Tried to buy some ground coffee there, as pictured. Cashier was rude and seemed confused and upset, I apologized, said I didn't mean to make any trouble and left.

Today October 30,2023 at 0915 I went through drive thru and was greeted by an amazing older lady. She was absolutely fantastic so friendly and kind, made my morning!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to more Tim Hortons than I could say and the Stevensville Tim Hortons is the worst by far. I will not be using them again, would rather drive 10 minutes than to use them again. Tonight I was treated rudely when I was given an ice cap that was water not slushy and not even full and was told it was full and that they had no control of the machine. So make me a new one? But nope! I have received wraps with black lettuce at this location and they are generally rude and very very very slow! I am guessing this will do nothing though as I am a one customer but I will not use my local Tim Hortons again here in Stevensville.

One of the only Tim’s that gets my order right consistently. Never ever had a problem at this store. Some of these reviewers need to chill.maybe coffee and caffeine isn’t the right life choice for some people

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent visit to one of your locations, specifically the drive-thru at 2780 Stevensville Rd, Stevensville, ON L0S 1S0 on Monday, September 4th, 2023 at approximately 7: 00PM to 7: 05PM.

My experience at your establishment was far from pleasant due to the behavior of your staff, particularly Sally, at the drive-thru window. I would like to outline the series of events that occurred during my visit:

Lack of Communication: When ordering multiple drinks, it is customary for the staff to inform the customer about the contents of each drink. When I inquired about my order, Sally responded in a condescending manner, assuming that I should automatically know what I had ordered.

Impatience and Arrogance: Sally further demonstrated impatience and arrogance when she informed me that the Americanos would take longer, displaying a complete disregard for customer service etiquette.

Incomplete Information: Upon receiving my drinks, I asked Sally which one contained sugar and which had milk. Her response was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that she didn't know and that I should figure it out myself.

Unprofessional Conduct: When I sought clarification on her response, Sally's demeanor deteriorated further. She waved her arms in the air and walked away and started yelling in the back. She mentioned that she had had a long day, which I believe is not an excuse for such unprofessional conduct, especially in a customer-facing role.

Colleague's Behavior: It is worth noting that Sally's colleague also displayed unprofessional behavior, compounding the unpleasant experience coming to the window to her aid vs.mine.

Disorganization: A third girl, a young girl was eventually called upon to address my concerns, and she candidly admitted that the location was disorganized, which only added to my frustration.

Upon reviewing my experience, it has become apparent that such incidents are not isolated, as evident from the reviews of this location. I am deeply disappointed that such behavior is tolerated by the management, as it tarnishes the reputation of the Tim Hortons brand.

I implore you to take this matter seriously and address it promptly and don't give me the standard contact your guest services team. If I do not receive a satisfactory response from the store manager, who I believe is named Ashley, or if this issue persists, I will escalate this complaint to Tim Hortons corporate. I believe in the value of constructive feedback to improve the customer experience, and I sincerely hope that Tim Hortons will take appropriate action to rectify this situation.

It is my earnest hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure such behavior does not recur by removing the cancer from within, as it reflects poorly on the Tim Hortons brand and the dedication of the employees who do strive to provide exceptional service.

Edit: 2 Months later and 3 complaints have been made to Tim Hortons Head office with no response.

On July 12,2023 my mom, dad and little sister visited the 2780 Stevensville Road Tim Hortons location.

The rudeness, carelessness, and neglect that we experienced must be addressed by the head office. Our entire family has always made Tim Hortons a part of our daily lives and vacations. Throughout the years we have visited hundreds of Tim Hortons locations across Canada and never experienced this level of neglect and rudeness.

Staff are rude, swore in front of my toddlers. Told me my reaction was uncalled for. Used to come here between jobs or on a drive to see the water. Won't be going back.

Staff are extremely rude, swearing. Location is disgusting and odour of urine and mold wreak the place. Needs a Reno real bad. To bad head office let’s the owner away with being cheap.

Visited this location around 5: 30 pm today july 12th, 2023. Went through drive through lady on the speaker was very rude and very degrading when I asked specific questions about items. Felt like I was inconveniencing her with my business. Disappointing for sure!

The only Tim Hortons that has ever forcibly typed my drink in a certain way to make it more expensive. Extremely rude old woman on the speaker at 11am.

Staff was not pleasant and environment was not welcoming. We are from the US and lady made us feel awkward because she was not understanding what sweet tea is.

Today, around 8-9 pm, we were on our way from Buffalo to Toronto when we decided to stop here for tea and refreshment. We ordered 2 steeped teas along with some snacks. Food was ok but the behavior of barista was not.
She did not provide us with cup sleeves for our hot drinks neither did she bother to inform us where the cup sleeves were located. Anyways, we searched on our own and found the corner area with napkins and cup sleeves. However after we grabbed napkins and cup sleeves, same Barista rudely told us not to reach for the things which were on the other side. We were surprised as napkins and cup sleeves were not on the other side and were actually located towards customer sides.
Anyways we just decided just to leave the place as we did not want to get into any arguments.
The barista was either incompetent to do her job as she failed to provide or even guide us where to get the things. And when we found them in our own, she told us not to take them. Or she was just rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced any such thing at a coffee shop and am amazed that how a simple job can be so difficult for some people to handle. Really disappointment and would probably never stop there again.

90% of the time i order an ice coffee here they don't sweeten it. There's 3 steps to make an ice coffee, yet they somehow seem to miss one of them most of the time. It's really not that hard. Expect them to mess up your order.

Service was horrendously slow, food was called when we got it, and server had an attitude. Tried to give them a second chance and went back a couple days later for a soup and sandwich deal and it doesn't donuts and they had nothing I waited through drive-thru for half an hour only to pull out with nothing do not recommend
