Tim Hortons

I've been here for a few years, and as it goes on, this place gets worse and worse. This place seriously needs to be put back together, they are never able to give us what we ordered. We always have to tell them, we're waiting for the rest of our order, we always get the same "surprise" reactions. If we go inside, we are always served by the same employee, ok, yes, he will make us our coffee, but instead of finishing giving us our order (donuts) he will serve the next person in line and completely forgot us, we asked for a dozen mixed donuts, he gave us a box with the same kind of donuts.

Been here multiple times. Hit or miss. Waited for 30 minutes this morning for a coffee and muffin, never got the muffin, and they looked confused when I asked. Other times I’ve showed up over an hour before close only to find out they’re no longer serving food. When they’re on, they’re on. But unfortunately it doesn’t happen as much as it should.

Don't go there for an Icecap.
The machine has been broken for my last 2 tries in over month.
Fool me twice.

I was speaking to them in English and they still didn’t understand. Instead of XL double I got a large 1 milk, I asked for chocolate and old fashioned glazed Tim bits and I got old fashioned plain and I also asked for a large 2 % milk which they charged me for and then told me that they don’t carry it. It seems like this place could use some adults working here and not just 17 year olds.

I dont usually get food from tims.
I got my coffee stirred very well. Trust me some places dont stir your coffee.
Servers were kind.

Ordered 2.5 Milk 1 sugar and a Boston Ceeam. I got 2.5 Cream coffee and what was a Boston cream but it did have the filling. Horrible service. Do not go there on Saturday.

Terrible tim Hortons. I have never waited so long for a coffee at any location on any other base in Canada. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or a management issue but something need to be done. I was basically ignored for 15 minutes before someone took my walk in order and it took another 15 to get my coffee. There was 4 people standing making coffees and not one of the tool the tike to stop and at least take my order while the line kept growing.

Generally when you go through a drive thru. You don't expect to have to get out of your car to go in and get napkins. If you serve someone food provide napkins.

The single worst Tim Hortons I have been to. The staff doesnt even acknowledge the customers in line because they are making online orders.
