Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons never has anything in stock. I’ve lived next to it for almost 4 years and to this day there’s always something that’s not available. What is the point of being open if you don’t even carry bagels?

Don't see this as cleanly place as I had seen flies on the donut section. The staff did not bother about it, and ordered "double double" coffee, all it came in white color.is that the coffee? I wonder! Worst coffee taste ever.a simple mix of coffee can't be delivered

The absolute worst customer service. Rude as hell. And they have gotten my simple order wrong more times than right. Drive thru takes ages. I don't think they start preparing your order until you have sat at the second window for a few minutes. Never returning. The one at Creditview and Rathburn is 10x better.

I usually never leave a bad review, you can even check my profile and see that I don’t because I don’t get upset or offended easily, but the last two times I’ve come here has been an awful experience. The customer service is the worst. People here are very rude and seem very angry. The first time I just asked for what bagels are available, and the lady’s at the drive through mumbled them and then got angry when I asked again saying “I just told you! ”. Today I went in and the man at the drive through got angry after I asked for a receipt, saying he gave it to me when he didn’t. It is not nice to take out your anger on other people. I am a very quiet person and never say anything in a rude way, but I decided to post this review. There are several time hortons very close to this one, and it is not worth going to this one. I’d rather wait 10 more minutes than to give my money to one that has very low standards.

A desi punjabi women who cannot even understand the policies and guidelines or tims is a crew member here, im also punjabi so plz dont make it a racist remark.its just that she clearly donot understand anything… im sure she dsnt understand english well! We asked to refill a cup of water she argued, diagreed and gave is boiling hot water which could burn our tongue and mouth… and after closing the window she said ‘fuck off’… and the circle K store operator started threating us by noting the car number and minor details… this is how they serve customers! Asking for water is a crime?

The guy who works at the drivethrough is super rude. Actively avoiding this spot for that reason. Garbage interactions every time

They really need to make a more consistent coffee.one day it's good, the next day not so good and tastes a bit different. McDonald's may not have better coffee but it's always the same.
