Tim Hortons

The service is BRUTALLY slow both in the drive thru and inside the restaurant.
It's incredibly frustrating to have to wait so long for a coffee. After 10 minutes of waiting in line behind only three people, I gave up and left.
Fix this!

Busy spot as there is only one tummies in Simcoe right now.service was reasonable and quality was fine donuts and coffee

Usually this Tim’s is decent, but I wanted to type a review as currently the one uptown is under renovations. I went through the drive thru and the line was long, however everyone was moving fairly quickly; especially for the rate of a Tim’s. I spent maybe around 6 minutes in that drive thru, I was surprised and impressed with the timeliness!

Great job to those working right now, I can’t imagine the stress!

Dont understand the point of preordering in the App when you wait 50 minutes everytime for your order anyways.

Got chili tonight and it wasn't hot, not even lukewarm. Pathetic! Left drive thru and and went right to a parking spot, so not like I ate it later on. Turn the warmers back up so its hot! Talked to the owner and was given a nice hot chili Much appreciated

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I have never had to wait 20 minutes for an ice cap, soup and sandwich with a group of 3 girls ahead buying only drinks. They were out of the buns for my sandwich and had to substitute, didn't have my flavour of soup and didn't have the jalapeño snacker I requested. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, they missed my soup all together after I agreed to a different flavour. They offered a donut, but I requested a soup and asked if I could have it for free for the wait and inconvenience and I was denied. Then today I ordered Doordash and called the store because there is no option to add ketchup or mayo to my sandwich. I said hi, I just placed a Doordarsh order and he immediately said "call doordash". I then explained my request and he assured they would be added. You guessed it, no dressings and no straw for my ice cap. Very inconvenient, when you pay 35 dollars for convenience.
I am not one to discriminate, I believe in equality and am in no way trying to be rude.but there is a serious language barrier at this location. Aswell as a lack of adequate management. Will not be returning to this location.

I like the inside.nice looking. TONS of merchandise they're selling. Gift cards, toys, coffee makers, more stuff than you'd think they'd have.
Service is slower than you'd think too. Counted 11 staff but it still took 15 min to get three black coffees (inside, walk in)
Bought a reusable cup, is $2.99, they tried to charge $9. I questioned. They changed the amount.

In parking lot I ordered large coffee & cookie. Put laundry in washer went to drug store made 2 purchases. Went ti Tim’s still waited 10 minutes & out of cookies

Have to repeat my order twice at yge speakers and they still get it wrong.

Small portions

Ordered a bagel inside and the woman at the counter seemed very frustrated to begin with. I do feel sympathetic for the workers and employees as it is busy but the woman was rude. 4 pm 0-7-17-2023. Missing everything on bagel (pretty sure it was intentional based on attitude and we were completely nice and compliant). Called to complain as my one day off was kinda ruined right off the bat. Owner was very nice and offered a refund so kudos to the owner. But the employee if she doesnt like her job she shouldnt ruin peoples days. Just saying. 5 stars for owner 1 for employee.

Hi, does this location have power outlets so I can charge my whole while eating my breakfast?

Slow store waited long time in queue and finally got my drink made wrong. Wasted 45 minutes for a coffee. Food was also below tims quality.

I went first to buy coffee and lunch, and I waited 40 minutes for my order, and in addition, it was also with pepper and very hot
and without bread, while I was waiting, the coffee melted, so what do I have to pay for what money

If you own a scooter don’t try and order threw drive thru. Was behind a guy and refused to serve him because he wasn’t in a car. I can understand walk ups but come on. So petty. I’ve seen them at the other Simcoe location go threw the drive thru without being hassled.

Excellent customer care, they never stir the drink so coffee double double will always taste like regular.

Normally this place is great for service, today.not so much.
I waited 20 minutes to get 2 donuts, 3 French vanilla and a water.
There was 2 trainees on front counter and zero help from the back or drive-thru staff.
Then I get home and the French vanilla's are like creamy water.
Unreal.

Get someone in here who has an idea of how to manage a group of people. Absolutely pathetic

Staff always seem overwhelmed with high school orders.from using the app. I finally just call the order in so i dont have to wait

Worst possible place to go for tim hortons. It should not take 30 minutes to go through a drive thru.waited for 20 mins just to get told they don’t have anything for what i would like.absolute terrible service, and would not recommend going here at all.if you want a tim hortons to ruin your day go here.if i could give negative stars i would!

Fast service thru drive thru actually fastest I've been to so far in Norfolk County thanks everyone.
