There is a man who sits outside and stares at you from less than a metre away. He is not asking for money and mostly stares at girls. Everyone I know avoids this entire block for this reason.

Incredibly dirty inside, unpleasant odor. Unpleasant to drink coffee in this establishment.

The place is always dirty. Asked to use the washroom once and I almost threw up cause it was so disgusting.
Most the staff can't speak any English.
My soup today was cold and the bun is like a rock.
The other day.well two days in a row I got Boston cream and there was no cream. 2 different days!
I will not go there anymore

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Dirty store. Unorganized staff. And long wait times. Waited 10+ minutes for a wrap today because the TWO staff working bagel bar were both more concerned about getting delivery orders wrong than serving the 10 people also waiting for their food for a lengthy time. It’s like this every single day, it seems as if nobody there knows what they are doing, ever.

This is one of the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is horrible and it is very dirty. The one is Slater is better in terms of cleanliness and service. I would avoid this place

Burnt coffee, bad service. Order is frequently wrong. Older woman with highlights was extremely rude.

Not sure if it was just the day but the place was understaffed and their baked goods was pretty empty with only a hand full of donuts and muffins left. This was at about 4: 30pm ish so you'd expect there to be more selection.

Morning staff is amazing. The night staff are more interested in shut down the coffe shop at 1800hr than makeing food or coffees

My Tims of choice when I’m downtown. Donuts are always fresh, coffee is good and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Never had a problem there.

Ordered a bagel BELT and it didn’t have lettuce or tomatoes.i had milk with the order and it expired june 26 and was watery with chunks in it. Please get rid of the expired products. Unfortunately it was a skip the dishes order so i couldn’t say anything directly.

Staff too focused on socializing to the point where it slows down service, they also laughed at my order … it was just extra cheese

Tim Horton at 187 Bank st. Ottawa: worse customer care, impolite and disrespectful. After ordering a farmer’s wrap combo, I asked if I could use the washroom because it requires an employee to push the button to open. Having the impression that the young lady did not hear me, I repeated “Can you open the washroom please”. Then she responded “why are you shouting? ”? I was shocked that not only she heard me and did not answer at least saying “one second please” or whatever might have been the answer. I was chocked that she actually meant to be disrespectful to me. I had no choice, I spoke to the supervisor about the incident. She said she was going to speak to the young lady. No apologies at all. Very bad customer care indeed.

This branch of Tim Horton's is probably THE WORST I have ever been to! I give props to the actual owner for helping me with my complaints regarding customer service years ago. TAKE NOTE: I have already lodged at least 4 online complaints via the call center against this branch.

My most recent bad experience was regarding the VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE of one of the 'assistant managers'. She usually raises her voice, does not communicate well and sometimes gives the "hard glance" and stare if you question something about the order.

Advice to the franchise owner: Listen to all the complaints and issues because this heavily impacts your business' image.

** The person I am complaining about has a striking resemblance with the branch supervisor.

Is there a rating less than one star?
There are aways shady people hanging out all day in front of the store. There are never any donuts. Management can't make it a good place to say it works hard for the customers. People overdose in the bathroom all the time. I could go on but. I challenge you to not go there. I will save you the headache.

This store stop serving sandwiches at 6: 30 pm according to the employee. Even though they close at 8pm.

Unbelievably rude! The keypad keeps malfunctioning when i pay with interac. I asked to speak to the manager to let her know.the brat at the cash tells me there is no manager in the store.the she screams at me.a supervisor comes over and all of a sudden a manager suddenly appears.not the first rude employee ive encountered there either

I usually don’t have problems with this place, but my egg in my bacon English muffin sandwich had blue mold in it… I took one bite and completely noticed. It was visible on the outside as well so I’m not sure how the workers didn’t notice… super gross.

Employees stop serving sandwiches at 5: 45 pm, and start cleaning, even though the store close at 8pm. Some Employees are not friendly at all, they’re just staring at you. Zero customer service…
Find another Tim!

Employees can be slower than Malasses in January both on Somerset St and two locations on Bank Street.

They didn't have any donuts or Tim Bits. Also didn't put the bacon on my Turkey Bacon Club. So you may want to walk a little farther down Bank to the other Tim Horton's.

It's the worst Tim hortons in Ottawa The employees argue with you when they make a mistake and you don't even say sorry anything to make a mistake they don't care I hope they close that Tim hortons down or fire everybody that works there

ATTENTION: I am uber driver, I came to ask for my order the guy said wait or cancel for the order. Dec 6 at 3: 30 PM.that is how professional they are.uber drivers don’t accept order from here.they are always rude to uber drivers.
Uber customers: don’t order from here, They don’t care about ur order, they say to uber driver to cancel the order.

