I came in as a hospital patient wanting a drink and snack in the middle of the night. It is the only place open in the hospital after hours. My server was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. I tried to place an order, but it was overpriced and wrong. I tried to get him to fix it, but then he got rude. His manager or whoever that was, was sitting on the windowsill at the entrance of the store eating food. He said nothing, nor tried to help. I obviously didn't get to make my purchase and left upset with my treatment. (All while he cussed as I walked away.) I was so upset that I went back to take pictures (from the outside of the store) so I can make a review, and was chased through the hospital by the manager trying to yell and intimidate me. He asked why I'm taking pictures, and I replied to make a review of my treatment. He said no, I have to delete my review and pictures. I calmly told him again that I have a right to complain and document my treatment. The other (rude) staff member came out as well, causing a big scene demanding I hand him my phone. (In this time, they left a long line and 1 girl on register) I said I didn't like how I was treated and tried to explain what happened, but he didn't want to hear me out. He was more concerned with getting me to delete the review and pictures from my phone. When he realized I was not giving in, he then called security on me, who called more security. In less than 5mins I was surrounded by security, putting on gloves trying to intimidate me. I said this would not work, and I had a right to tell what happened to me. After he talked to security for a moment, I guess they found out I was right because everyone just walked away in different directions, leaving me standing there. Not one word. No apologies or anything. The security didn't even say sorry ma'am you can go. Everyone just walked off in their own direction. I then went back to my unit very upset about this interaction. This is NOT how you treat customers, especially in a hospital where you don't even know what they're dealing with or going through. I never EVER write reviews, but this has me extremely upset, and I don't think they should get away with treating people like this! The night staff, I believe, treat customers differently because they're not being as monitored as the day staff.

I accidently ordered a tea to the wrong location (I had proof on my phone) and they wouldn't make me a tea- seriously, it's a tea. I expected better

The staff is very slow and my order is usually wrong or the item I want is not available. I understand that this Tims is very busy because it's in a hospital but the staff doesn't know how to manage the line efficiently. If I didn't work in the hospital I definitely would not return. Don't even get me started about the flies in the baked goods display case and on the bagels and breads on the non-covered shelves.

If you’re going to have an item available on your mobile app, when I get there to pick it up it should be there. Why do I have to wait 20 mins after giving them ample time since I ordered online to the time I arrive at the pickup area for a toasted bagle? This is the only food place open at night at this hospital and you have staff here who take breaks (timed breaks). You should take that into consideration. If you didn’t have that item, you could have offered another option instead of straight up telling me to come back in 20 mins.

Tim Horton's has always been my go-to for coffee breaks, meals, snacks during family road trips, etc. Today at 1: 00 pm.at the Credit Valley Hospital location closest to Emergency, I witnessed the poorest display of customer service. A patron approached the counter, requesting a cup of water. She had clearly spent hours in emergency because she did not look well. She was refused water because she could not pay 20 cents. As she turned to leave, I asked her to come back and paid for her. I am so disappointed in the clerk who refused to give this person in need a drink of water. Needless to say, I am not sure when I will be visiting Tim Horton's again. This employee needs a lesson in kindness and human nature.

Slow service and zero enthusiasm from the team members. It's only coffee.but acknowledging the customer would be appreciated.

Great donuts and treats but sorry Canada their coffee sucks. I judge coffee without tons of cream and sugar. Without those Tim's coffee is swill.

Worst service I have ever experienced when I tried to explain they have me the wrong order this awful young woman kept telling me it was mine. I told her to keep it and she yelled at me I don’t want your sandwich. I have never met such rude awful people. Especially in a hospital. I hope she gets fired- wrong person to have on a hospital staff

The worker SUSAN tried to overcharge me on purpose and when I mentioned it, she said that’s what we do at this Tim Hortons! Great work for a hospital

Great service and great employees. I see Cristian and Mehak a lot on the weekend and they both were so kind.if you’re in the hospital you must get your food or drinks from there.

There is short brown lady she shouldn't be taking order two times in row she took my order both times It was wrong and then once only i told them the order was taken wrong instead of changing my coffee order this guy gave the same coffee adding hazelnut syrup to my coffee instead of giving cold brew.

Terrible place. Getting anything ordered either from drive through or directly in the restaurant takes forever. The servers seem to be stuck in their imaginary world and it seems like the customers anoy them. While ordering the food there via drive through i got bags with items. I was assured i had everything so i left. They missed to give me one donut and hash brown. I did not botger to go back.i would waste more time in line up. I do jot recommend that spot.

Lady on the nightshift was being rude with customers and staff.preparing food in the most unhygienic way. Needs to go.

I find the service to be not good @ they are very unorganized but there is alot of nice staff there
