Been going here for almost 20 years, the ladies that work here are awesome and greet me like a friend every time and put a smile on my face. They are efficient and accurate too.
Today 2 men I’ve never seen work there denied me paying with my $60 gift card and demanded a different form of payment, said if I didn’t like it I should call head office, and the people
behind me in line were more important than fixing the problem. No idea what to do with my $60 card balance on my account now. Should be a sign up that tells customers this information, (if it’s even the truth). I would have given my card to someone else before assigning to my account. I only go here because it’s convenient for a coffee, not much reason to go now.
Not the end of the world, but super annoying at the time. Shouldn't sell cards to people if you won't accept them. Not a good look.
I'll delete the review in a few days because I like the employees there a lot, but needed to vent. I've never had much luck with T. H.online support in the past, but will see what they have to say if they get back to me.
Update, after 6 days online support got back to me, and get this, they say, yes the employee is correct, it is tim hortons policy not to accept Tim Hortons gift card balances for payment.absolutely criminal. An elderly woman spent her money on that card and gave it to me.

Great service, fresh food, and hot chocolate for the kids. This Tim Hortons is amazing! Highly recommend!

Worst tim hortons, there was plastic in crispy cliantro wrap, and there was no cliantro sauce in the wrap, rice and chicken seems so old, and ordered small coffee double double but there was only cream in it, 0 zero sugar

Usually not bad, but today my order was wrong. Nothing like starting off your day with no breakfast because you can't eat what they gave you. Too bad Ross wasn't working the front cash, she's amazing!

Bad experience. I work in the area. I noticed that the staff in the evening not nice i find very rude. These 2 girls 1 may be name Tarun or arun & other one we are not sure very rude. They make fun of people.this kind of behaviour should not be tolerated. Manager should take it seriously & take some action pls. No customer service skills. Both Always speaking in foreign language. Very bad experience

Bathroom ALWAYS DIRTY (even had bags of clothes, boxes, backpacks, little appliances in stalls) obviously homeless have left it there? But for how long? THEY DONT CLEAN

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and jam omw to work. When I opened the bag I had to put the dressings on myself. Didn't have time to do that so I bought a bagel to leave it sitting there. I hope that isn't how they usually sell bagels because I can make a bagel at home.

Staff members were soo rude i just told them that every tim gives us toasted croissant why can’t you they just told us you can leave and go to others tim.
