster. The dine area is spacious and gives lots of sunlight and outside view.

Counter service is slow due to the majority of shift staff being used on the drive-through service!

They don't have a BLT option on there menu so I ordered a BELT with no egg I know it's confusing because tim Hortons doesn't just have a simple but option on the keyboard to make it easier for the employees so the dude taking my order relayed a verbal message to the nice lady making the sandwich. Unfortunately I got a bacon egg lettuce tomato and deli ham. Now I knew it would be a weird order so the lady making the sandwich came to me directly when I returned it and fixed the sandwich I just told her to remove the ham and sausage so they didn't have to waste a bagel and lettuce. She was very kind and did it with no problems. Tim Hortons needs to put a basic BLT option on the menu I'm sure I'm not the only one that likes the classic blt. 5 stars though I know it's a hard order to do and they did it without being rude or anything very nice staff.

The weekday morning staff are the best. I go through their drive through every morning. They are polite, incredibly time efficient and they get my order right every time.

I dropped in for a quick coffee for my husband and I on New Years Eve day heading back to London. The young man (Caucasian with a bit of a scruffy beard about 5'5"-5'7") was so friendly and greeted me right away asking me how my day was going. He asked if I needed sleeves for my coffee's and offered me some extra napkins for the road. He was by far the nicest Tim Hortons employee I have ever spoken with. When all was said & done, he wished me a great New Year's and i reciprocated the same.

Give that kid a raise!

I know it's a busy place and they can't look after everything at the same time but the caring for the products should take priority and the coffee was served with grinds in it the snackers they're very nice but they're a little bit in the hard site not crispy overall the service was okay and the place was fairly clean so a little expensive but once in awhile doesn't kill nobody
