Tim Hortons

I have been going there for about 3 years every morning or night mostly everyday location great to my place to I'm a big fan of they IceCap I love to get rid of all my left over dimes, lonely, ect.

And tonight on Saturday November 11 2023. I had this female how refuse to give me her name, were I could make complaint toward the supervisor she did not count the money right i know all the left over I gave her she also refuse to give me back of my loney I had to argue with her i laught all she care about was to play on her cell phone listen to lound music and she refuse to serve me.
I'm not paying for anyone employes extra snack in there.and then she wants get mad at me for it I got some dime missing Nicole.

The staff at this Tim Hortons are both unfriendly and rude. They don’t acknowledge customer when they come in, they are routinely engaged in other activities (on their cellphones) no please or thank you. They appear to want to be any place other than servicing Customers.it wasn’t always that way but there has been a definite shift over the last 2 years. They could use some Customer Service training. It has gotten bad enough that i felt compelled to post this review and inform Tim Hortons.

I’ve never seen more fruit flies in a display case in my entire life. I counted at least 20 in the display case alone, which was FULL of food of course. The fruit flies there be eatin good, please beware. Also the worker didn’t wash her hands after flushing the toilet and coming out of the bathroom then directly served the customer in front of me and me, without cleaning her hands once.

The staff at this location are the best. Always good service. Would like tim hortons to provide them with more staff.

The staff is really what has me coming back this location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard. The location is always very busy and the employees are just so darn nice and great

Great staff, very friendly and always smiling. They do a great job dealing with unruly customers and it’s always a pleasure to get coffee here!

They don't have the operating machine for coffee I mean seriously? What are you selling at Tims then very disappointing

Friday evening around 6 pm a couple weeks ago - attendant was on her personal phone and ignoring line up of customers. Eventually they left because she was not serving them. I stayed and asked for service, begrudgingly she made me an iced capp and threw a muffin at me from across the counter. I've never had an experience like that before. The iced capp tasted of soap and was inedible. Won't be returning to this location due to poor service.

Refused to remake a drink that was made incorrectly. What a waste of money and rude customer service.

I went to this one a while ago and I asked for extra syrup in a drink and she refused even when I said I'd pay and then proceeded to make it so sweet it wasnt drinkable.so I didn't go back until this morning same lady and she charged me 6.95 for an x large tea and a donut and not the donut I asked for a cheeper one.never going again the lady is rude

Small place, no space for lines. One person working, didnt finish taking my order and stopped half way to prepare the one drink, had to wait around 5 minutes to finish ordering and pay. Sketchy area as well

Shorter lady working around 9-9: 30 on 12-28-2022 was absolutely horrible to two young children. Rude, threw their donuts at them and kept the other kids gift card with a couple dollars on it. Then an absolute b**** to everyone else. She should definitely be looking for non customer facing employment with that attitude.

Ordered a M milk latte, and got 65% cup. Coffee was cold and looked very wired.

Terrible coffee and couldn’t drink it due even after spending $5 on one cup.
