Tim Hortons

We had a great drive through service tonight from Raven. The friendliest server ever with a smile in her voice and on her face. Lovely person!
Donuts were fresh and coffee hot, perfect order. She was so nice and very patient! Made our evening brighter

One of the best Tim Hortons I've been to, they treated me politely and friendly, they served me quickly and for once from a Tim Hortons they actually got my order right the first time. I would give them 10 Stars if I could

One of the slowest moving Tim Hortons within the area. That's not just a one-time experience, either.
I've been here multiple times, and the most consistent thing they have is turtle speed.

Giving it one star because 0 isn't possible.

If you like to try new things this is your Tims! No matter what you order it will 100% of the time be wrong.

I've never in my life seen employees with less training. Embarrassing to call this a Tim Hortons.

Usually great, but the French vanilla cappuccino was un-drinkable. Maybe the machine was off?

Fresh hot coffee here and other treats. Staff friendly and fast. Quality baked goods and sandwiches. Good service. Fast drive thru.

Unfortunately we have had multiple problems with our orders here, and every time we think maybe they got better.nope. Sometimes you can be waiting in the drive thru for over 30 min! And other times you will receive your order and it's not made correctly. Please do better.

Worst tim hortons I have ever visited. Staff is not properly trained. They were missing key ingredients from coffee and bagels we ordered. Flies & mosquitoes were flying around food and dine-in area. Long queues of people waiting to order as staff is not equipped to handle high volume.

Unfortunately this Tim's is not very well stocked with food and tends to run out of donuts, Chilli, bacon, buns, rice, frozen lemonade. The staff is very apologetic.not their fault.

One of the bigger Tim's, good size parking lot. Lot of people stop here from highway. They were out of few items. The staff seemed friendly. The general cleanliness needs improvements particularly the washrooms.

This is the best Time Hortons in the Huntsville area. Perched up high near Home Depot and overlooking Lake Vernon, the atmosphere is cozy with lots of indoor seating, a fireplace and very quick responsive service.
Parking is ample and the drive through functions efficiently.

Our mid point stop on our way to the cottage. Big lot for parking and a great place for dog walking too.

I would never recommend waiting in the drive thru to anybody. Webers with lines all the way to toronto is faster then this Tim’s.absolutely unacceptable. Tim Horton is rolling in his grave.

Restaurant looks esthetically pleasing and clean. People who work there are nice, but unfortunately they never seem to be stocked with anything. The last 3 times I went varying in different times of the day on different days they had no chili. I've heard other people say the same thing about different items on the menu. Maybe just stop here for your hot/cold drinks.if they have it.

Thanks for responding. My constructive comments. I often stop by your location and use the drive through. On several occasions what you offer on the menu, is not available. Yesterday, early morning, before 8, you had already run out of pumpkin spice muffins. I know it's popular, but running out in the early morning was unusual.
One other item, on another occasion, I ordered two Boston cream donuts. The server just placed them in a bag on top of each other. No separating wax paper or anything to keep them apart. The frosting stuck to the bag. Please pack these items better.
Finally, offer napkins with the order like McDonald's does. It's helpful, and it's the little things that make the difference.

This Tim hortons is famous for not getting your order right everyday pretty much I go through the drive through here and have either my coffee messed app for a simple request as having 5 chocolate tin bits and 5 plain tin bits Completely ignored I think To be eligible to work at Tim hortons you should have to at least have had one coffee in your life none of the people that work there look like they've ever tried at onbecause I have had such Bad coffees from this Tim hortons I've considered switching to other drinks In The Morning which is absolutely brutal If it's not getting attitude by some 20 year old With a hangover it's getting barked app by an older lady having my coffee's ruins not getting my food right absolutely brutal if this continues which has it has been going on for about a year now I will be contacting head office directly I spend thousands of dollars through these Tim hortons every year and this Being the closest one to my house I spend quite a bit there every morning at least $25

Terrible experience here. When going through the drive through the person taking orders was very abrupt and uninterested in talking to us. When we got our order wrong by giving us wrong donuts and an iced cappuccino made different then what I had asked for. We also ordered a Boston cream donut with no cream in it.
Tim Hortans standards have gone down the toilet in past years. Sad to see as I used to work with this company as a teenager.

Used to be my favorite Tim's. I've got 2 way closer to me but I typically come here. But lately. My order keeps getting g messed up. I'm tired of almost every time for the last week now. It's wrong. The coffee. I order a triple triple ans get something away darker and hotter making coffee at your store isn't rocket science. Mt order is right on the screen. It's the right dollar value.most the time. Sometimes they try charging me the krder behind me because someone didn't punch something in.but either way these last couple weeks. Drive thru has been getting worse. Only in correct orders.other then thay I uavr no complaints.

Very busy location. Preference is given to drive thru. Walk ins can stand there forever. 20 minute wait to place my order and then the boston cream donuts were barely filled!
