Tim Hortons

Much like most of the other people noting here, I have to say this was one of the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Options were limited and the cleanliness was questionable. Service was very poor, uninterested and slow. I understand you're doing a horrible job for minimum pay, but don't take your situation in life out on the customer.

Corporate needs to reevaluate this franchise as it does not represent the image Tim Hortons wants to be known for.

SUGGESTIONS: Keep on going to the next Tim's.

This is the 3rd time i have paid for just hot water in a cup what is going on with you guys?

Food is not fresh, organic or unprocessed. Chain stores often lose the homey feel and staff often don't get fully invested or appreciated as a locally owned and run store.

Got veggie cilantro wrap in dine in and the wrap was not folded properly, not even grilled and everything was falling apart. If someone is paying for food at least they deserve what they pay for.

Tried calling store to address issue no one picked up. Nothing I am gonna do just making sure other people get good food. Thanks

'Shangeeta' the server from Sri Lanka (guessing). I bought my breakfast on july 23 @ 7: 15 AM from drive through at this location. I received a wrongly made coffee & saugy Tim's. I try to bring my frustration to the management over phone but she's not listening my frustation & no appologice moreover she's so arrogant & rude. I feel so bad with my first coffee of the day & such a unfriendly/ unprofessional behaviou. I was so embraced infront of my US guest.
I hope the owner/head office need to take this girls along with entire crew of this location needs more proper training on customer service & maintain consistency of food quality.

I use to enjoy going to Timhorton for breakfast and lunch and sometimes dinner the tastes better the service was excellent and place was cleaner and staff were more pleasant this is 6 years ago. Now I go to country style and Starbucks I enjoy the meals and the service and places are clean, my advice to Timhorton corporation send your under cover employees to all your store and see for yourself what's going on 90% times of my drive through orders they get it wrong not in one location but in SCARBOROUGH /whitby /Ajax, I travel a lot therefore I eat out a lot! Once upon a time Timhorton was my #1 place take my group to enjoy our food. I wish someone will bring back the Timhorton we enjoyed! Thank you.

This location is disgustingly dirty, the washrooms are not fit for human use. I asked to use the family washroom (that they keep locked) and they reluctantly opened it to only find it to be as disgustingly dirty. When she opened the door I said never mind this one is no better.
The employee laughed. I said you obviously have to standard if cleanliness. The floors are dirty and if you look at the side of the toilet you will vomit your lunch.
I expect a clean facility when I am spending my money.
So off to McDonald's from now on!

Wrap did not come in proper packaging with little to no sauce. Iced coffee I ordered did not meet the minimum cup lining for the amount of coffee that's supposed to fill the cup and keep in mind that too with ice. Drive a bit further and go to the Tim's by guoldwood Pkwy or the one by RBC bank.

The coffee they serve is incredibly disappointing, lacking in flavor and resembling nothing more than water. Despite voicing my concerns to them, it seems as though they couldn't care less. I have made up my mind never to set foot in that place again.

Tims is very different these days. Ordered from this place, asked for a tap water and got charged for for the cup 10 cents… I i don’t recall anyone else doing this, so i paid for the cup, no one asked or offered ice… i mean if i paid for it might as well. I didn’t get napkins with my orders, and couldn’t find any dispensers… I know I sound spoiled here, but seriously, isn’t that just basic good service? The prices steadily increases but the value decreases. I am paying more for less. 2 stars for getting my coffee and doughnuts right…

The drive thru is horrible. They ALWAYS ask you to drive back at the window to save them from their timer which they’re NOT allowed to do. Just so they don’t get in trouble from head office for keeping cars in the drive-thru waiting for too long.

Bad customer service, they focus too much on drive thru customers, they not even looking to the walk in customers. They gave wrong order too. Too many staff working but very fair service.

Their service is better than the other outlets. But things are changing. I think they have hired some new people and they do not care about the customers.

I ordered coffee in the drive-thru, when I go to the second window to pay, I hear the worker by the name of Arjun dark brown with a beard, (think that’s how you spell it) whisper under his breath “you fat motherfucker”. I was taken aback. Could not believe the disgusting words that came out his mouth. I did not want say anything in the drive-thru so I don’t hold up the line but I went inside and called him out, the other workers covered up for him saying they were there and he didn’t say that even though I 100% heard him say it. Lying out their teeth. I asked for the workers name and pointed him out but they refused to provide me his name and also refused to provide the corporate number. They accused me of making stuff up. Why in the world would I make up such a serious allegation if it didn’t happen? The worker in question didn’t have the guts to talk to me himself or even admit to what he said, he was just in the back smiling it off.

The worst customer service ever. This location is ruining the company’s name. Save your $ and go to another location.

These guys prioritize takeout window 8 staff working took 20mins to get some timbits.sigh.

I've been using the services of this particular Tim Hortons for the past 20 years on and off. The manager lady is nice and tries to make up for the rest of the crew's very poor costumer service (especially the late afternoon/evening shift).

For example, I took my son for a soup, some timbits and a tea for myself and intended to eat there. Once I got the order, I noticed there were no napkins. I went looking for some but there were none. I asked one of the "ladies" and she was "nice enough" to give me 2 skin thin napkins. That's ok I worked with that. We sat down and my son got thirsty. Since I didn't have water with me I asked for an empty cup so I could share my tea with him. The "lady" responded annoyed - 10 cents. I told her that I spent $15+ for the meal already and I only need a small empty cup (my bag and purse was at the table). She looked at me annoyed and said I already said 10 cents.
Just a side note - other places double cup my tea without asking.:)

It wasn't for the 10 cents but the rudeness and lack of willingness to help a customer. Myself, my family or friends will never return.
I recommend that you find a nicer and more friendly environment! This is not it.

This location gets my order wrong often and asks me to back away from the window on a regular basis. I guess this is because they don't want me on the sensor showing how long it takes? When asked why they just ignore my question or change the topic.

Staff are rude and dismissive.the inside is never clean and the manager thinks complaints are funny.

This location has very poor customer service and communication between employees and customers. If you ask for supervisor, they do not respond and give attitude!

My go-to location when traveling through Scarborough, employees seem to know their stuff and have never had an issue what so ever with this one. Much better then the location's in the Durham Region.

Keep up the great work

This Tim Horton's in particular is my favorite. The coffee is always excellent, they double toast the bagel the way I like it, and the service is always very good!
