The drive thru staff are terrible and save for a few friendly staff, are very rude when you arrive at the window. My order is wrong every morning, and I don’t appreciate having a debit machine shoved in my face before you’ve even said hello. No customer service skills. I used to work for a Tim hortons and this wouldn’t have gone well there. Burned food and in correct coffees. They have a rewards program that they don’t even bother asking about or waiting for you to show your scan card. Hands down the WORST Tim hortons in the city.

I’ve been in the service industry for many years, I started off in fast food and understand what it’s like. This is why I have NEVER complained once in a drive through, although today was my first when I was handed a half frozen strawberry lemonade (which I’ve had MANY times && has never been melted to this extent). I politely asked “how long has this been sitting in the window? Because this is half melted”. Even though I said this in a respectful tone, it’s not my finest hour. She turned and blended the same drink again in the machine out of sight (not the intended drive through machine) and handed me the same drink back again. I said thank you and drove away. I’ve included a photo to show you the quality this location believes is acceptable to serve. I will now be driving past this location to to spend my money at fallowfield’s location from now on.

Staff is pretty friendly. I was in Ottawa last month and found the best employee ever. I guess his name was Dev. He was extremely nice and I appreciate the way he helped me. I would love to go back there again someday and want to get assisted by same person.

As far as Tim’s go, this is as good as most. The staff there on this day were excellent and the food was spot on. It seems like Tim’s has shrunk their offerings though. The Farmer’s Wrap was the smallest I’ve ever had. Still tasty but it used to be something I could hold using both hands. Now, not really needed.: (

Don't bother doing a mobile order here. They never actually prepare it. I've ordered through the app about 5 separate days in 2 weeks, and not once was my order ready for me. It was literally only a muffin each time. My final 2 times I ordered 20+ mins before arriving, and it still wasn't there. Even worse, I had to ask them for my muffin, TWICE, since they wouldnt even acknowledge me standing at the mobile pickup. There were almost 10 employees working and maybe 2 people inside and 2 in the drive thru. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Worst service I've ever received. Will not be back.

I always get bagel with cream cheese, they always put way less cheese than the original portion. Just cheap way to save money on the customer behalf.

Arguing with your coworkers in the back, while customers in the front can hear you…. Is not appropriate, especially when we are all waiting to be served. 8 am lol. This place is really sad. Go to another Tim Hortons.

I ordered a black iced coffee and a sausage and egg farmer's wrap for breakfast. I got my coffee and wrap and headed straight to work. When I finally took a sip of my coffee, there was so much sugar in it, I felt like I was gonna have a heart attack. The wrap had nothing in it except one hashbrown and nothing else. And the worst part is, THIS ISN'T EVEN THE FIRST TIME THEY'VE DONE THIS! Every single employee at this location does their best to screw up every order they take. 9/10 times your order will be incorrect. Not only do they purposely screw up your order but are incredibly disrespectful, always on their phone or saying they're busy when they just walk to the back and go on their phone. After countless, countless and countless orders, this Tim Horton's is by far the worst location in Ottawa. EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY!

Great staff and speedy service. Typical Tim Hortons. However, Horrible drivethrough. Narrow with curbs. Watch your tire rims.

Today I visited this tim hortin around 1: 30pm. I ordered an ice coffee and a girl working on window was never welcoming. When i arrived at window she just threw paying machine on my face and after just same with coffee. She just showed up with frustrated face. Never said thanks. Ask her if she’s didn’t like the job please stay at home. Don’t make people day bad.

It’s really suspicious how every morning their ice cap machine is mysteriously broken… I’ll be reaching out to the HQ as I believe they are trying to speed up the drive thru times.

I ordered a cream cheese bagel, they put all the cream cheese on the hole of the bagel, there was literally nothing on the edges, its like they did it on purpose, I'm actually at a loss for words. Negative 5 stars.

The staff are not at all friendly and they communicate rudely with me Even I was smiling but still the girl didn’t smiled me back and I want to redeem my gift card she said rudely to tap again

I Just had one request, pls electric steam my cup after adding milk and cream and manager is like we can't. I had to drink it Luke-warm. No wonder why I like Starbucks over Tim's. Always worst experience.

Believe me when I say, this is THE WORST Tims around for kilometres upon kilometres. I continuously try to forget my bad experiences or forgive them because this location is “necessary” to me due to its location on my daily commute. From now on, I will permanently alter my commute so that I can avoid going back to this location and give my business to a better one.

They rarely prioritize walk-ins, to the point where you need to announce your presence and intent to order. THEY DON’T MAKE MOBILE ORDERS WHEN THEY RECEIVE THEM, instead you have to walk in, get in line, tell them you have a mobile order, and only then will they start preparing your stuff. The customer service and prosocial people skills are terrible. Many employees seem completely clueless as noted when they’ve been working there for a while and still have no idea what specific donuts look like or what is found where on the cash register screen. I consistently need to repeat myself numerous times so that they get my order right, and even then they often are too careless to include what I paid up-charges for (i.e. Sausage AND bacon) or too careless to punch in everything I ordered (as noted today when I clearly asked for hockey cards and they never punched it in). I was also accused of not paying properly when I actually never had a chance to pay in the first place, as she never keyed in I was paying via card!

Also, despite everything including their indoor signage advertising all-day breakfast, they don’t actually do. They stop at 4 pm and get snippy with you when you ask why.

Goodbye Rideaucrest Tims, it was not nice knowing you.