Rude guy at cash. I asked him what time they close and he says with attitude " look at the sign"

Staff were slow and rude. Mobile order said no donuts, some were available although in limited quantity. Poor experience.

DO NOT GO! WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

One of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited in my whole life. Cashiers were cold, unhelpful and rude to the customers.

I ordered M french vanilla with one cream and one 2% milk and the cashier handover the cold and half filled french vanilla and forgets to add cream & milk. It was too late to go back and ask to add them to my drink.

I suggest everyone customer to check twice for their stuffs before heading out. Also, try to avoid this tims as much as you can. Look for other tims nearby or go for McDonald or Starbucks. Their customer service is quite poor- untrained staffs, rude supervisors and no manager on floor.

This is one of the best places I've ever been in my entire life the stock or so friendly and I haven't had the best coffee I've ever had in a very very very long time I would recommend this place to anybody.

I just went in to Tim Hortons on bank st and I just got two xl triple triple and they never once asked me if I wanted a sleeve on them and I almost burned my fingers by carrying them home and the place is a pig sty and the workers don't ask the customers to quiet down they let everyone that walks in be loud and innocuous and carry on so I think that they need to hire some new staff members and make sure that the staff members are well trained to work in that kind of feild

Horrible location!
They are blasting music with very high volume, disrespecting anyone stepping in, add to this it's Philippine music that only the staff understand. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Staff are not very friendly, the washroom isn't always clean, and the supervisor likes to play the radio loud.

This used to be a clean, friendly location, with many regular customers. Since the renovations, it's different. Gone are most of the small tables for more intimate conversation. Instead there's a huge dirty wooden table for many people to sit at. No thanks! We don't want strangers sitting with us! All their staff has changed, too. No matter what day of the week, there's no familiar faces. Service is quick, because many customers have now gone elsewhere. It's not the cozy location it once was. We'll be finding another location for our coffees.

This store closes at 8 pm every day eventhough downtown crowds want to keep to keep this store open until at least 10 pm.

It's not a good place to hang out and talk. They play music so loud you can barely hear the person across your table. At 9 am noone wants to hear music that loud at anytime of day in a coffee shop

To be quite honest this is one of the few locations in the city where everything serms to go smoothly regardless of its surroundings or circumstances.friendly staff but they seem to be short handed all the time.other than that a good tims location to visit.

This location is known to mess up orders, this is not the first time.
I paid $5 for a beyond Meat Sausage breakfast sandwich. I got a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Thanks for not giving me what I paid for, again.

July 2019 - This is a very noisy Tim Horton's. Staff is always very loudly chatting with each other non-stop, and they play the radio too loud.

Ce fut une surprise découverte après être sorti du magasin.

J'ai dû aller l'échanger car c'était un café noir que je voulais.

Les employées ont eu la courtoisie de me l'échanger (mais en même temps normal l'erreur était plus de leur fait à mon avis).

Qualité du café moyenne et prix corrects.

They play the most depressing music, was trying to sit and chat with friends but they played 4 real slow, sad songs in a row. A real mood killer

It's triple tea with milk. The problem is sometimes they forgot to stir it or put coffee instead of tea!

Place itself is always good. A worker there helped me carry my soup to my table because I have hard time.a bit sketchy people customers but not their fault just the area.

Just witnessed one of the employees defend a new employee from a customer overreacting a small mistake. Very happy to see that.

I went there in the evening, around Christmas. The place was a pig sty. There was garbage everywhere. I had to ask for a cloth to clean a table. (Not a single one was clean.) The staff begrudgingly wiped the table top. The garbage on the seats, and around the table, was left behind. While I was there, one staff member rolled up the carpets and took them all in the back (Supposedly to clean them.) He returned with them shortly after. The water was pouring out of them, all over the floor. He piled them near the door and then proceeded to serve a customer without washing up first (Nevermind that he was now soaking wet from the filthy carpets) All the staff (3) moved at a snail's pace. Will NEVER go there again!

The manager at this place is very rude. My friend went to the cash and greeted the lady good morning how are you? She ignored her and took her order. When I noticed it I told the person working tell your manager to smile. He laughs at me. The manager came to give me my drink I grabbed it out her hands to show her how it feels. She had the nerve to ask my friend what's wrong with her? My friend said maybe if you weren't so rude to me you wouldn't get treated the way you treated me when I greeted you. Managers excuse to that. I'm sick lol. NO EXCUSE.period.manager needs to be fired. Nit a good example to her employees. The kid working the cash was laughing when I told him she needs to smile. This place is a joke.

The staff at this location is super friendly and polite.
I've been there several times.
Yesterday, I'd forgotten my wallet, with my credit cards, drivers license and cash money on one of the tables, when I realized it, an hour later, I panicked and called the store. I was told an employee had found it and I coul pick it up at any time.
