I ordered Hazelnut cold brew coffee, but when I received my order that they made it wrong by putting whip cream into cold brew and there wasn’t any ice cubes in it. Totally disappointed and unacceptable customer service.
So pathetic manager. She was so rude.i order online for pickup. I was quick in and out. Parking officer gave me ticket for 15 min violation. I went to see the manager. She said you ordered small cofffee and you guys park your car here and leave it.but My order number is 9620. I ordered medium coffee, timbits and bagel. I barely parked my car for 5-10 min. I asked her to quickly check camera and she refused. She said I don’t wanna help you kind of guys. It sounds racist and unacceptable behaviour from manager. If you don’t wanna address your customer concerns then mam you should leave your job and give it to someone who deserves it. I would never go to this location ever.
The young man who charges took the bread directly with his fingers, without using a first piece of paper, how sad and frustrating at the same time.obviously I didn't eat it, how many germs
This location never has Oat milk. The wedges are dry and burnt and the associate tried to rush me as I tried to decide what else I wanted seeing as they didn’t have what I wanted.
Edit: 3 months later and nothing has changed. Still the slowest and worst customer service Tim's I've ever been to. Avoid this Tim Hortons and go to McDonald's. Management doesn't care and neither does Tim Hortons.
I've never seen a more disorganised Tim's before. You can stand in line and no one will take your order. They only care about making mistakes with drive thru and then ignoring the massive line at the counter. Workers all need retraining or to be fired for giving the opposite of customer service. Don't go here.
Fast very very fast, there will be food ready by the time you pay it. I wish all tims are as fast as this. Unlike other Scarborough tims this place is neat, clean and staff are damm friendly.
Overflowing garbage bin in the parking lot, coffee mugs spread in the parking lot, long lineups both inside and the drive-thru. More need to be done to vastly improve with speed and efficiency of service provided by hiring young, experienced and dedicated staff.
Waited in line for about 15 minutes before being served, as workers attended to the drive through only. Employees that were not busy were doing inventory instead of taking customers orders. Customers are left waiting. Not good service at all doesn't even deserve the 1 star…
Very rude and unprofessional staff and day time manager at this location (2825 Markham Rd &, McNicoll Ave, Toronto, ON M1B 2W1). When they make an order wrong, they blame the customer.they definitely need a visit, observation, and retraining from Corporate Management
Worst customer service, they make the customers talk and they do their own work and charging for medium and providing with small cup like quantity. Not ready to fill the cup properly for the price we pay. Rude staffs during evening and night time…
The staff is most friendly. Any customizations ate properly looked into and catered to. It's a bit busy during most of the days but everyone is trying to make the best of time and deliver exceptionally good service. Also most of baked goods and edibles are available but run out by the end of day
Horribly ran place. They would rather have a fast service time than to give you the proper food and actually let your cad tap fully go through, then when you leave they just yell about your card not going through. Absolutely terrible if I could give 0 stars I would. Rude staff and not trained at all.
Hands down the worst Tim Hortons anywhere and I've been to lots. Slow drive thru. The scanner never works so I've missed out on 2 roll ups now in the last week. I asked girl why they don't just get a new scanner. After I paid the scanner started working again but it was too late. Garbage everywhere by the drive thru intercom. Never gets drive thru plowed and cars get stuck. They have two lanes but only one ever open. Seems like they only serve one person at a time once that person drives away they serve next so line up is massive. Just a terrible run place.
Service is not good. I was standing on right in front of the cash counter. No one took my irder for 5 minutes. Then they were rude. On top of it, they speak in their own language, which is quite an unprofessional approach. Moreover, coffe pots were beeping for 10 mins. We have to throw grinds right away, otherwise it will become bitter. But they didn't care much.
Just went here staff horrible seem more concerned to hangout with each rather then get your order right. Seems like one big party and customers are clearly not invited
I would give no stars if possible. Had a horrible experience. Requested for no egg and cheese, the girl who took my order said to tell this to the person who will be making my sandwich. Before I even said it they made my sandwich and insisted that I paid for egg and cheese and why take it out.argued with me and muttered something in Tamil a Language I clearly understand. I never went to this location….
I got a coffee with an espresso shot. Don't know why but the coffee was not hot and the color of the coffee was red. When you're in a hurry to get to work and don't want to miss the bus. The last thing you want is a bad coffee especially when is snowing.
This location fails to have patience to take orders, alongside with failing to comply with the order. Never get my order correct, I blame it to rushing me at the order screen. Explained to manager several times, she fails to understand and solute problems

Wasn't very happy with the service and greetings earlier. Incidentally, my wife left her bag at the seat. And when she realized after almost 6 hours, I went to find out if it was there. I was very excited to find out the manager found the bag and kept it at the back. Furthermore, nothing was lost from the bag. There were good amount of cash, credit cards, debit card, sunglasses and more. I am very happy and would like to thank the manager and the team for such an unbelievable response in these days.
