Tim Hortons

This is one of the worst Tims I have tried to go to. I say tried because the poor girl at the counter is being asked to do too much while all the "attention" is to the drive through. I ended up leaving without ordering.

Cashier didn’t know what she was doing, didn’t listen, couldn’t do the scan and said can’t do it, another person had to do it for her, didn’t know where my order was and when asked about one on counter said no wasn’t mine, waited then asked again at that point she asked around and eventually it was mine cold, coffee was cold, won’t be back to that location

15 minutes for one coffee with only 3 cars in the drive. They didn't even make the coffeeright honestly the worse in the city

They closed at 10 PM on queenston street they rarely get your order right and when you order an extra large coffee its 3/4 full you have to ask them to fill it up the parking lot is normally nasty and most times people bug you for change here one of the worst tim Hortons around

Went threw there drive thru the didn't make sure the lid was on the cup and hit coffee splashed all over his hand and this lady sat there and said it was his fault I said ma'am I seen the hole thing the second u gave him the cup the hole lid came off like im never going here again

The brown at night shift.hates white people and the window chick name sarah majid.she is the " bicycle " of that tim hortans 440 st David's road.
I saw workers sleeping with there feet on tables.

Food and Service was fine but Everytime I come there closed or there staff have been rude tbh never coming here again

While I was waiting for my breakfast wrap a phone was being passed around while they where making my food I told the guy he has to use different gloves cause that's unsanitary

Pros:
1) Staff is nice
2) She kindly & voluntarily changed gloves to make my veg wrap, an awesome gesture

Cons:
1: food is bad
2: Very few dining tables- seemed like they discourage dining in
3: Absolutely no garbage cans anywhere to be found so you wander around with used napkins, cups, wrapping etc.
4: Place looks like from 90s

Tim Hortons is going down hill everywhere pretty much imo. Mostly people who unfortunately can't do the job, there's still the odd great one but this Timmies is struggling, always only one register, with one person doing orders while the rest all do drive thru! Apparently drive thru gets priority I'm told. The manager, he said his name was Punkage (im sure spelling is off) is the worst manager, told me once in the drive thru after I asked for the extra vanilla pumps and please put the extra pump in, (which I have to say cause my order is wrong 6-7 times out of 10) his exact words were ' you'll get what you get', that's how customers are being treated there. Another time a homeless man was in there and the manager (same guy) was kicking him out, so I bought him a coffee so he could stay inside (was winter) the manager didn't agree with that and continued to kick him out.

This is strictly for queenston st location in st catharines. Punkage if its his real name is by far the worst, most rude mansger ive ever met or scene. Who is he to say who i can n cant buy coffee for. Then to say ill get what i get! Are you serious. Even his own staff doesnt like him n recognize how much of a bad manager he is. Tim hortons going down the drain at this location.

Always full of homeless people, there was a woman who was injecting herself in the bathroom. The food is usually a 5/10 if they get the order right. Most times we order 2 or more coffees and at least one of them is incorrect. They have cut down on ingredients.

3 days in a row I went through the drivethrough on my way to work and ordered a coffee and a fruit explosion muffin and 3 days in a row I was given the wrong muffin which contains an ingredient I can't eat. The drivethrough was not busy any of these mornings so there is no excuse for this. This morning there was 1 car ahead of me.

Went through drive thru this morning, lady that took our order over intercom was pleasant, the man at the window did not acknowledge us and kind of shoved our bag with our breakfast sandwiches at me, he didn't say a word. 2 sandwiches 0 napkins.

Ordered 2 of the new Chipotle steak bowls.there were horrible, the rice was hard like a stone the lettuce was brown, I was no appealing, appetizing or edible. Through them out. I would give them a negative 10 stars I that was an option. The service was horrible. They Said to park and they would bring it out in 5 minutes.well 20 minutes later it still was not brought out, went in and it wasn't even made yet.

Worse tim hortons ever!

I ordered a coffee and a bagel belt for myself and an orange juice and a muffin for my 4 year old daughter we sat down and ate coffee was great and so was the sandwich. My daughter enjoyed her drink and food as well staff are friendly and do the best they can with what they have.

I was eager to treat myself to a box of 20 Timbits, but imagine my surprise when I opened the box to find only 16. I mean, what happened to the other 4? Did they disappear into thin air? Were they stolen by the Timbits thief in the night? I was left with so many questions and so little Timbits.

It's a sad day when you can't even trust a box of pastries to deliver what it promises. I feel like I was robbed of the full Timbits experience, like I was short-changed on something I was really looking forward to.

But, I tried to make the best of the situation and enjoy the 16 Timbits that I did have. I mean, it's not like I was left with nothing, right? But, deep down, I can't help but feel a twinge of sadness every time I think about those missing 4 Timbits.

I won't be ordering from this establishment again, that's for sure. If you want the full Timbits experience, I suggest you look elsewhere. 7/10 for the Timbits that were actually delivered, 0/10 for the missing ones.

Watched staff throw out a homeless person after they purchased a coffee. Before this person was seated they were told to leave. When I asked why this paying customer could not sit inside I was told to mind my own business! This tim Horton's thinks that it is ok to treat the homeless / customer like this.and dont give me excuses, this person did nothing wrong! Don't agree with this 3 star rating when the majority is a 1.would be a minus if I could!

When I went there they were confused try to give me somebody else's order gave me the wrong size coffee I had it corrected they only gave me one donut when I ordered two I had that corrected and then they tried charging me extra when the my order came up to what they charged me initially and wanted me to pay more

Homeless gent came in asking for a donut, was denied. I couldn't even get him one as the SIX staff behind the counter who all saw me waiting in line (ONLY PERSON in line) didn't acknowledge me, or even give me a "just one moment sir". They just blatantly ignored me. Not to mention public washrooms were all locked.
Horrible service. Do not recommend this location.
