Infuriating! This coffee shop consistently locks its washroom, regardless of urgent situations. I was flat-out lied to by the staff, who claimed the washroom was closed for the day—yet, it remained inaccessible for three consecutive days while I was frequent to this coffee to study for 5-6 hours! This blatant disregard for customer needs is unacceptable. Basic amenities like a restroom should never be off-limits. The management needs to prioritize customer comfort and basic decency over arbitrary closures. I hope the manager can see what's going on in this branch. Potential customers, beware of this disregard for necessities!

This location their washrooms are out of order for a week now. You would think they would be fixed in a prompt time as when you dine in for a coffee or lunch and need the facilities

We used the drive-through option to order lunch. The employee headsets were not working well and communicating our order was, well, a process of extreme patience!

I ordered a bagel with ham and cheese. It was a sloppy mess in the bag with little care given to the sandwich build. Sauce spread all over the wrapper, the bagel was not cut in half and the temperature was luke-warm at best.

My last thought is a desire to have the Timmies staff at this location eat what they serve. Maybe this will help.

Dont go inside - so, so, so slow. Faster to go home, get your car and go through the drive thru

Edit responding to owner - And both your staff and customers would appreciate you hiring enough people to actually run the restaurant, and making sure they're properly paid and trained.

When handing the customer food, you can say things like have a nice night, thank you, see you next time etc or even a smile

Our visit to the Tim Hortons located on Oxford and Talbot Street in London, Ontario, on a Saturday evening was rather disappointing. The establishment had just four customers, with only three employees working at the time. Regrettably, the ladies' restroom had a non-functioning toilet, and all the tables were in a dirty state, with not a single one having been wiped clean. Adding to the frustration, the three employees appeared more engrossed in their own language conversation than tending to customers. This visit marked our first and, without a doubt, our last to that specific Tim Hortons branch in London, Ontario.

Only downside was the window shades weren’t working and the setting sun was a bit much without them.

Terrible customer service they don’t knpw how to take an orden even then don’t know their menu make me wait half an hour just for a small order

Tim Hortons Ice Cap. Must drink. When I arrive in Canada, I always stop by before leaving.

Closest tims to my house sadly. 90% of my orders are wrong. Had a couple of bad experiences at mornings and late evenings (different staff at both occasions).

I had hot and cold drinks from here and I enjoyed the coffee haven Fresh Vanilla and Double Double and many of them. It is a suitable place in all cases, whether travelling, picnics or when you go out to work and return from it.

- Most of the items are available at this location, during Dinner time.
- Hot Beverages are prepared in an Excellent manner and 'are' really Hot, unlike the other locations where the Hot beverages get cold after adding milk etc and the staff don't care.
- Here, at this location, Best Service is provided by All the Staff Members including the Manager/Shift incharge and the servers. They walk an Extra mile to help their customers.

Extremely slow service, no concept of customer service. How am I waiting over 10 mins for my food. Unbelievable.

Overall slow service, my food was cold, no one even looked like they worked at the store until 5 minutes after I got there. I placed a mobile order, was told it would be 3-5 minutes for the wedges and then 10 minutes later was told it would be another 10 minutes. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Tim Hortons located at 119 Oxford St W in London, Ontario is my go-to spot for a delicious breakfast treat. I absolutely love their Farmers Wrap! It's packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly and always ensures my order is made to perfection. It is good place to relax. You can watch traffic lights at the corner of Talbot and Oxford St. You can watch trains over Oxford St. It is much better than movies and TV

This location has the best French vanillas! Yum yum. Also very quick and good food quality.

Honestly very nice staff, usually quick. The only bad thing is that their cold brews are actually just iced coffees sold as cold brews. There’s no foam, nothing. If I wanted an iced coffee I would’ve paid 2$ for it. Id rather get the cold brew and pay a little more. But the most annoying thing is asking for a hazelnut cold brew and being handed an iced coffee. I’m usually not too picky, but just please let your customers know if you can’t make something. Don’t give them a cheap substitute in hopes that they won’t realize. Because I realized lol

I posted this worst experience because this has happened to me multiple times.
I ordered everything bagel with herb and garlic and cheddar cheese on it and many other things for takeout they charged for everything but when I opened it there was only toasted bagel and cheddar slice separated.
They didn't take costumes seriously.
