No multigrain bagels and their no points system totally sucks, used to be 90 points for a coffee now it's about 300 or 400 hundred and I lost 93 points because I didn't use them soon enough, AND BLAME THEM FOR 70% OF THE LITTER ALL ACROSS CANADA BECAUSE YOU STILL CAN'T RECYCLE MOST OF THERE TAKE OUT THINGS

First time I've been back to this location since they renovated.
I'm super impressed. Love the new atmosphere. It's far more inviting than it used to be and clean.

Today I visited this tim and the girl working here was extremely rude. We ordered three drinks and were waiting for our order. She came with a drink and I mistakenly took my hand to get it but unfortunately it was other person’s drink and she rudely said to me, ’ this is not your drink’. She should have said it in a polite way. Moreover, she was an Indian girl, she was greeting people of other nations in a very polite way, however, I was an Indian, she couldn’t even try to say greetings while giving drinks. I urge tim hiring team to give proper customer service etiquettes to their employees with no discrimination. This was my worst experience at tim and I literally felt humiliated.

It’s was worse experience that i have it was second time I visited there’s but no one was that rude before. One lady I think it was Indian who spoke very rude while having order when we getting our order she was throwing straws and cups of coffee. The timing was around 10: 45 pm 4 sep (Monday). I know at the closing time no one wants to get order we also went there after having long shift to have coffee not to spoil our mood so I suggest that don’t give jobs to such mad people even if they are from my own country.

Service is slow as molasses but that seems to be the problem at most Tim's.it's not a drive thru but a slow crawl through.
RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: I would suggest that if you are so concerned you get into your car when you see a line up and experience your own service or go to any Tim's and see how long you wait to get your order from the time you get in line. I wasted enough time at your crawl through, not about to waste more time filling out forms or being on hold on a call.

The worst customer service I have experienced in life, it was 20 minutes ago at the drive thru Tim Hortons located besides BCC Brampton. The Rudest Lady employee doesn't even know the basics of customer service. It just takes a smile worth anything with two good words to merchandise your brand. Tim Hortons, it's Shame having such employees in this reputed organization. I hope it makes some difference in providing at least good service though not the best.

Their staff don’t have any manners to talk with customers even they can’t remember what the person is ordering, they don’t know how to make steep tea! Seriously worst tim Horton experience! Akrita or something like this took my order she is so bad at customer service, she even don’t know how to give drink to the customer! Even the drink they made taste so bad!

Worst customer service by shubham and yuvraj on tim hortens near dollarama inside tim hortens
They made us wait 15 mins
On asking they said you didn't pay for ice coffee.yuvraj the one on POS said i didn't charge for that
After checking they said ok and gave us coffee in such a rude manner
They were so rude and have no manners to say sorry even
There are better people out there u should hire them or gave some training before hiring.atleast Basic manners

Bad experience in the morning, the lady taking to order showed me face when I asked what are the classic donuts available. She criticised my knowledge as I was not aware if all the donuts. Don’t hire people when they don’t know customer service.

There is one girl in staff in morning shift. She even dont know how to speak with costumers. She is asking them why they are here and really worst exp i have seen ever in canada till now of customer service

Service has gone down terribly since renovations. 2 separate lines one for cash and and one for debit. Barely anyone working the cash line like ppl paying cash are dirty. Don't blame the staff for making wrong stuff or being rude because they always look overworked and under staffed. Lines are out the door and big online orders. They're always busy, owner needs to pay more staff. Guaranteed 10-15 min wait min for a coffee.

Service wise, 4 stars reason being the speed of the overall staff, but you can not do much if you're just a pair of two. This store should have 3 people minimum working at a point of time. Two people can only do so much, so management should look into my advice and hire one more team member for busy times like mornings and evenings.

Maybe Tim Horton should start hiring people who actually know what Customer service is or provide better training to the 2nd world immigrants they hire. Completely garbage service, I always go to this Timmy's drive through when i am in Brampton, however today was one of the worst visits iv had ever at a Timmy's. The drive through's headset was not working and there was no indication that they were having an issue. After repeating my order 4 times and having to yell the last item the drive through agent decided that she was going to tell me that I should be the one to assume that there is something wrong or consider that the employee could be on training when clearly that wasnt the case. So rather than just simply apologizing and saying that they are having an issue she wanted to argue with me in regards to who should be providing the customer service. Very disappointing to see where Customer service is headed. Soon the customer will be taking their own orders and preparing their own drinks and meals while these new age employees will collect a pay check on our behalf. Very disappointing.

I Oder coffee and I got worse coffee with loaded attitude from server. I am here in Canada from last 1 year but this was horrible Tim Horton I ever visited.

Spacious, homey ambience, and staff are accommodating too. Plenty of parking space, either covered or under the sun.

Long line. They didnt have wedges and some donuts in stock.and this was at 3pm. I was told they ran out of wedges!
They handed me a smashed donut and put 2 donuts in 1 bag. They didnt give any napkins or anything.
I opened the bag right after I left the drive thru so it's not possible it was smashed by me.

The absolute worst customer service. Always Attitude when going through this drive through. Just yesterday, I ordered chamomile tea, and they gave me peppermint, because they just don’t care. Avoid this Tim Hortons they don’t deserve your business.
