I normally go to the drive thru. Fast and reliable. They stir the sugar properly in your coffee. That is important.

I got In the line up at 11: 09 and finally was served at 11: 53. I was finally handed my tea which was suppose to have 2 milk in it actually had none and the lid wasn’t properly closed so my left hand was burnt from the boiling water that fell all over my hand. Not to mention the cashier that served us was super rude. Overall poor service

This place used to be really nice early on but for the past year or two customer service became awful and the night shift became especially rude. The food also went down on quality, I ordered an iced capp and received a water like consistency with a very peculiar flavour.

I got in the line up at 1108pm it’s 1142pm now and I still haven’t made it to pick up window yet. Do I need to write anything else to explain. This is suppose to be the Tim Hortons that sets the standards as it’s right next to the head office.
They definitely set the standard today of being the slowest drive thru line up I have ever been a part of in my life.

This is the only 24 hour dine-in coffee shop in Oakville and I always feel at home here because of the awesome respectful staff (Sarah, Dylan, Morgan, Kamal to name a few) & the great spacious layout & comfortable decor. I’m free to be myself in this safe space no matter what time of day! & I meet the most beautiful people here every week. Kudos all around! Thank You Timmy’s at Wyecroft, Oakville!

I loved this place when I walked in. The main reason is the hygiene factor. The staffs kept the place very neat & clean even during winter times. This place is perfect for anyone who wants to spend few hours for work or anything as they have a very large seating area. Quite a few power outlets in case you need to charge your laptop / iPad or phones. Staffs are very cordial. I would love to come back to this place in future. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of this place.

The food is terrible.i ordered chilli and it had no beans, i asked the Filipino night manager if she could scoop out some beans and she said no.this was watered down garbage, and she was rude not to mention the food was sitting there for 4 hours, and some food was there since 12pm.i think the heath dept should investigate this place, I am still sitting here now and am going to file a complaint, get a real manager! And someone who cares about not poisoning people with bad food! Now they are playing dance beats behind the counter while play the regular music at the same time.so disrespectful.this place is a dive!

I ordered far in advance nearly 50 cups of Hot Chocolate to be served to a large group in the outdoors. When I arrived to pick up the order they had to scramble to even find the order. As a result they were some 30 minutes late in providing it for my purposes. Once onsite it was clear their rushing around left me with hot chocolate that was at best Luke warm.
Disappointed for sure!

It was a a normal day for a coffee pick up. Sana took the order very cheerfully and made my day cheerful with great customer service. Five stars for the customer service at this branch.
