Tim Hortons

I ordered medium cappuccino with whipped cream, but they didn’t put whipped cream for which I paid. I didn’t check as I was running late for bus.

Today on October 13,2023 I went for coffee on drive thru around 11pm. A girl treated me very poorly and rudely. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEREE!

Worst tim ever. They don’t have any thing to eat everyday and coffee expired. Please keep something to eat or close your business.

This is my favourite Tim Hortons location because everything they make seems super fresh, from their baked good to their coffee!

Plus, I love that they use the round sprinkles on their Vanilla Dip donuts!

I'll be leaving my 5 stars because the afternoon shift is still just so good. That night shift tandem is terrible though. Multiple times now my wife and myself have ended up with triple triples when regulars were ordered. They've been so bad lately she actually asked for black with cream/sugar on the side this time. We come home.and it's a triple triple again? Nothing written on the lid either.

The current night employee should be retrained. I go there every night and always ask for a regular coffee. It's always a little bit sweeter but we suffer through it as it's never been undrinkable. Tonight though was the last straw. I asked for 2 BLACK coffees with cream and sugar on the side. I get home to mix them up myself and they are the sweetest, whitest nastiest coffees I've ever had. How do you mess up a BLACK coffee? !? !? !? ! This woman doesn't care about her job or her customers and she needs to get a job elsewhere or get PROPER training. I will no longer be visiting this location, what a waste of my hard earned money.

I was employed at this location until yesterday, because I was wrongfully dismissed by the manager Anureet. Prior to my termination she did not give me a verbal warning. Therefore, I knew I was doing my job to the best of my abilities without make any blunders. Old coffee which was made several hours before was being served to customers. I brought this issue up to Anureet, and she was not concerned. Anureet did not do her due diligence as a manager, and should have addressed this issue to all the employees. She did not permit me to take a break during my 5 hour shift. According to Ontario Labor laws I should be taking one break every 3 hours. I ultimately feel I was wrongfully terminated due to racism. A majority of the employees working at this location are Indian. I felt there was discrimination towards me, because I am a Muslim woman of Pakistani origin. I was previously employed at another Tim Hortons location in Mississauga, and did not encounter any form of discrimination. I will be very appreciative if Carlo the owner of this location reads this post and reaches out to me.

The staff effectively delivered my order quick and were efficient. The staff has great patience when receiving and order.

Best Tim Hortons in town, only one left with employees that say hello, lol. They get my order right every time I'm there, thank you!

It takes some time to finally get my order but the nice guy tell me that he will get my order as fast as he can do because I order 3 drinks which calls chocolate creamy chill, strawberry watermelon and oreo double stuff iced capp and It taste amazing.

Ordered French vanilla small. Tastes little less sweet. Even GOD doesn’t know, why does tastes different in different locations. Some places it’s too sweet, less sweet and enough sweet. I am sorry Tim hortons, please tell me why it happens. Great ambience here.

Same situation as what I commented previously. The people at this Tims are completely incapable of doing anything correctly from what it seems like. Even after requesting precisely to NOT BURN my food. It still manages to get burnt, and there was no effort to even spread the creame cheese. It is completely ridiculous at this point. I have already stopped going to Tims overall, but unfortunately, I needed to stop by in a hurry today. Never again. Rather starve then waste my money.

I ordered two egg ‘n’ cheese on english muffin with double toasted and they give me this type of bun which not toasted normal as well. This tim hortons always doing that same thing. Totally disappointed today and made my morning bad.

Placed a large order here for 32 breakfast combos.the staff were quick and had it ready sooner than I expected. Thank you for the good service.

I am a regular customer for this Tim Hortons. I daily come to this Tim Hortons in the night. And there is a one person name is Harsh and he is a very polite and friendly person I have ever seen. I usually order 6 to 8 drinks and now whenever I come he punch orders by himself only hearing my voice thats great. Oneday I ordered 8 creamy chills and 2 begels and other foods. He serve within a time and with a smile and I know that he working alone. When there is a girl and other who serve a cofee for me it is dark and disgusting. But when harsh serve the cofee's freshness I feel every time. I give 5 stars because of this person.

We need to be able to give negative stars. This locations manager that was working today (may 3rd 2023) is by far the most inconsiderate individual I have met working at a Tim Hortons. I would advise the higher up boss to fire her for yelling at her customers, deleting customer orders and stating they never took it when we watched her clear the orders from the order screen. Then to top off this experience the poor women in front of me waiting for 15 mins for her food then received the wrong order because the staff here at this location do not care nor pay any attention. HORRIBLE LOCATION.

Can’t say I have ever been through your drive thru and actually received a what I asked for, how hard is it to put 2 milk and 2 sugar into a coffee?
Went again asked for the same order, got corrected by calling it a double double with milk. Still got it wrong.

I literally just watched the guy making food, reach in the wash bucked with latex gloves on, wipe down stuff then immediately made food with the same gloves on.

-The staff greeted me with a smile, took my order, and served me promptly.
-The coffee was served above temp, and when I was finally able to drink it, the brew was burnt, and tasted watery
- the tables were free of stains, though coated in crumbs, and the floors looked as if they hadn't been swept since open.
- using the bathroom was a terrible experience. I had a near regurgatory reaction to entering as it smelled more accustomed to a gas station bathroom. As if someone had urinated on the floor the night before, and no one cleaned it.

All in all, I would only use this location out of desperation. The interaction I had with the staff member being prompt and courteous, is the saving grace that kept this review afloat
