Tim Hortons

As delivery order, they didn't provide big bag.which is easy to carry and every time Hortons provide such packaging.
But here it's wrong.
Owner is cheap.not to spent money on packaging.

This is the worst and messiest time I’ve ever been to, both the management and workers are rude and arrogant. I’ve head multiple issues at this tims that no other location has given me. It is worth waiting in a long line at the Tim’s in the mall than deal with this horrible service. The only reason this place is still open is because the Wendy’s is attached to it

Too chaotic place and it is not even clean. The garbage is just outside the bins. The person who took our order did not know what the menu is. Ordered for BBQ Chicken Bowl and I don’t know why they make it so salty. Make it the way it is supposed to be done. The footfall at this outlet is a lot and that explains the reason of this place not being clean. However this shouldn’t be the reason!

There is no service. I am an Uber driver. The worker gave me food without a bag, I asked for a bag, she gave it to me and said that I should pack it myself. It's the first time I've seen such a thing.

Stopped for a washroom break and a coffee and donut for the road. The washroom was disgusting. 1 out of 3 toilets worked with garbage everywhere. I was told the men's room was just as bad. The food line up was extremely slow. One server inside compared to the 6 working the drive thru.

I went to a drive thru with my mom and ordered a BBQ Crispy Chicken Wrap and things looked normal, until I took a bite, It was a damn mess, The bread wasn’t wrapped properly, the plastic wrapper had so many BBQ sauce in it, It got to the point I couldn’t even hold it. Thank you so much T-H

THE INDIAN AT THE DRIVE THRU WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TELLING US THE WRONG PRICE AND CORRECTING AFTER WE GOT THE MONEY OUT, EXTREMELY RUDE AT THE COUNTER, WHIEL WE WERE PUTTING OUR MONEY BACK AND SHE KEPT YELLING NEXT CAR AND LOOKING AT US IN A DIRTY WAY I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS SERVICE THE CASHIER WAS NAMED RAJ OR SOMETHING

They gave me an iced coffee with ground coffee granules (see photo).
I didn't notice it immediately until I start sipping. This is my first time experiencing it that I almost threw my iced coffee.
Guys, please do your job with dedication!

I have a game for you to play when you are waiting for your order. Count the number of house flies you see In the food preparation section. Food there is not covered and flies are everywhere. They are least bothered about this. Im shocked to see this in Canada.

The employees there and management is the worst. Untrained employees and dirty ways of preparing and packing food. Two times in the the past I saw the employee T shirt touch the rice bowl i ordered. She is not even sensing it. But all those days i kept quite. Seeing large number of house flies in the food preparation area did the trick for me. I ain't visiting this place again. Anyone who value their stomach and health, check the flies and stay away from this place.

On Saturday August 12, early morning 1: 59 am the drive thru was open but no response from employee they just wandering around inside never responded

The customer service girl at the counter was very very rude. Extremely unprofessional student staff. They have no professional ethics how to talk to customers. They were talking rudely to other customers also

This place is filthy dirty. I went inside to get a coffee and get something to eat. Had to wash my hands and went inside the washroom to wash my hands. The white sink was brown with dirt and not being cleaned. I have never seen such dirty sink and couldn’t believe what I saw. Check the pictures!
Felt so disgusted that I just left!

I went through the drive thru (at about 9: 30pm) and it was really slow. We had already ordered, and 3 or 4 cars were still waiting to get to the window. Finally, we got our order, which was only a tea and a coffee. But when we got home instead of tea I got a double double coffee. We had to ask about our order at the window since it seemed the employees were standing around talking. Because I was tired I did not check the order, assuming it was correct. From now on, I will have to double-check all orders or go inside so I can watch my order being made.

Worst Tim hortans ever. Slowest service and no respect when speaking to customers. They should all be fired in there. The manager is useless.

This place needs either better management or a retrain, I asked for HOT water for my soup and they charged me for a specialty tea - peppermint and I continued to tell them that it’s a lot cheaper for just hot water, someone refused to not only give me their name but also was quite rude about it, I saw it was $0.61 for the hot water but she told me that’s for tap, if I wanted tap water I could’ve gone to the bathroom completely unacceptable DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU DESPERATELY NEED TO.

Sat in drive thru line at 11: 20pm for 25 minutes, absolute terrible service and speed, no idea what’s taking them so long but it’s certainly unacceptable.

I also work in a fast food restaurant and I work for breakfast hours and we are given more people I see one girl working the drive-through and the front at five in the morning and there’s a line and people are not so patient in the morning when they want their coffee I feel so bad for the women that work the morning shift it’s always one or two people and there’s a lineup so they’re making money and it’s all going to the owner while these girls are having panic attacks trying to get everyone’s order it’s just wrong
