Tim Hortons

Waited 10 mins for my pack of 20 timbits, and when I informed one of the staff that I had been waiting a while, she proceeded to ignore me and pack all the timbits I wanted for a lady who ordered long after me. Incredibly rude and will not be going back.

Good for coffee. The shop looks out Dundonald Park. Busy to line up morning time or at lunchhour.

Love going here. I go in for coffee everyday. There is a few rockstar staff but there is a few rocks too but that is to be expected so have patience with the staff.keep up the good work

The service was good and the food is I was good at this location however there's a lot of homeless people around the spot which makes me uncomfortable

Such a dirty place to go. Some of the Indians were just busy in conversation between themselves about their daily life. There was a lot of mess on the ground.

I went into your location yesterday to use the bathroom after making a purchase and was told by one of your employees that I was barred for making a mess in the washroom after I told them that I had just arrived here from Vancouver 3 days prior all I get is you've been barred from our restaurant from making a mess and I said how's that possible I just moved here from Vancouver and she goes your line you've been barred I've been trying to get and trying for the last 48 hours to get ahold of someone and all I get is I got to look at the surveillance cameras and never called back I left multiple messages with Tim Hortons head office over this issue and they said they'd have the owner contact me and nothing back this was the worst experience I've ever had at Tim Hortons and I only live 2 minutes from there and now I have to walk an extra 20 minutes to get to a Tim Horton's down the street from where I live I've never had an experience like this before I would highly recommend never going to that Tim Hortons to anyone their customers are very friendly but the staff are very very rude especially the manager that I had to deal with

Could be a little faster with clearing the line ups and maybe a bit more personable to new customers. Overall your average Tim's lol

Way too many bums and Riff Raff hang around this Tim Hortons too much when all you want is a coffee and you get harassed for money or people trying to pick fights because you don't have any money it's not a very good atmosphere I'd say choose a different Timmy's

It’s quite a unique experience. There is enough room to sit and have a snack and coffee. They seemed to be short staffed as only one and sometimes two were there. The manager at that time and Teressa was doing their best attending to the guests and making sure the products were served fresh and up to standard.

Way too many crackheads in the restaurant peeking. I also felt very discriminated for being a white male.
3 orders were served before mine.
They had food I ordered a coffee.
So a big middle finger to you guys at tims

I am waiting in line when a Caucasian lady came out from the back n spoke loudly in front of customers that she received a bad call from a customer complaining about the long wait in the line up! Unacceptable behaviour by this Caucasian lady towards her staff!

Maybe she should come out of her hide out n show her TRUE leadership, and help her teammates instead of berating them!

Sure, I’ve been standing there for a long while and the four staff members are moving around very slow… and that’s on manager n the Caucasian lady!

Anyhoot, I hope with this review the owner can turn things around for the better!

Went this morning and had worst coffee ever, and the guy couldn't even make a toasted bagel

I always get three birthday cake doughnuts and either a sausage or bacon biscuit sandwich. I eat it on the way to visit one of my best friends who lives in the area. The best thing though ks when I empty my coat pockets when i get home and realize that that there are still one or two timbits that i forgot to eat.

My husband and I order tim Hortons multiple times a day, for the last week and a half, when I go in to order a Vanilla coconut cold brew with espresso foam (which goes on top) they tell me they don't have the espresso foam, again today I walk in to make my order and STILL no espresso foam. Other times instead of telling me they didn't have espresso foam they would just make my husband a cold brew instead of wanting to do a refund they just give me a wrong drink. I used to never have problems with this location till recently. Not happy at all.

Just like the other day one of the employees argued with me after I told him that he didn't put the espresso foam on top and he stated the espresso foam is not for the vanilla coconut cold brew WITH espresso foam (read the name "vanilla coconut cold brew with espresso foam") it's for the hazelnut cold brew. After arguing with me I left the store, came back an hour or two later for more drinks and the girls who witnessed this argument said that I was correct that it's for the vanilla coconut cold brew with the espresso foam (duh, it says it in the name). I am not sure if all these staff members are properly trained or if this guy is just completely ignorant and doesn't care about his job and likes to waste people's money by making wrong drink and arguing when in the wrong. Pure laziness on his part.

Not impressed.

Every morning and coming out my coffee today to tell me O not to give your double cup No more I think that's wrong side work all day long and I like to keep my coffee hot the double cup usually helps I think it's wrong
