There are plenty of parking spaces, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops in the mall. The staff are kind and the main customers are takeout. There are many seats in the store and it is quiet. Thank you

The gentleman there (maybe his name is Abdul). Dont know if he’s the manager or a worker but he’s one of the nicest people ever! Always so nice to my little daughters

Probably the worst Tim Hortons drive thru ever. The staff aren’t informative. If you are going through drive thru why are you coming inside to pick up your order because the the food isn’t prepared and you. I’m reaching out to you Manpreet to advise you that your staff need more customer service training. The time of incident with staff working was at 06: 30pm on Sunday August 27th.

So I came to this place and ordered my ice coffee. I come here every day. But the behaviour that I have faced today is so pathetic. I orders my ice coffee with less ice instructions mentioned properly but they gave me with more ice. That is ok Ik people make mistakes but when I drank my ice coffee. I saw it had too much ice. Obviously no one can see the ice inside coffee till the time it’s not empty. But when I went back and told them nicely. Instead of accepting there mistake they started shouting at me and the cx service is so bad. They made a unity of 5 ppl and started blaming me. Specially the manager and senior they don’t have ethics to take to cx. Not just the cx they don’t even no how to talk to there junior employees. They treat them like labour. This is not India it’s canada. They show know how to give cx service. If they don’t no how to work.plzz find a new job. Not fit for the role of manager.

So the manager of the store have some mental issues: hes mostly rude, this is my second time i took medium iced coffee and he gave me half glass coffee and when i asked for full, he said ice is finished. If there’s no more ice why I have been compensated with half cup of coffee

Asked for a large size blackberry yuzu with light ice. This is what I received. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT. UNSANITARY ENVIRONMENT. CARELESS AND RUDE.
I am on hold with 311. The food ministry needs to see how many dirty clothes are here.

They should keep one person permanently stationed at the counter/cashier out front.

I went to order a coffee after a long day of work, and the girl working there totally ignored me as if I don’t exist. She saw me and then closed the window on my face and ignored me completely.

My "extra large french vanilla" is actually a large? Horrible horrible horrible!

I have ordered vanilla iced coffee with espresso cold foam and got a half filled cup. Even asked the like is this large, she said that’s what you get without ice.

Very average food and the prices get higher but taste is worse. Donuts are not fresh drinks are not good only thing is the toasted coconut donut

The man that works here, I believe he is the manager (has white hair) is so unbelievably rude and of putting, I live across the street from this Tim Hortons and come here often because it’s so close but honestly it’s awful because of that man. The way he speaks to customers even while just taking orders is so aggressive and mean. It’s honestly upsetting to hear the way he speaks to the staff as well. I don’t usually leave reviews but after hearing how he rudely he was speaking to a customer today I just had to. HR needs to take him aside and speak with him or honestly have him terminated because he is NOT a nice or welcoming person in the slightest.

The manager of the restaurant is very rude. He yelled at me when i was unable to spell the name of the coffee as i am being new. Please expel him, hes old and mad man

The employees were calm and leisurely. Seeing customers lining up and waiting to place their orders, four employees gathered around and asked what they were doing during the holiday. It took fifteen minutes for an employee to hide behind the cash register.

Tim Hortons don't require review, as everyone knows it's the best place to have coffee as it is very pocket friendly.

After buying all the things, they will keep saying byebye to you, without a smile, with an impatient expression, obviously telling you to hurry up, and this is the only restaurant in Markam with a bad attitude

The expectation of somewhat fast (<10 mins) and polite (not asking for friendly) service for 2 coffies and 1 sandwich ordered ahead thru the app is apparently too unrealistic at this location.

Terrible service, waste me 15mins at drive through, then got a garbage coffee, no coffee taste, jus like hot water mix with cream and sugar, dont go to this location buy coffee guys
