Tim Hortons

The food was terrible I ordered bbq chicken but got something else and the rice and corn were hard as a rock. The place was out off so much food so u didn’t have much of a choose to order what u wanted.

This was worst Tim Hortons service i ever had. Staff was not even wearing uniform, no visor no cap, no hairnet and the guy who was making food was wearing blue gloves.

One star is to genorous Ordered a dark roast 4x4 with cream ended up being given a dark roast with 2 milk possibly if that which even looks soured and off

Giving this place 1 star is generous.

Each and everytime I go in there, I'm ALWAYS waiting. Once I stood there for 15 min waiting for a coffee, While the staff serve about 10 different customers through the drive thru.

There's literally 4/5 wasps flying around landing on all the donuts all the time.

One of the staff members didn't change there disposable gloves while handling food and proceeded to touch the cash till then retouch the food.

Bought a tea there once, The lid had dead bugs on it.

How this location hasn't been shut down due to health and safety issues is beyond me.

Literally the worst Tim Hortons you could order from in Oakville.

Each time I go here the service is lacking. I order and pay through the ap and they still want to charge me at the drive through. They don't check the mobile orders thoroughly. If it's a dozen donuts they don't wait to get your preferences. The girl today didn't close my donut box and then got annoyed when i didnt take my coffees quick enough as i had to close the box. I also saw her sneeze wo covering her mouth near my food. Extremely slow service all of the time. Will make the extra 5 min drive to a diff location going forward.

If your mobile order pickup sign is at the front desk please don’t tell me to go to a side window for pick up. The rude employee ordered me around like a livestock at the farm to go to the side window

1045 am aug 24 to the guy that tried to serve me poorly made beverages and complained and mouthed off the whole time.when.asked to make them properly. YOU should get out of your parent's basement get a real job since you cant do this one like a normal human being.

If you can’t speak or understand English don’t work in fast food 4 times I went 4 times I walked them through exacly what I want every single time I got it wrong would give 0 stars if I could

Iced Capp sucked, apple fritters didn't have glaze on them? Someone ain't doing their job.

Ask for something via their webpage and they delivered whatever they wanted, called them and their solution is for me to go to the store to get it Right or a refund.like if I couldn't go to the store to place my order in the first place, what makes you think I can go to make it right for you? They didn't even put a straw for the ice cap

Tonight closed early what's the point of owning a business if u don't work till 10 then clean after for fok sakes

Hey the this hortons need some sophisticated team members the girl on window (Sukhpreet) she doesn’t know how to talk today i ask for the london fog idk i wants to try first time i saw earl grey pouch i ask is this london fog or earl grey she said what you order im said ok she said he didn’t even know and ask for london fog to another customer as a laughing way in other language this is serious allegations please i want some action the other staff members are so polite in nature

Young Poorly Trained Staff lacks Customer Service Skills, busy talking in their own language but whenever a customer comes it looks like they suddenly suffered from Dysarthria.
Ruins the morning when you are going to work

Used to be a good location, now it is a mess. Common to see 3 or 4 employees standing around coffee area while 1 person does the work. Constantly getting orders wrong, (literally a 50% chance your order gets messed up, even if its a simple one coffee order.) and employees get upset if you order more than 2 drinks. Serious lack of customer service here. This has been my go to store for over a decade but I now go to the Tims in Bronte which is slightly better. Might be writing off Tims completely soon as it seems ALL of their stores are trending the same way.

Terrible location in my opinion. The coffee I bought here the first time tasted like chemicals and the second time I came around for donuts and they didn't have any of the 3 donuts I asked for all of which showed up on their menu screen. The manager needs to better manage demand vs supply.

Plus the first time I walked in here, I saw the manager being incredibly bossy and rude with his staff. If this is how he behaves with his staff in front of customers, I wondered how he treated them at other times. No thanks to this place again.

Gave a coffee that was dripping everywhere

If it weren't for people driving in a rush not looking at the amount of hair not caring to go back because their already late for work, this location would be closed. Some days the door is open to go in and other times its not. Some days there's hair in your food some days there's food in your hair. Most of the time there's teenagers working that appear intoxicated, like they are just there to hang out with friends.

As I read the previous reviews its clear that the manager Azra or Adrak, lacks customer service skills. When I called her about an employee who coughed on our order she defended him and made no attempt to rectify the situation. In times of Covid for her not take precautions to ensure safety for everyone but instead justify the employees behaviour is irresponsible and I'm sure not hygienic in the food and beverage industry. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO EAT HERE
