I just bought coffee n the girl name simran she was very rude. She gave me wrong coffee n she wouldnt accept it. When i asked her to change it she was way rude n asked me rudly to leave without correcting her mistake. When i asked her name she telled at me WHY?

If you work overnight avoids this location because they never have food ready at their mentioned time. And sometimes the employees just don’t wanna make the food. Been dealing with this for 4 months now never got my food once

THIS PLACE STEALS MONEY. I did a mobile order for items that they apparently did not have in stock. They refused to issue me a refund, claiming that it's not possible for mobile orders via the Tims app. Even though whenever I go to the two College Park locations nearby, they regularly issue refunds to my card for items that are not available. I'm either being scammed from this location or they are seriously incompetent at their jobs. Either way, I walked out with nothing and this place effectively just stole $15.50 from me and I do not have that kind of money to waste. Avoid this location at all costs.

We ordered from kiosk croissant with cream cheese worker named PRANAYA he didn’t put it and was rude when we asked and the girl was rude too

I was really upset visiting this branch of tim Horton in Toronto. To be honest it is really nice and sweet to visit any branch of this company but unfortunately what I was served in here could have better especially mentioning the coffee i got. I ordered a coffee in here which was double double but the taste was not good additionally it was as cold as tap water. I hope they look into the staff and let them know. Thankyou

New cups turn into mush and the entire thing collapsed and spilled. Lids don't fit on new cups. Upstairs was gross, looked like staff hadn't cleaned in a month.

Did not heat up my food when asked, said it was too late to do so? Food options were very limited

I went there yesterday and the restaurant was so much clean. Customer service was so much good and quick. I got the combo for breakfast, and the taste was so good and the coffee is also very fresh. The dining area is also very peaceful.

It's a pretty little house with two floors and a spiral staircase. It's a good environment for the Tim Hortons brand.
Just today, I met a shop assistant at Lang Tou Qing and ordered a croissant-wrapped Sausage Farmer Sandwich. Halfway through the meal, I realized there was no sauce. I went to tell the clerk, but the clerk actually said, "But you've already eaten half of it. " Usually the Sausage Farmer packaged in croissant has Sausage on one end and Egg on the other. How do I know if the half I eat at the beginning is the Egg half?
Later, the clerk went to ask the manager and made a new one for me

Suitable for a quick fast food style breakfast. You can also sit down and drink the good coffee in peace.

The staff is hilarous no response and just ignoring for 7 minutes and I asked them for my pickup for 5 times that excuse me i am here for pick up. The timing is 1509 hours on October 3,2023. I hope manager will take some action.

Great Customer Service and fast service by all the employees. It's good sitting upstairs and enjoying the coffee

The staff is really Friendly. Despite of being so busy everytime, the speed of service is always the best.

If you cherish your time, appreciate, and crave exceptional service, this might not be your cup of coffee. Here's why:

1) Dining here? Think twice.

2) Double-check your order or risk disappointment (They gave me wrong orders three times, and finally, I had to leave them without asking for refund).

3) Pump yourself with patience– You have to wait for 15-20 minute before get served (Point #2) : check out hat they give you)!

4) Brace yourself for discourteous poor attitude stuff.

Please train your staff not only on how to handle food, but also, how to act as humans.

They burned my bagel and the service is slow. However, there are millions of Timmy's so I will choose another

The staff is disrespecting and I am a regular customer but they don’t treat any one nicely. The staff needs to be respectful towards the customer. Visited again today the old lady employee was very aggressive. We are paying for our but still we always receive wrong order.

Very unclean.you need to work on cleanliness.tables were so sticky. Staff were talking in hindi and discussing personal matters while i was standing in front.not looking at me.need to teach them how to handle customers. So much staff and very bad management

Would not come to this location again, waited 20min for a small refresher. Staff members were not helpful at all. Someone made my drink after a 10min wait but didn’t call my name and it was just sitting on their kitchen counter towards the back the whole time. I knew because I witnessed the whole process and thought it might be someone else’s beverage. I waited another 8-10min, it’s still sitting there along with a few other iced coffees. So I asked a staff to confirm and yes it was mine. Wasted my time waiting there for nothing. They were certainly not under staff, about 8 people I saw front and back. Everyone “looked” so busy running around but I didn’t really see what they’re doing. Very disappointing experience. Never again.

Staff is very rude. There is one old lady employee who has not sense to speak with customers.

One nice female employee let me use the washroom when I am in a rush without ordering anything.

Very busy location, but they are always friendly at you, not like other locations in DT! Best crew in DT
