Worse than any other Tim! The Supervisor/Manager absolutely doesn't know about ethics and politeness. She was speaking in her own language (which incidentally i understand), and was very loud. The girls at service were certainly better behaved! That 1 star is for the girls at service, not anyone else.

The place is always dirty, and I have never seen anyone sanitizing after any customer leaves. There have been numerous times when we see crumble on the tables.

Hope they do better.

Very Bad experience by an employee. The lady did not even heard me and started shouting that she will not serve me without a car. Not a 1% of customer service they know.

Cashier told me my gift card had a zero balance…. I know there was at least four dollars left on it…. Guess they could very well do the same with a fifty dollar card…. Not impressed.

The ambiance of Tim Horton is undoubtedly one of its highlights. The interior exudes coziness and charm, with a blend of rustic and modern decor elements. Comfy seating arrangements, soft lighting, and the soothing background music create a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for both work and leisure. The only minor drawback was the limited seating space during peak hours, so arriving early is advisable.

Update: as of August 16 still have not received a call back from management as promised. This absolutely confirms the horrible service they provide and lack of customer service and care. The incident is from August 3!

This is my second time experiencing terrible customer service. The supervisor is rude and dismissive. I wanted to pay for my order using gift card on my app. The sales person asked me to change it to the points screen to be helpful but it unfortunately charged my credit card on file. I explained to him I wanted to use the gift card so he called the supervisor to refund the order. She came and was rude. She didn’t fully understand what had happened and handled it poorly making it seem it was my fault for the situation. The customer service is garbage don’t go there!

Absolutely horrible location. Super slow, orders are always wrong. No croissants, poorly stocked.not all donuts or timbits are available. Most of the times out of soups and other items. Homeless hang out spot, very dirty inside.

An average Tim's with a medium sized dining room. The drive-thru is set up properly and moves well. Plenty of parking shared with the shopping plaza. Quick service.

Place is good food is also good, but service is not very great. Girls who take orders always show bad attitude for no reason and never greet you. This is what I have experienced every time I visited this place. I hope those girls can treat everyone equally.

I came for dine in and i saw that the floor was all dirty, pieces of paper were lying everywhere and not even a single table was clean.

This place is at a great location but one thing I have to say is their customer service is worst. Ladies working there are so rude and arrogant. They never say hello Hi or thank you, always treat so badly. I guess those girls are being racist towards their own community people

We had gone through a couple of days ago and got a chai latte made with oat milk.it was not made with oat milk it was regular milk and could not be consumed by the person who order for dietary issues. We went through today and ordered the same and said please could you make sure it is oat milk as we have an allergy to milk and last time we did not get oat milk. She did not apologize or even say okay, she said what else. So then we were asked to drive through the drive through again, this has happened to us before I guess to trick there times. She was so rude to us almost as if we were a bother to her and irritated obviously that we had said about the oat milk. We can understand that it must be difficult at times as a large homeless population seems to gather on the patio and I'm sure that is very trying to deal with, but her attitude was unnecessary and inappropriate. We did not speak rudely or disrespectful to her and would not expect to be treated that way. August 6th at 4: 50 pm was when we had our experience. That being said there are some lovely, friendly polite employees that work there and I do not want to paint everyone with the same brush!

There was a supervisor named parminder. She was very rude with her employees. That’s not how management should treat their employees. That employee was clearly in training and she was very rude to her. So sad that people have to deal with these rude people on work everyday.

Hi I am visiting this place from last week but I had noticed that supervisor are so arrogant and also seen them yelling on their employees.
Today I visited this placed and their was big lineup and girl named Parminder, she was yelling on her employees and she was busy talking with boy on side and instead of clearing lineup and waiting for my turn and she was ignoring the lineup and asking her employees to work fast and i waited for my food order around 8 minutes only for a bagel with plain cream cheese.
I hope they can be little serious towards their job.

The worst experience just minutes ago. So I pull up and ask for a free coffee. Just to see what this firm will do. " how do you expect to get a free coffee? " The rude young lady said.
My reply was " not to worry" I place my order and paid for it in full, as always.
This location is around the downtown core where there are alot of homeless people more over it just rain and we are in a country that can get cold really fast.
My point is had it been someone that really can't afford the coffee to keep warm will he or she be left out in the cold without a cup of tea. Is this how tim Horton trained there staff? More over not even an apology more attitude at the window.
Worst experience ever.

Excellent service given by Ms. Parminder for the orders and options. Gave me a good recommendation for the lunch order and was just what I needed today.

Mobile orders shouldn’t take longer to receive than the line up does. Whole purpose is to speed things up but I order mobile then come in and still stand there 10 minutes waiting only to have to finally ask for my order before they start making it

Terrible drive-thru experience, zero customer service skills. So, what happened was I ordered an iced coffee Sunday evening and I could clearly see the cream was not mixed. I requested to mix it, a girl from the back made a comment when the girl on window told her to mix it and she giggled ; I could see the expressions since could notice people. I asked her that there was nothing to laugh about if I asked to mix the cream and she said no, we did not laugh at you with an attitude. There was no sorry or something like that which shows what they were up to. So, I told her that I know since I have been there and she was so much in attitude; said we always laugh like that and shut off the window. See, I was student once and I have sympathy with them but these people literally cry when they don't get jobs. You're at work, learn how to do it and instead of making comments learn to behave. People do pay for it you're getting paid. Due to your bad attitude, potential workers gets affected too when customer complains and I am not the first one to complain as I could see your review section. LEARN people!

We ordered Egg Bagel Breakfast sandwich, and the bagel was not soft at all.
Although it was a good exercise for my mouth, I wasn’t planning to work on it this Sunday morning.

Please soften your bagel perhaps. Cheers.

Worst exp at the drive thru. The employees don’t know how to talk to customers and the lady started arguing with me. Won’t visit this location ever in my life.

I love this place, it's cozy and delicious. But unfortunately, no one controls order and respect for others. Employees of the institution do not even make remarks to such customers. For example, 10 women with 6 children came to the establishment, occupied 4 tables, at one they organized a drawing group for the children, and without ordering anything, they sat for hours and shouted at the entire establishment. Children were running and lying on the floor. It's terrible. The other people who came had nowhere to sit, I couldn't even speak there, because I couldn't be heard because of their noise. I think every user has the right to be there for half an hour and not disturb others. Sometimes people come who occupy a table just to charge their phone or just to sleep. But this is not a help center. Disappointed, next time I will go to another.

Each time I come to this Tim Hortons, I go through the drive through and each time they have rushed me at the order screen and then continue to rush me to pull away once I get to the window. I completely understand wanting to get to the next person quickly so there isn’t a huge line up but when there is not a single car behind me and all I’m doing is taking a second to put the tray of drinks I just ordered down on the seat beside me, give me a half a minute before you decide to say “okay good bye”. It’s ignorant and uncalled for.
SLOW DOWN A LITTLE. STOP RUSHING PEOPLE! And on top of that… the bagel I ordered was hard as a rock and quickly slapped together. SLOW. DOWN.

24 hr Tims and you only have 1 type of bagel on a Sat night. Might be time to figure that out.
