If you go after 5pm. They don’t have tea, French vanilla cappuccino and half the selection of donuts.

Missed my order n given someone else's to me. Was driving so could not exchange it for correct one. New workers so too much confusion behind the counter. Clean store though.

This location is super busy, as any typical Tim Hortons in the morning. However, when I waited to pick up my food, there were no other customers around and yet my order still took a while to be ready. I've been to other locations where it's really busy also, but have never had to wait as long as I did here. Don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

Drive thru is always faster which is why the line up is so long at this location.came here in the morning and decided to walk in, absolutely disgrace with the staff in front.has no idea what their doing and waited 15 minutes for a muffin

This Tims is a solid 4 star. Service is good, but often too friendly. At the drive thru, I spend an extra 5-10 seconds with the staff when speaking into the mic because they ask me how I am and continue the short conversation. I always feel bad because I see a long lineup of cars. They need to cut down the time because ultimately it’s money each second and also customer satisfaction. The parking lot is also a nightmare because of how the drive thru is placed. The side you drive on gets swapped and it’s confusing for people who are visiting the first time. I visit this location almost on a daily basis and they’ve messed up my order only a few times, which is very good since I’m used to Tim Hortons messing up orders.

Ordered a cheese croissant and a tea with 3 sugar & 2 cream. Got a coffee and two plain croissants. Need to work on drive through listening skills big time.

I'm here mostly to catch up with friends. This is a cozy restaurant. It's never too busy, perhaps on weekends, but it's nice and quiet otherwise. Service is prompt and friendly. It's been renovated, so it looks much better now. The coffee is good. I usually have the Honey Crueler and the Cheese Croissant.

Wonderful experience at this location ordering from the drive thru. The staff is very friendly and greeted us with a very pleasant tone. Very fast service too with on the spot making of all our orders. One of the best Tim Hortons location there is.

Terribly managed now. Takes forever to order and get food/drink. Always a big line up due to this. Beware, drive through takes forever!

Bad attitude, l was their regular customer, went to buy coffee from them at least 3 times a day. And now l reduce to one or two visits per week because of bad service.

Please provide more training before send person on duty which really slow down drive through window

I like this timhortons at the rim of the town feels cozy and quiet even though it seem mostly full of costumers plus they had a few not commonly found selection of baked goods.
