Tim Hortons

This location needs better management that can train the employees. I stopped by with a friend on Sunday, November 12,2023, and we each ordered just a drink via the app before entering the restaurant. The drive-through was not busy and there were a few customers in line, but it took 15 minutes for the at least five employees to complete our orders. There are plenty of things that are not working smoothly. The employees put the orders out at the pickup area without mentioning who ordered them or what the order was, e.g, there were two customers who had ordered a medium coffee and neither one knew if it was their order. Mobile orders seem to be completely forgotten, which has been a problem for a long time here. At least, they got my simple order right this time. Previously, I had ordered a cold brew, but I got a regular iced coffee, I checked with an employee and he ‘confirmed’ that it was supposed to be a cold brew. Major training issues.

Went in today for a simple tea and bagel, was charged for 2 bagels and when I corrected them they just said “okay” and walked away. No refund or anything and it was just me in the store

Came here on a Sunday late afternoon. No one was around. Pretty empty. 1st time at this location. It was clean. Staff were friendly and my order was correct.no issues on this visit.

Please fix your mens washroom door, its jammed and hard to open, being new to your restaurant i didnt feel like pushing hard and scaring anyone inside in case it was locked and a single washroom.

This tims changed ownership a few years ago and it's constantly going down hill, ie. Wrong items in orders, ordered a tea multiple times asking for milk and received cream instead, the bakery has also gone downhill, if you can I'd avoid this tims if you want fast and reliable service.

Unbelievably poor and slow service! Ordered a Grilled chicken loaded bowl.waited 10 minutes and then someone finally asked me what my order was and i told them and they ended up making it a Wrap instead. When i did finally get my order it had absolutely no Chicken in it. I called to complain and the manager i spoke to who originally screwed up my order said he made the Bowl and he did put chicken in it. I asked my coworkers in the office to show me the chicken and they just said. None in it.just a bowl of rice and lettuce. We told you not to go there! They were absolutely correct. Can someone please show me the Chicken? Avoid this store completely. Horrible Customer Service!

It's a Tim's. No better or worse than others. Drive thru was really slow this morning. Over 20 minutes at 9: 30 in the morning.

My family has been going to Tim Hortons for years. We've always been offered a free Timbit for our dog when we would bring him on occasion. Since getting my own two dogs, every time I've brought them with me to Tim Hortons, I've bought a ten pack of Timbits to share some with them considering I have two now. Every time I've done this at the drive through, at a few different locations, I've been asked if my dogs would like a Timbit (and I say I bought the pack to share with them), or they tell me I don't have to pay for a Timbit for my pups. It's lovely! But I've still purchased them most of the time. This visit was different. Instead of buying a pack I was just hoping for one each but they immediately charged me and laughed at me for questioning why and when this had changed and sharing my previous experiences. This is not an automatic expectation of mine but it would be good for locations to be on the same page. Unfortunately just much less reason for us to choose Timmy's over other alternatives. Sharing that moment with my pups used to be one of the best parts about coming to Timmy's!

Very good Tim Hortons, not too dirty but you might want to wipe down the tables with a napkin before you sit down, great service, very friendly workers and great food with reasonable prices

Went in to place my order because the drive through is always so slow.
My muffin had what seemed like mold. Simple went back in and left it on the counter, didn't even ask to speak to anyone. I'm respectful to how difficult running a business is but this was just not right.
Can't recommend!

Order is NEVER right! Management really needs to speak to staff. In the last week alone, I’ve went through the drive-through three times received my order and had to go into the store because it was wrong - three times in one week! And the attitude from the staff I received when I went in was unbelievable!

The absolute slowest Tim Hortons. Their drive thru times are garbage but so are their walk in times

Ordered a roast beef sandwich got a chicken sandwich also order a Chai Latte it is the worst Chai Latte I have ever tasted the absolute worst Tim Hortons

I would go to a different location. There are Wasps and Flies inside the display cases crawling all over the baked goods

Every time we come here the bacon is soggy and the service is mediocre. They regularly forget items from our order

We came inside the store after going through drive through because they never gave us the hockey cards we paid for and they treated us as if we were liars and crooks. I didn't come here to be insulted over $4 worth of cardboard. What a joke

This tim Hortons is unpredictable (Whitby shores plaza). However I’ve been going and finally better service. I’ve been gettting the same lady in drive thru about 4-5 times I asked her name and I believe it was naheed. Dark hair with glasses. She is absolutely wonderful. She’s so polite quick amazing customer service. I was never going to go back but since she’s been serving me I’ve loved it. I even sent my wife and she also loves her service. So because of her we will continue to give this location another chance. Thank you for your amazing and efficient service naheed!
