Tim Hortons

The older woman working November 27th 1230 at the pick up counter for kiosk orders…. She is incredibly RUDE. She proceeded to scream my name 4 times because i was in the wrong pick up line. Then kept explaining it in a condescending way and felt the need to be LOUD about it. I am not a student there i am here for a meeting. People like her should NOT work in customer service. Hopefully she doesn’t do this to everyone! But i did notice shebis mentioned in ither reviews for her poor behavior

The staff is too slow there were hardly 10 people in the store but still the wait time was 15 minutes they did not have dark roast brewed and said sorry we don’t have it like really? Staff was in their own zone and was working as if they have the entire day to serve one order

I order a white hot chocolate with a vanilla shot I got a warm half full cup. Then when I came back after my class to let them know she told me that there was nothing she can do about it. Because I came back an hour later mind I was in class it's not like I can leave when ever I feel like as there was a test today.then she tried to top up the warm white hot chocolate it looks like someone drink from it.it was so disgusting I just throw it out covid is still around not trying to get sick.another thing that happened was about how sweet they made my friends drink like it was diabetes in a cup mind you she loves sweet stuff THIS WAS WAYY TOO SWEET overall I wouldn't recommend going to this tim hortons

I was just here an hour ago, asked for a medium pumpkin spice latte. I watched the entire line up that was behind me get their orders as I waited for a good 20 minutes. I walked out of the shop empty handed. They completely disregarded me and didn’t even bother asking if I was still waiting on my order. Trash service. I definitely won’t be spending a dime here ever again.

Ordered a ice coffee and a bagel via the mobile app. There was no system. They would just help whoever was first and ask them what they ordered. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for my order. Given I ordered it 15 minutes before I arrived so 1 hour in total.

Today I visited the tim hortons as regular, I ordered iced coffee and after sometime i found some grinds at bottom.when i complained about it the girl who made it felt sorry for it but an employee named Liliana just jumped in and started yelling on me …does it make any sense? I am totaly dissapointed from her customer service.

Unorganized and slow, many workers are standing around and doing nothing. Mobile orders and kisok order took the longest. Took them 20 minutes to realize they forgot an order and didn't start making it until after. Would not recommend

Worst customer service i ever had.they don’t even make mobile orders. Not a single crew member wants to make mobile order. Horrible experience! Took more than hour just to get a bagel and a coffee. Just ridiculous!

This is the worst Tim’s location, and I have been to many. Trust me, you would probably expect way better from a location at a college campus. The main issue is that the service is terribly slow. Unless you use the kiosk, which is always lined up to begin with, you’ll wait a good 20-30 minutes in line most times. Good luck if you are in a hurry!

There is one lady working there who is very rude as well. She is there serving kiosk orders just about every day. She is known to yell and speak aggressively at customers. This morning, I ordered a bagel at the kiosk and I went to pick it up. She told me to wait while the other staff prepared my order, because she only does drinks.

Anyway, while I was waiting for my bagel, she was serving another customer from the kiosk who had ordered a donut. She refused to serve the donut because she thought it was “too early in the morning”, and offered a muffin instead. I get that it’s not healthy to eat a donut that early, and I wouldn’t myself, but that’s just a bad look. You don’t tell a paying customer you won’t serve them what they ordered just because it’s unhealthy. They had the donuts in stock as well, so no other excuse.

With all that said, this Tim’s is by far the worst that I have ever seen. The service all around is just terrible.

I had very bad with Fatima. She doesn't know how to talk with customers. Very bad customer service. She even don't know how to talk with customer in front of other customers. I can also be louder and rude but I don't wanna make scene.

The worst Tim Hortons ever! So many staff yet a simple coffee order takes 15 minutes! How do they not realize students have limited time unless it’s our break time! Staff need to be trained well! It’s disappointing, lately we don’t even go because who wants to waste their time! 0 star!

Worst staff of all time
If someone talks with staff friendly they are getting rude in reverse.
For Manager Just teach the staff how to be in manners and talk to the customer.
And teach the staff to keep the frustration level down to it self.

At this point find new crew it’s tiring to contact support when all of them are disrespectful and incompetent. Might as well buy starbucks

The store closes 40 mins before closing time. The staff mentioned that the schedule is wrong for the store.

Absolutely terrible Tim hortons, do not go here under any circumstances. Go somewhere else, you might actually get food within 40 minutes!

Today, I visited Tim Hortons as usual, I notice this thing all the time, that this Tim Hortons is not good at customer service. Today i place a mobile order rather than making it they were just asking me about the coffee that I ordered. I also worked at Tim Hortons and I told them the same and ask for coffee. One of team member without any reason told me not to take coffee if you have problem. It was really disgusting and feel really bad. I just want to say good luck to Her.
