Taking down my 2 star review for this. It’s a shame because the iced coffee here used to not be hazelnut? I have no clue what happened but about a month ago every single time I order an iced coffee it’s hazelnut flavour or something. I’ve made other people taste it too and they agree it’s definitely hazelnut and I’m not crazy. This is so dangerous for people with nut allergies, i hope it’s not real hazelnut in there or someone’s gonna take legal action if they get hurt.

The girl who made my coffee 5min ago today. I believe she truly does not add sugar in my coffee on purpose.
And it needs to stop.
She thinks it's a joke.
I've gotten into an argument with her before.
And now every time she makes my coffee she messes with my coffee.
This really needs to stop.

I call this the "surprise" Tims. Because after you order they surprise you with something entirely different. Employees are careless, lazy and disrespectful.

Food is good. Love their apple fritters. Prices are great. I love that they don't mind if we sit for a couple of hours just talking.

A less than 1 star if I could on the absolutely horrible customer service experience at 1150 carp Rd, Stittsville location. Person working drive thru should find a job not working with the public. Unnecessarily beyond rude and so ignorant!

Minus 1 star! I go to Tim Hortons daily and I have never been so insulted in my life. The girl was so rude and actually me. She actually asked "what do you want" in the rudest manner, did not let me finish my order before deciding I was done, twice.then said one total and when I asked her about it, changed it for a higher amount. You should avoid this place, she will ruin your day! The store at 1150 Carp Road.

A great Tim Hortons place on Carp Road. You can always count on good service and great coffee here. The place is very clean. There is lots of free parking around.

The most racist environment I’ve ever seen, I’ve been waiting in the line for 5-7 minutes, there was a couple in the front, they ordered then it my turn but the indian lady in the front, asked the person behind me about his order, and same thing happened again after that person, i was waiting there for 10 minutes but no one asked me, so i had to leave, there was another indian girl named simran, she looked at me never asked for my order. Worst tim I’ve ever seen.
