The worst timmies I have ever been to. I was at the drive thru window with a young man working at the till who was serving me with excellent customer service! A small change was made on my end of things to my order and he was fixing it up for me. So kind! Then a female who I assume was his manager or supervisor came over to the window, got upset with him for taking so long (this whole interaction was so fast!), and started almost throwing my food at me to hurry the entire thing up. She was so rude to both her coworker and I. No amount of timspoints for your employees' drive-thru times is ever worth treating your fellow employees or the customer so rudely.

Awful! They are ALWAYS sold out of their menu items. At 5: 30 was told they had no soup, no chili, no chicken bowls as someone was on break and they might be able to offer them again at 7 pm. Requested to speak to the manager, the supervisor on duty refused to give me his name or the name of the store manager siting “privacy”. Terrible service!

The only timbits they had were old fashioned plain. Saturday at 4: 20pm. I ended up just leaving without buying anything. Usually they are better than this.

I had the most frustrating experience with Tim Hortons recently. I placed an online order, hoping for a convenient and hassle-free coffee fix. However, my expectations were completely shattered. First of all, the online order was ignored for what seemed like an eternity. I watched as people who had come in after me received their orders while I stood there, forgotten.

But that wasn't even the worst part. When my order finally arrived, I was handed a coffee that was completely different from what I had ordered. It was as if they had a "make the worst coffee possible" contest in the kitchen. It was undrinkable, and I felt like I had just thrown my money away.

To top it all off, the staff's attitude was abysmal. They were dismissive and unapologetic when I pointed out the mistake, as if it was my fault. The whole experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to Tim Hortons anytime soon. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I'd caution anyone against placing an online order with them.

Great service lovely authentic timmies taste only its located in crackhead central and personal I don't believe rock and coffee should be mixed just cuz its like asking for a attack.consume at own risk.but staff keeps the standards held high and uniformed to all other locations regardless its outer perimeter surroundings. 5 will absolutely be back.

Very poor service. I ask for extra sugar, they didn’t add it. I check on the window and they say yes. Nothing inside it.
They didn’t deserve 1 star as well.

I order coffee and food both things were not good like i just order chai tea latte and they just gave me hot and chai tea bag inside when i went again there and i complaint to manager then she make it again for me but she also did same mistake at the end so i just tell you how to make chai tea latte firstly take milk from machine like press latte then cup size then put milk for steam and take chai tea bag put in cup then take vanilla syrup then put steam milk then put the lead ok cup after that give it to customer with smile. Thanku

I had to come back on here and lower my review score.how have they no figured it out. If you come into this Tims you WILL be waiting and most the time no one will even stand at the cash to help… hire more people or something….
I have been coming here for almost 2 years and it is still one of the worst wait times in the city. Bad enough that I am waiting in line right now and thought to myself I need to update my review. Please hire more people or do something…

One of the worst Tim’s in the city for speed. If you’re looking for a quick in and out this is not the one to stop at.

Told me to park while I wait for my food. Waited for 10 minutes for them to come out and tell me it’s gonna be another 10 minutes. I left. Terrible service.

I’d give it 0 if I could, I got a coffee that had a substance in it. Took 4 sips and was immediately I’ll. My coworker went the next day and also got one but because she likes to add her own sugar luckily she noticed and got a drinkable coffee.

Clearly you need to reevaluate your employees. I came in and got an ice coffee and the girl made it 3 times and then went to get someone else to help her. She kept trying to give it to me black and I said that’s not right. It’s supposed to just be an ice coffee didn’t think it was that complicated. If your employees don’t know how to make a normal ice coffee I can’t imagine when someone orders a more complicated order

I go there almost daily for coffee before work. Almost every other day I get given an iced cap instead of an iced coffee. I always have to ask for a refund, which they are reluctant to give. I believe I empathize the coffee part every time yet it’s always messed up. Extremely frustrating at this point. I’d rather drive somewhere further where they will actually listen.

