Love this location. Staff is always friendly and food is delicious. I feel bad that some people have the need to be so ignorant with their reviews. I will never understand how someone's gender affects the taste of your coffee. Have some respect.

Bad customer services, not communication at all. The place is very dirty. I will knot come back. Bathroom full of garbage and Not clean.

It was a nice meal, but the workers seemed to be overwhelmed with customers, and no one attended to my order after I paid. I had to sit to wait for it, and when it was ready, they just dropped it on the tray, and no one called my attention to pick it up. But it's nice anyway, no offence.

Everyone is like a deer in the headlights food quality sucks and over the ast year service went to hell and young managers don't care as long as money coming in and washroom disgustingand not to mention a dude transitioning to a women using girls washroom not right at all if you have facial hair you're a dude not a women what are we teaching our children this store needs store managers that are not kids to get this store in shapeline ups are long because drive throigh is more important then in store.
I would give this store at fairview mall a 0 if i could

Amazing and friendly staff awesome ice cream and delicious food. Don't forget to check out the antique car around back by the picinc tables ok pretty cool. Thank you God bless stay safe

Had the turkey bacon club after a long time.it was good.there were several older customers ahead of me in the line.the employees were kind to them.

Zero stars! Went there bc a kid needed ice bc of an injury.ask for a cup of ice and they charged me! What the hell is wrong with this company.profit is more important than public imagine! So much for being canadian heh!

This has proven to me to NEVER go again!

Visited this location twice yesterday and both times, they got my order wrong. The first visit I ordered an iced coffee with no base and asked for just a little bit of vanilla syrup and a chicken bacon ranch wrap, but I wanted mayo instead of ranch. My first sip of my iced coffee was like drinking pure sugar, it was disgusting. They did replace it. My chicken bacon ranch wrap had both ranch and mayo on it.
My second visit was 4 of us and we ordered 1 small decaf tea, 1 small steeped tea, 1 water and one medium tea. They messed up this order too. We somehow ended up with 4 teas. 2 of us took our incorrect teas back to be fixed. The tea that was marked steeped tea had a bag in it. The decaf tea was not decaf and we have no idea where the extra tea came from. When we took the drinks back to the counter the girl opened the lids, took a look at the drinks and switched lids, however in the process of doing that she hit one of the cups spilling the tea which ended up on my husbands shirt, she just said sorry and didn't bother to ask if he was alright. No feelings AT ALL, hot tea being spilled on a customer should be alarming, but we get a sorry and that's it plus he had to ask her to fill the cup a bit more and half of it had been spilled. We return to the table only for me with my decaf tea to discover there is no milk in it. I had to go back to get milk in it and it took a while for the girl to acknowledge me. It finally got fixed with a low sorry. After this one of our friends went up to order something else and no one was behind the counter. She was waiting more than a few minutes. When we were finished and went to throw out our garbage, the garbage were full. Also during the second visit there was a large garbage can in the middle of the floor by the drive thru. That is very unsanitary and unnecessary. Those garbage cans are meant to be kept in the back, not out near the food area. Also I needed to use the washroom on the first visit only to be told they lost the key and were waiting for another one to bed sent.
On the second visit I heard someone ask to be let into the washroom only for that customer to be told there are chemicals i there.
Tim Hortons does NOT store chemicals i their washrooms and this man was a paying customer. A second person was also turned down for using the washroom
After these 2 bad experiences in the same day I will most likely not be returning to this location
They need to get their act together. Have employees know what their doing and have a back up key for the washroom

I just had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location when I ordered through Uber Eats. I have a 5 year old autistic son whom is very particular about his food but it just so happens that the sausage patties at Tim Hortons are one of the few foods he will eat. When ordering through Uber, it does not give you an option to order sausage a la carte, however, I have always been able to order a simply sausage sandwich + extra bacon and then had the store give me 3 sausages in lieu of the sandwich with the bacon. I'm still paying for the sausage this way and I am saving the store a biscuit and cheese as my son will not eat these - nor the bacon. When I got this store on the phone the woman whom answered was short with me and rude. I was told there was no way for her to modify it, it had to be done through the app (how? No a la carte option remember) and I would have to cancel my order (which would result in me paying for the order but not receiving it). I told her other stores have made this accommodation for me before no problem and she continued to be rude with me and we hung up the phone. I will not be ordering from here again: (

Don't go in the restaurant. They never turn off the alarms. All you hear is the beeping of there alarm

A lot better service at Geneva Street location more polite at first I had wanted a sausage egg and cheese on English muffin and large black coffee with 2 sugars and dd cup and sleeve and then I got told that they didn't have any eggs so I then said what do you have for sandwiches so the girl started to name them off and I asked the girl to please slow down when naming them and then I got told that they just got eggs in and I asked which is cheaper I was told sausage and egg and cheese with hash brown patty and large black coffee with 2 sugars dd cup and sleeve again a lot better service than Scott Street and btw I edited my review for Scott Street location so you will want to look at that review again please and thank you again very pleasant service and polite employees at Geneva Street location

Great staffing. Always keeps my morning mobile order ready on time. Great service everytime!

Just went in for a quick bathroom break and some coffee. I recommend getting a black coffee for coffee reasons and a chocolate chill for healing that neglected part of your childhood. This place is pretty okay when it comes to everything, except for the atmosphere. Most tables inside are usually filled or a little messy. The bathrooms aren't that bad because they started locking them, so you just have to ask a cashier or cleaner for them to unlock one for you.

Day 26 still no sign of yellow eggs…but if you like grey and blue eggs this is the place to be!

idk what’s up with the location but majority of staff are just miserable to be alive and working.every few seconds someone’s yelling about how impossible and unfair the world is because they have to do a few simple tasks or had to do 1 more thing than they’re coworkers, wild

Went through the drive-thru. The women taking my order was quite rude. I ordered a large ice coffee and a mini egg specialty donut. When paying for my order I had received a medium. A young person came over to my window corrected my order etc. Then they left the window. I waited for my donut. The older lady looked at me I said I'm waiting for the mini egg donut. She said you weren't charged for it. Didn't even offer if I still wanted it. I felt they didn't have too be so rude the older ladies. But thank you for the younger person who got my drink at least.

There wasn't even a line up so I hope down the road they don't just say anything else. If there not going to get your order correct.

Weekend staff sucks, they just hand you your stuff and then turn around and keep taking with co workers. They often mess up the order and are rude.

The weekday morning staff are great! Wish the weekend staff could takes some notes. And have some common decency.

They don't have honey for your coffee. I thought it was weird. Every other Tim Horton's I've been to, does.

I go every morning to get coffee and breakfast for my boys before taking my boys to school they have had a couple mistakes in making my coffee but have always been super professional when fixing their mistakes their manager Sara is also awesomely professional and the service is great
