Tim Hortons

I bought the whole family breakfast this morning once I got home and started to eat I got some really gross crunchy bites of food. Opened up my breakfast sandwich and there is huge egg shells inside. Not just small bits that would be hard to see. Disappointed to say the least especially because I’m not going back out after getting everyone home and back inside.

The environment of this tim horton is amazing. The staff is so good. The speed of service at both counter and drive through is very fast. According to me, the tall asian boy at drive on monday to wednesday is the best guy there. I like to go there when he has shift at drive through. He has shift on monday to wednesday in the morning.

Everything for the most part was fine except there were a lot of yellow jackets throughout the store and on the donuts. Staff didn’t really seem to care. One star for all the flys and yellow jackets. I hate giving a one star but that should be taken care of immediately. There also wasn’t just one yellow jackets there were multiple so I assume it isn’t a new problem.

Tim Hortons is a popular spot for coffee lovers, and I can see why. The coffee is consistently good, and their donuts are delicious. However, I've noticed some issues with the service, especially during peak hours. The long lines and wait times can be frustrating. Additionally, I wish they would offer more variety in their menu. Overall, it's a decent place for a quick coffee fix, but there's room for improvement in terms of customer experience and menu options.

Ordered mobile, waited for 20 min, turns out I was just unlucky enough for them to be so caught up with other orders that I didn’t get mine. But overall 10/10. To the guy who ran out into the parking lot to get me, in my opinion, you should get a promotion for handling that so well.

The younger staff cannot even make coffee the way you asked when ordering always putting the wrong amount of cream and sugar. I thought coffee was their main job for Tim Hortons but obviously they don't care about their customers

Food is fair so far as fast food goes, but indoor dining has really taken a dive since they serve mostly everything as a to go order.
Dining indoors having to use paper utensils, not my idea of a great dining experience

Se resto que j’aime bien que je vais au casino pas très loin dans état de New-York service très correct pas service 24/24 mais aucun service en français en ontario assez correct salle à manger file attendre déçois correct mais des fois trop longue service à auto très longue et très sécuritaire et je dit tellement très zéro pour AUCUN SERVICE EN FRANÇAIS pour la clientèle du Québec dans votre région

The morning crew at the location is very disrespectful and unprofessional.the girl working the cash was a sweet lady but she really didnt listen to my order as she messed every part of it up.and then i get yelled at accross the store because im grabbing a double cup and that id have to be charged (10cents) like cmon people.maybe instead of shouting accross the store saying "ughhh we charge for double cup" simply and POLITELY state the fact there is a charge for the cup.and next time id be aware.anyways i hate this location always trouble and under experienced staff.have a good day.

Clean, nice, and overall exactly what I would hope for. I know that a Tim's isn't going to be SUPER nice, but I honestly just think that this place is overall really great.

They are very polite people in exchange my coffee for what I asked for and didn't charge me extra that's kindness thank you

Went in to buy a gift card, waited while two employees gossipped about another and then finally finished by telling me to line up behind the person who came in after me. Left without buying gift card

Tims is not the same since being taken over by Restaurant Brands. Too many changes in the wrong direction.

Not only was the guy working the order counter completely incompetent in how to do his job, but the staff at the food prep counter were incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I asked if my food would be almost ready after I had waited 10 mins for 2 items and watched 2 people who placed their order after me receive their orders first, the women working the food counter thought it would be a good idea to complain about me under her breath after her coworker had told me it would just be another minute for my food. The staff needs not only further front end training but also customer service training and an attitude check.

Very slow with there service I dont know why and was at that Tim the morning woman that was doing the toasting she was standing there yowling 3 time while waiting for my bagel toasted
