Tim Hortons

The place us dirty.
Employees always yelling at each other. Instead of cleaning, they just fool around. I really don't like that place.
Tim Horton's had gone down the tube. Also time to change up the Muffins. Seriously.

Meeeh, the food sure has changed over the years. Keep trying to give them a chance, but it's just another fast food place.

The apple fritter I got had raw dough inside, was not baked properly.
Some of the staff was also not pleasant.

The lady that is usually on drive-thru on weekday mornings is a phenomenal person. Always friendly, and the line moves quite fast, and my order is always correct.

Sorry to report that they have made mistakes with my drive thru orders the last 4 visits. Check your order before leaving the window.

The staff is not trained to help redeem points. Pastries served cold. They don't even ask you to roast it in some oven/air fryer for serving hot and make your experience better

Disappointed with Tim Hortons

I recently visited this particular Tim Hortons, and I have to say, I was not very impressed with my experience. The overall quality of the food and service left a lot to be desired.

First of all, the coffee was quite underwhelming. I ordered a medium coffee, but it tasted weak, watered down and lacked the rich flavor I expected. It seemed like they skimped on the amount of coffee grounds, resulting in a disappointing beverage. I've had way better coffee from other establishments at a similar price point.

Moving on to the food, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it was nothing to write home about. The bread was dry and lacked freshness, and the eggs seemed like they were sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The overall taste was bland, and I found myself longing for more flavor and better quality ingredients that are not just tossed together.

The service was also subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive to customers. I had to wait in line for quite a while, and when it was finally my turn to order, the cashier seemed indifferent and not very friendly was no friendly greeting, instead she just kinda stared at me waiting for my order. The lack of enthusiasm and care from the employees DEFINITELY impacted my overall impression of the place.

Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was far from impressive. The coffee was weak, the food was mediocre, the service was lackluster, and the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. I expected more from a well-known chain like Tim Hortons, and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Drive through was quick. Jalapeno pastry was fresh & Spicey coffees always fresh as expected! Server has great attitude

First time I went they gave me 2 bacon breakfast instead of 2 sausage breakfast. I came back to give them a chance and they gave me the wrong drink. Service is also really slow even though I was the only client.

Such a wasteful company and their employees don’t seem to understand English very well. I switched to McDonald’s.

No matter if it it's take out or eat in the restaurant servers are always welcome you back.

The staff is very slow. Only 0ne cashier with line ups to the pkg lot door. Not as friendly as other Tim's.
