Quick service for mobile order. I wish more locations would provide Quick mobile order service.

Tonight after my shift at work I decided to get an iced coffee as I knew the next morning I would be getting up very early and would be needing a energy booster. This I have done many times before but with no issues. Tonight was different, there was 2 teenage girls out front and immediately I was greeted with "oh great more people. " I'm not too sure if they maybe they thought I didn't hear them but I did. So already being uncomfortable by that comment I went up and order. I won't lie I was hungry too so I asked for a plain bagel which they did not have, understandable after a long day they may not have much so not a big deal that is not the reason I am upset. I order my vanilla iced coffee to which the one girl spoke up and said "God I hate making iced coffees" right infront of my face and then kept ongoing a conversation about it. So now being even more uncomfortable that I even ordered that I decided to just text my ride and get out of there. I was standing waiting for maybe 1 min with my head in my phone and I guess they must've put down my coffee between then. When I didn't realize right away the girl said "Vanilla iced coffee. " In a pretty rude way almost like she wanted to get me out of there right away. I said sorry because I felt bad for not realizing right away as I was busy with my head in my phone, I grabbed my coffee and decided to just wait in the cold for my ride because the girl made me feel very uncomfortable. I am only a teenager myself (15 years old) and even at my work I go back and have conversations with my co-workers and make comments to them. But even I know that these are not things you comment about ESPECIALLY when people are right there and can hear everything. So needless to say I am very disappointed with tonight's service.

Probably one of the worst tim hortans I've been too. I don’t think there has ever been a time where they have gotten my order right and i am here almost daily because it’s the only one close by. Staff are more concerned with socializing than working and focusing on customers. Ordered a turkey bacon club and got bacon and lettuce on bread….

Liz, Cathy, Lise, & Rissa gave the most friendly service at my local tim hortons ever! Keep up the good work girls!

Tim Hortons are lacking customer service, drive through not great, most if the time you get the wrong order. Their decaf coffee is half coffee half hot water. Washrooms at some locations are very dirty and smell of urine everywhere. Action needs to be taken asap

They made us wait an absurd amount of time, only to forget that the loaded bowls have rice in them. Terrible service. It wasn’t even busy.

I ordered online at this location by mistake that i was never able to pickup but the staff was amazing, they referred me to their customer service department right away and eventually after few emails I received my refund. Special shout out to the manager Stephen. Thank you for the amazing service

Tried the cilantro lime chicken bowl and was pleasantly surprised. Good flavour, fresh, and a decent amount of food. Staff were friendly, service was fast, restaurant was clean.

I just got the BEST vanilla dip I've seen in my life at this location.

Wasn't planning on getting a donut but it looked so amazing - the dip was so deep, the sprinkles so full.

When I commented to the person at the register, he went to find the guy who made them (kaiden (spelling?). This in and of itself was so appreciated!

Both of these things made my two minite visit one of the best Tim's experiences ever. To the point where I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this review.

I stopped on my way home from a cottage and it wasn't what I was expecting. The staff were lovely and even tried to clarify my order. However, the person who put through the order originally made many adjustments that I never said and even after clarification the order was still made wrong. If it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff the stop would've been upsetting.

Just came through drive thru. Ordered 2 large iced coffees. I'm not 5 minutes away and all the ice is melted and beverages are warm.

My vehicle is very air conditioned.

Do better.

Try to stay out of Tim's, as their service is dreadful.
What a pleasant surprise In Tavistock to get the friendly face of a young east Indian guy, with prompt service.

Great sandwhich guy in the mornings, he'll have you food ready before the coffee is up.

How often are the gloves suppose to be changed out? Just curious. Watched the sandwich maker make multiple orders, washing the counter with the soapy bacteria rag, then making another order without changing gloves. Gross.

This Tim Hortons has been the top of the worst experiences I've had at a singular restaurant. The coffees aren't made properly, usually without the proper amount of sugar - young employees who do not care about customer service will stare at you in the face and not say a word the entire time you pay and receive your food. The employees seem pretty miserable.

Got a bagel today with my coffee and just certified that my family will not be buying anything more from this establishment and will rather drive the extra 10 minutes to New Hamburg, where I know I will get proper customer service.

Stood and waited in the lobby for a several minutes. There were at least five staff members out front, some in back, young an changing lobby garbage leaving two bags on the entrance floor to chat with someone in the back. Many made eye contact, no one acknowledged I was there, not even a "I will be with you shortly". I left.

The staff here is amazing. Amazing service. Their steeped tea machine was broken, thir staff went out of the way to still make me stepped tea without the machine and only charged me for a small stepped tea when I ordered a median. Then the server asked me if I didn't like the taste of the tea he would make me another one. Just amazing to experience that.
