Tim Hortons

Just ordered 20 Timbits and was giving the two flavours and was giving most of the worst ones and I also ordered the new apple fridder donut but was given the original. So I paid for all of that but was given left overs without care.

Great iced coffee. The only thing is they didn't have any donuts, which I thought was weird being a donut place. It's not the best one I have gone to.

I went there today and got two turkey bacon clubs. When I got to work there was no turkey on either one of my sandwiches and only half of each sandwich had bacon on it. When I came back the lady was very rude to me in order to make them again for me. She ended up doing so and she did give me extra. But it's the attitude and the fact that I had to come all the way back because someone was too stupid understand turkey goes on a turkey sandwich

I called and asked if they could change my bake treats and they did

Cashier had a weird attitude since the beginning. The sandwiches we ordered were not what we ordered, and the tables were dirty

Very busy place but fast service I was like 10th in line and served very quickly I give 4 stars because of the fact they need a bigger selection of treats not much offered there but coffee service is exceptional

The employees Raj and Aditi were so Rude. Zero patience, they talk in their language and laugh at customer when they take their time with the order or if they see something funny. Very unprofessional, don’t greet customers and just toss the food witho ur making sure it is your order. Very rude behaviour.

Staff love to be bullies, they pick on customers with mental health problems and addiction issues, they play bouncer and pick on a certain type of customers in the parking lot, drinking thier coffee and eating, outside. Sad day do better.maybe call the police and keep your bullies serving coffee, they are not trained professionals or sercurty.

The place was very uncomfortable, no sir conditioning, unfriendly staff, just a bad experience.will not go back to this one!

OF ALL the Tim Hortons locations in Ottawa this small NO DRIVE THRU BY FAR is the BEST when it comes to FRESH handling lines ups FAST and I have NEVER had anything but good things come out of this Tim's and I don't like Tim's coffee but at this location I do.makes me wonder why the coffee at this place is better than all the others!

A pretty decent Tim's. They have everything you want in the usual Tim's menu and you can get your stuff pretty quick. Just beat the lunch crowd though since lines and wait times can get pretty long.

I'm aware that the staff works very hard and they're usually busy. But, when someone ask for extra lettuce and not too much sauce with potato wedges. I wish I could get just that but instead I got the opposite and not much potato wedges. Its uncomfortable checking my orders but.oh well. Hang in there staff, do your best but please try to get my order right like before

Service is really good, it’s just the place is filled with crackheads who are always coming in and causing problems. Overall If you’re looking to have a date or study it’s not the best.

Overall, the place is a nice place to get a coffee. The staff are friendly and know most of the regulars that frequently come here. A nice walk to and from if on foot.

So this is the closest tim Hortons to me and I go quite often.recently I've noticed the restaurant was putting coconut donuts on the top shelf i mentioned to the owner that I come often and myself and my son are allergic to coconut and asked if the coconut donuts be placed on the bottom that way I couldn't have any chance of coconut going on any other donuts.the male owner agreed.days later same thing they were placed on the top I talked to the female employee
with the glasses explaining the conversation i had with the manager about where to place the coconut donut.she smirked and pointed at the egg allergy sign had nothing to do with the coconut donuts acting all ignorant and rude.definitely will be finding a new tim Hortons to get my coffee and donuts

Dark Roast and a Donut is the way to go. They also supply to all the construction guys on site quickly.

Staff are really nice and work really hard. Unfortunately this Tim's is often packed but the staff working their are all so nice. The location of the Tim's is a little bit sketchy with fishy characters but pretty good. Tim is alittle small so sometimes lines are out of the store but lines are short but pretty good. Coffee is alright, best part about here is def chocolate croissants and iced Capps.
