I am very saddened to be leaving this review as I’m there daily on the way to work. To the point where they know my order but they do not get it right sometimes.

Many many mishaps have happened that I’ve let slide but it is very inconvenient to have to go back to get a CORRECT coffee or coffee made with effort and not in a rush. They care more about their timer than getting order right. Many times I’ve had to inconvenience myself to LEAVE the office to go back and get a coffee replacement because I rely on that coffee for VERY long days.

Why is there whole coffee bean in my coffee. And I literally asked them to make it REALLY GOOD. This has happened more
Than once. The staff is lovely but this place needs to be better managed and things done right. To the T

The customer service experience at this Tim Hortons is easily the worst ever. We pulled up at the drive through to be greeted with “yup? ” We ordered a medium black coffee and a tea. The attendant said “anything else? ” Without waiting to hear what we wanted in the tea. We got to the window and he basically flung the debit machine out the window and said the amount owing. Took the money and shut the window. Opened the window and handed out the beverages, window closed. Absolutely ignorant and made us feel like we interrupted him. Will never go there again. These kind of experiences give the whole franchise a bad name.

I'm honestly confused by the employees here, how difficult is it to understand a small peppermint tea with 2 sugars and a large WHITE hot chocolate with a chia tea bag inside? We got a small normal black tea and a large hot chocolate, not white hot chocolate or chia tea bag. The funny thing is the girl taking the order had to go get someone else to speak to us cause she didn't understand what we meant, clearly neither understood what our order was. I don't think this is rocket science.

I enjoy the steeped tea from Tim Hortons but for some reason, there have been a number of times that this Tims give me the worst steep tea that I ever have had while going to work from there in the morning. I Hope that from next time it won’t happen to me again or anyone going through this drive thru.

Location convenient but no washroom, the service is horrible, not listening to order and mess it all up. Don't waste time

Unfortunately the experience here is too reliably poor to ignore.
For basic service there is always at least one issue, whether they forget to give you an item or their systems are down (i.e not allowing you to use the loyalty program).
Besides just trying to get your order right, the site itself was very poorly planned. You can expect delays not just due to getting food prepared but also the stall caused by those hoping to turn left onto the heavily trafficked road in front.
Unless you are in dire need of only a coffee then I would recommend you go to the next location en route.

The service at this location is horrible and insanely slow! The woman at the window rushes through taking the order only to make you sit for over 10 minutes just to get the order. They don't listen to what you're saying and mess up orders. If you can go to a different one, just do it. Don't waste your time here!

If you like your sandwiches stale and souped in sauce this is your place to go. Don’t recommend

Extremly poor service, please train staff for FOOD HANDLING There are high chances that they are going to ruin your day, worst in Bradford

Server with the blue hair was pretty ignorant. But, it’s just slinging coffee. I asked for it and she managed to put it on the counter.

Typically have good experiences here. Weekends and holidays are not as good with younger staff

This location guys dose not care about customers.
I try to use my coupons, he scanned but charged me regular price! That’s carelessness and unacceptable customer service.

They didn't have rice for busy time at 6: 10pm for thier signature bowls. Not they don't have ready, they don't have it in stock. Also they even confirmed the wrap my fiancé ordered is fine. She ordered slow cooked chicken for her's.but surprise, they put the crispy chicken in her's by mistake. So now she didn't even get to enjoy her's. Also any time I have come to this location in the past and try to order chili in the afternoon, they never have that in stock ether. Don't know why we keep giving this location multiple tries.

Went from Double cups were never an issue, to having to pay $0.10 per cup when you want an extra one, and now you can’t even buy a second cup for your 100 degree coffee. Such a pathetic location.

5 stars go to all of the employees at that Tim hortons. I couldn't be happier with my experience and they always go above and beyond to ensure that my order is absolutely up to par. The friendly environment welcomes you into a very warming coffee shop and if it weren't for the staff I don't think I would be reviewing this importance as five stars on all ends.

I asked for a classic lemonade, and they gave me a frozen lemonade there. Latte machine is not working and a cappuccino machine is not working either. I don’t like that service.

Ordered a hot chocolate, but the ratio of mix to water was off. Got a very watery hot cocoa. Wasn't able to come back to get my drink fixed so I had to toss it out.

Ordered a BLT on a white bun through the drive thru for lunch. Asked for extra bacon, and a double espresso with one sugar. I had been on the road for hours, with more to go with nothing to eat or drink.

I received 3 tiny strips of bacon, and when asking for extra. It leads me to wonder how much they usually give out. The mayo was some gross orange sauce. The lettuce, and I'm not exaggerating. Had large black spots as black as my tires.

The best part though, was the hair actually hanging out of it.

I ended up eating my donut and drinking my unstirred espresso from its leaking cup.

Hard pass in the future.
