I order coffee every morning and night staff always rocked. Today’s chai tea latte was awesome, loved it:)

To be honest the whole chain no longer is what it was. Absolutely horrible service at all locations and coffee is now mediocre. Mac Donald's has way better coffee

I would like to have it explained to me, since when is it acceptable for staff to stand behind the counter and be across a counter and yell quite loudly at a customer who is already clearly sitting down with other people? That was today’s experience. Two weeks ago I was in there ordered the belt sandwich and it was not correct. It was actually missing the egg. When I went back to the counter to say hey, where is my egg, quite nicely it was explained to me that it is now my responsibility to check the screen to make sure that my order was inputted correctly. Since when? Now I am expected to monitor to be sure that my order is inputted correctly? And the staff that yelled at me for that should be ashamed of herself. You shouldn’t leave new people at the register without any assistance or back up. I need someone to explain to me why I would want to go back when all they seem to do is yell at customers. Don’t bother offering me something for nothing. Just give me what I pay for correctly and politely I’m not rude to you I don’t raise my voice to you.

The staff at this location are beyond ignorant and rude. They will downright ignore you and talk to you like your worthless once you have their attention. I have never in my life experience such horrendously shameful and outright discusting customer service in my life. I left without my order. They can keep it. I want nothing to do with this location and after the way I was treated. Shame on you all.

Food was old and stale did not taste good at all coffee was burnt staff did not want to be there witch I get but only to a degree it's not the customer's fault and there was some disgusting black thing floating in my coffee

If you are going to be involved with taking orders on Skip, then order accuracy should be of utmost importance. Each and every time that I have ordered and this location has filled the order, there have been missing items, or unacceptable substitutions based on the original request.

Super friendly service. Bright, clean, modern. Pleasant surprise today on the way to the airport.

Recently renovated, looks nice, well staffed. There were flies on the donuts and when I told the staff the response was "ya, there's nothing we can do about that". Completely dismissed the concern, there's a difference between not being able to do something, and not caring enough to do something.

They got our app order wrong. We ended up with 2 spicy wraps and my wife doesn't like spicy food.

The manager at this place is an a**hole, you can always hear her screaming at staff and being rude to customers. Staff is genuinely friendly, but the place needs new management

Tim Hortons on Admiral Drive. I don’t understand this restaurant they’re always promoting their new products but never have in stock the regular items.

Go to have a iced coffee this morning. Lady says I don’t have a sugar base to go with it. Lady says do you want regular sugar? I said it doesn’t dissolve as well it just takes longer OK so I should wait three hours for my sugar to melt in my cold coffee

Same thing they’re always out of something they don’t have iced caps on a hot day they’re always out of donuts Tim bits cookies maybe he shouldn’t own so many restaurants if he can’t keep up and if he doesn’t care, maybe he should let it go

I always get delivery from this location. If this location is not available at the time of delivery, I will not place an order.
Everytime I've ordered it's never been wrong. And always tasts great.
Hats off to the owners and managers for the great team they've got. And always making sure your machines are calibrated properly, making it easier for their staff to get the orders right.

I go to this location frequently and it always seems that the staff is flustered, always takes forever to get your order even if it's just a coffee. Some of the staff is great, but the others clearly do not want to be there.
In this morning's case I ordered a large Double-Double and donut and waited 15 minutes for it in store.

I don't know how you train your staff here, but I got my drink as pictured. I don't like paying $3 for 2/3s of a drink. Every time I go to this location it's either a huge wait or my items are made wrong. It's usually both. Don't go here if you have other options.

Worst location ever. Always out of stuff. Rude staff. Go to the one by copps and save your sanity.

We had worst experience at this location. An employee let few customers inside just while we were walking towards the entrance and shut the door around 9: 15pm itself when the closing time is 11pm and didn’t open the door thereafter. We were waiting outside for a long time for the staff to open the door but she ignored us even after she looked at us. There was neither a sign board stating that the store is closed nor that staff approached us and told that the store is closed for the day. For some reason we felt it is very unfair.

This location is horribly run. Always having issues with equipment either employees are lazy and just don't want to clean machines or they are out dated and broken multiple days a week regularly. When using this location for delivery they regularly get the order wrong and send wrong products. Get it together!

Yet again, gabby woman messed up my order. Pretty hard to read the screen when you can't shut up. Terrible.

Didn't have donuts or enough timbits. But then again it was 10pm. I guess they don't have much selection after a certain time.

Ordered Uber eats from this location on back to back days and both times they forget to add my cheese croissant. Both orders had a total of 6 items which needed to be bagged and both times they couldn’t complete the simple task of bagging a order. Definitely will be changing my ordering location moving forward.

I live and work in the area and haven’t had a pleasant experience at this location in a long time. Weekday morning staff is mostly unpleasant.

I’m currently standing in Line as the older employees take their sweet time. 15 minutes so far with only 5 people in Line. I feel like the current staff on shift are incapable of handling the speed and requirements of the job. Even the older woman who appears to be a shift leader of some sort seems incapable of running the day to day operations with proper time management and appropriate delegation. I’m disappointed because this Tim Hortons hired an older demographic who definitely struggle to keep up the pace of this business. If I had to choose to come back to this location before getting on the highway, I’d skip it altogether. A real shame.

I go to this timmies everyday for lunch and have never had an issue, today 03/08/23 I asked for a farmers wrap as I usually do cuz I won’t eat other menu items. I was told they didn’t have hash browns and I said okay that’s fine can I get double sausage instead and they told me no even tho the multiple time I have had to get double sausage because they were out of hash browns. So my question what’s different this time and also thank for not letting me have a lunch
