The guy Tashub was friendly and very professional. A nice clean Tim Horton has amazingly fast service. Just visit it once if you live nearby.

I watched one of the lady's that works there fill up the top quarter of an iced cap with tap water from the hand wash sink. Then hand it to me.

Andrew has consistently displayed exceptional qualities that make him a standout employee. His friendly demeanour and positive attitude create a very welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Andrews commitment to delivering excellent customer service is truly commendable, as he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every interaction with customers is a positive and memorable one.

I have no real issue with the staff at this location, they are all very nice. The only issue I have is with the muffins. I stopped buying my favourite blueberry muffins at this location because they always taste like they aren’t cooked fully through. The muffin tops are always soft and chewy. They taste better when the muffin tops are slightly crispy, that’s how you know they have been cooked all the way through. It’s almost as if the muffins are being taken out of the oven earlier in order to sell to the customers. On a positive note, my coffee is always good from here.

This location has become one of the few in the city that I love going to.
The staff are always very kind, they get really busy but quality has never suffered.
Management is amazing and very organized and professional.
Keep up the great work!

Unhygienic dump, weak coffee and staff openly picking noses while handling food.
Give this one a miss.

Watch out for the cold brew. I ordered a cold brew in the drive through and it had a bunch of curddled milk in it. Brought it back in to get a new one and they made me another with curddled milk.

Not happy with the service or the choice of muffins and donut selection. Cases where almost empty at 09: 30 in the morning

Their coffee is still mediocre and their donuts are extremely overloaded with sugar and fat. Way to go if you want to block your arteries and get diabetes

I stopped by this Tim's location maybe a month ago and got a habanero chicken wrap. The chicken tasted slightly different, but chalking that up to it being a different location than my normal location, I ate it. I ended up getting what would seem to be symptoms of food poisoning the following day.

Good location but you need to clean the washroom and the floor all the time this a good future for the business and people, The healthy very important

This place only really serves coffee - no wraps, bowls or really anything satisfying. The worst part is that this is only listed on the ordering machine in the drive thru.

So after sitting in line for 15 mins, you get there only to learn you can't get what you want. This sign clearly needs to be at the entrance to the drive thru so you don't waste people's time

Tim Hortons has gone down hill so much just not the same anymore never consistent food quality is terrible coffee is not good anymore either just not as good as it once was

Come here almost every day for a coffee in hopes it can be done right.maybe once a week they give me an acceptable coffee that doesn't taste burned or just plain bad.someone needs to add additional training to staff here.

Decent Tim Hortons but its unfortunate you cant hear anything of what they are saying since they are all wearing face diapers.

Absolute worst service I’ve received in a long time. Spent money and couldn’t even get the courtesy of getting a glass of water? Told me I had to pay. The manager is rude too. Not a great location.

The drive-through wait, everyday is up to 20 minutes. Tim Horton needs to stop serving meals at drive-through. Its a coffee shop, not a wendys, which is next door and people are through and out with 5 minutes.

Its become RIDICULOUS i have only been going to the Tim on merivale south past Hunt-club. Order and out in less than 3 minutes.
Either Tim at meadowland becomes "a staff equipped" fast food joint, or serve proper hot coffee. I taste my coffee on the spot. At 2.20 a cup, and no sugar in my "lukewarm coffee" and asked for a roper cup and service! If you cannot serve proper coffee, then dont call it a coffee shop!

You cant have it all. If people are too lazy to go in to order 25$ worth of food, then go to mcdonals! Some of us actually care about coffee before the sungoes down!

To me the location is actually bad! It's even in one way heading south but there's turns to get in is okay compare doing u turns! The staffs were usually horrible asking me to speak at the drive Thur. Huhuuh I'm deaf sorry but it went good mostly time. Walk-in in isn't so bad however I do that night time often. So 3 it of 5 till I feel there's to adjust with the your employers knowledge of communication.

A lot of miscommunication with staff working at this Tim Hortons. You'll be left repeating your order over and over again and still end up getting the wrong order.
