The rudest people work here! Was asked to wait 3 mins for my sandwich which is no problem, 5 mins goes by I ask how much longer young lady goes “it will be 5 more mins” ok no worries I go stand again I then get my wrap broken in half and missing my hashbrown don’t recommend this Tim’s at all. Also manager had a attitude issue

Probably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. One person working at the counter. Finally a 2nd employee returned from break and the 2 decided it was a good time to catch up and ignore customers. When I finally ordered the employee was extremely rude and seemed genuinely unhappy to be there.

This location is the worst. But you can say the same about all 5 of the owners other locations. Wait times for items are ridiculous. I cashier at Oakville place serving while other staff in background doing nothing and chatting could be out serving other customers. This all starts from the top with ownership. Manager at Oakville place location or what you think us Manger is very rude with clients. Just my 2 cents

I’m a big fan of Tim Hortons. And I found myself going there almost daily previously to purchase a coffee in the morning

One night I went by just before close and saw that your workers throw out all of the donuts that are on the shelf at the end of the day, right into the garbage can, I asked since you’re gonna throw those out anyways, can I take them home? They said no company policy. Now I wonder why you don’t give them to the food bank. As those individuals are dealing with the cost of living crisis.

I want to come back as a customer, but this has turned me off

Really slow service and the staff appear to stall in the last half hour before the mall closes so they can start their closing duties early

Worst tim Horton I ever visited. All staff look new they don't how talk and how hand the problem.

I work in the mall. Everyone who works at this location is nice and always tries there best best serve their customers even if the staff is not friendly but they arent even rude expect one Girl her name is Nance she is so freaking rude and weird I have always been nice to her while giving my order but she has been very rude. If i ask her something she do not even respond.
This my request to the owner please either remove her or either teach her the customer service please.

There was only one other person in line with me and I waited over 15 minutes and wasted my entire break for one iced coffee

Honestly they should have more staff. It's pretty ridiculous. Plus why can't all my items come on one side of the restaurant not on two different sides.

And now I'm going to add tho this review. This place is honestly ridiculous. I ordered a box coffee and they wouldn't give me more cream then milk, and also wouldn't give us almond milk on the side. I'm actually so sick of this place. They are rude and unprofessional. AND DIDNT GIVE ME ANY SUGAR
