I usually have no problems coming here, however the girl working the drive through was incredibly rude to my boyfriend and I when we were coming through last Friday afternoon. We ordered two ice caps, and when we got to the window she only handed us one. We told her that we ordered two, to which she replied “well I’m only giving you one. ” Most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced…

Sometimes the drinks are different from last time, sometimes they taste good and other times they don't

They have a 10 employees but they didn't do service faster, When the customer leaves clean the tables and the washer, very important the health for people, this Tim Horton is very important location for people.

It's a no-frills, nothing special Tim's experience. Convenient location, so continue to visit even though the machines are always beeping and my order is mixed up about 20% of the time.

210 am Waited 10 min in drive thru for no answer earlier in the day went there for 1 coffee and ice cap took him so long to make gave me the wrong coffee and ice cap I think tim hortons should take back there franchise from them this is very poorly run

Staff not reading the order. Adding sugar when not requesting. Danger for diabetes issues.

Don’t bother coming at night.they will not answer you or take your order.they say on the front door their drive thru is open but they’ll never answer at the speaker.i also tried calling but it said line busy.

Seems like this Tims has been missing the ball quite often recently + most of their items are not available i.e blackberry yuzu or everything croissant eggs sandwich on more than one occasion.

The short woman working the drive thru, absolutely no customer service skills, not an asset to your store. Refuses to accommodate customers modifications to the order, as simple as asking for a tray.

Garbage and litter all over the parking lot at all times. Burned out parking lot lights! Unsafe at night. Shame on this owner and property manager!

Drivethru woman said "what do u want" we said hi ill have 2 orders she said "no". Just "no come in" in a very rude tone

I don't what it has been lately but every time I order something with bacon I don't get the bacon. I would have said something but ordered take out and didn't open my sandwich until I was back at work.

That was seriously like the best Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Cream Cheese I've ever had lol 5*

5pm, Saturday, January 14,2023: the worst drive through experience I've had anywhere. Impolite, aggressive, hard to understand and in too much of a hurry to hear my order properly. I'm laughing now, but I thought it was a prank because it was absolutely over the top ridiculous. I'm awestruck.