Honestly the worst tim hortons i have ever been to.the service is very poor… you can wait in line for up to 20 minutes because they only have one cashier on.there also seems to be no communication between the staff because i frequently will order something and only after paying i will be told they don’t have something that is in my order.don’t even get me started on the mobil ordering system.if i place a mobile order i have to physically go up to someone and tell them that i placed one in order for them to start making the food this will often take longer than waiting in the 20 minute lineup.use the 20 minutes that you would be waiting in line and go somewhere better.literally anywhere.

Usually extremely busy all seats taken, they need to hire more staff, feel bad for the amount of traffic the few staff have to deal with.

Tim hortons proving and time again that they dont teach their staff how to clean utensils. Really a flek of green is not the end of the world but proves how little cleanliness there is at theese disgusting places.

The name "Tim Hortons" and the word "Canadians" are roughly synonymous. Understandably, there's no knowing how many Tim Hortons I've been to. And my experiences there have ranged from being delighted (mostly) to being disappointed (on occasions).

However, my experience at this particular location qualifies to be termed "deeply disappointing. " The only bright spot were the staff behind the counters. Yes, it was crowded beyond capacity. But, which Tim Hortons isn't? And which is perhaps a sign of popularity and of good business. And you would expect that a place that's doing good business ought to deliver the goods. Not here.

The floor was a mess, with crumbs and whatnot strewn all over. At other Tim Hortons I've seen a member of the staff coming out and cleaning the floors at regular intervals. Not here.

But what takes the cake was the men's restroom. The floor was dirty and there were flies all over. Around the urinal, the floor was wet from urine droplets, drops, sprays and moisture, with a population of flies hovering over it. After that, I did not have the courage to lift the lid of the toilet bowl. This place was decidedly in no better shape than the restrooms I've seen in some Third World countries (I'm not being depreciatory or discriminatory, but merely stating what I've seen). I made as quick an exit from there as possible.

I'm pretty sure there must be a valid reason for such a state of affairs. All I'm trying to do is draw the attention of the concerned people, so that we Canadians can walk into a Tim Hortons with a sense of pride, and exit with a feeling of satisfaction.

We were denied order at night on drive through simply because we did not have a vehicle even though the main entrance had been locked out for the night.

The lady on the front is very slow and talkative. I don’t know why the customers including me have been waiting for so long that even I missed two buses. Atleast there should be 2 persons at front.

Probably the worst Tim’s I’ve been to, been there a couple times with my gf and they’ve always messed up our orders and had to go back in each time. They gave us a farmers wrap without bacon and a hash brown and gave me the worst iced coffee I’ve ever tasted. Was a very disappointing experience, customer service was horrible, the guy at the sandwich table ignored me when I told him I got the wrong order to the point where I had to be a Karen and ask for the manager, don’t go there, workers are rude and will mess up your order each time, lesson learned.

Unnecessary delay for taking orders and delivering food. People have to wait for so long to be attended by someone at the counter. Even though it’s not busy the people work here makes it seems busy… Customer’s time and money are not valued…

Food quality is acceptable. Sometimes there a huge line to order and only one cash is open. We have seen a couple of staff inside, and nobody is covering to handle the rush. One time we had to wait 15 minutes just to get a coffee, eventhough it is not that busy. Please value the time of customer and solve the issue.

The morning staff at this particular store is very gentle and welcoming. On the contrary, the evening staff is worst. Especially the Indian girl who works at night (between 10pm - 10: 30pm on 12/7/2022). She has no idea about customer service, and is extremely rude. She behaves like she owns the store. Tim Hortons.if you read this, and if you genuinely value your customer then you should ask your night staff to be little polite. Just like them, there are other people coming from a tiring and frustrated day, and they just want to have some dinner. A little decency from your night staff would be really appreciated. If they cant handle customer, then ask them to not take any orders or switch with someone who knows how to interact with the customer.
