I met my brother there for coffee; we hadn't seen each other for a while.

If you want a quiet relaxing atmosphere don't come here; the staff was constantly yelling throughout our visit. I'm not sure what they were saying because it was not in English

I will go to another Tim Hortons from now on!

Asked for black coffee - got pure water taste like coffee, and this is the SECOND time in a row! Simple small black coffee. Also ordered double toasted bagel with butter and EXTRA CRISPY bacon, got RAW BACON.almost threw up

Nothing but coffee after 9pm? Why are you even open! It’s not even good coffee, compounded by the fact it’s usually Burnt or made incorrectly! I don’t drink Tim’s coffee, but the food is alright, if you come at a specific time, Do us all a favour, including your employees, and just close at 9PM and let your staff go home!

Best tim I’ve ever visited. The staff is so good and friendly. Apart from this service is also very good

I am from Barrie. But I have never seen a Tim like this. The coffees are so fresh. And the staff is so kind and humble. Hope I’ll visit here again

I have been there many times an i think i met all the staff while ordering everyone is an asset to this store very friendy staff and also specially mentioning they understand the customizations in the order very well giving me the best experience at tim hortons definately prefer go there more often:)

The lady literally throws the gift card back at me saying she can't do anything when it was their mistake of giving a birthday gift card, please treat people with respect, pretty sure the treatment would be different if it was someone driving a luxury car and a different race

I have lived in the neighborhood close to 20 years, I know others who have been very nice.

All the staff is very friendly, and very kind, they always give a smile and excellent service from the best Tim Hortons I know with quality service

AVOID! AVOID! FRAUD ALERT: They will double charge you via scan & pay or scan their own points card.
Corporate should investigate immediately!
Doesn’t matter if it’s drive-thru or in-store service or delivery via Tims App, this store is worthy of 0 stars!
Drive thru takes minimum 10-15 mins sometimes even 30+ min wait bc only 1 worker after 11pm (cheap franchisee)
& it’s a Hit or Miss if your order will be correct.

Already had a new worker hand me Iced Capp with Lid not secure spilling all the iced capp on me and inside the car door. $3 Iced capp now = $200 car detailing work. They worker couldn’t even say sorry.
Poor training and customer service.

Inside the store picked up my bagel/sandwich orders after a 15min wait… only to be told by the worker in her native Punjabi language “take this and get lost” i mean like are we in India again? I told the manager I understand the language and she tried to save her worker by saying she was speaking to another worker.

Ordered $50+ of delivery only for items to be missing and coffee order to be wrong.
Avoid this location at all costs unless you’re looking for joker service!

Tim Hortons Corporate should do mystery shopper here and see how badly they fail.

This is coming from a ex Tims worker for over 5yrs.

No issues, fast, quality service. Good portion sizes. Friend ordered a walnut crunch donut, didn't look great but not the fault of this location. Overall, Really inexpensive as well.

Come to this Tim Hortons on a daily basis and the service is terrible. Order is always wrong. Expect to wait. Rude workers

Made with reg.coffee not real espresso. Coffee was ice cold. Must have been a previous canceled order. Barely any foam on the cappuccino. Won, t try again.

Mid Feb, 2023 linch time. Decent staff and client at this crossroad of Islington, MM, the Islington Village.
