Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed

I go to this Tim Hortons regularly and I really hope someone can get ahold of the company who makes their eggs because there have been so many shells in it that it's turned me away from buying breakfast quite a few times and again I just found an eggshell in my breakfast and it's not even something small that you know you chew and get over just cuz it tastes like sandpaper I had two pieces in my breakfast sandwich and now I have lost my, love the company I know they're doing the best they can but I'm extremely upset that the quality control is not what it should

Worst customer service …I went this afternoon.the supervisor over there was so rude to us for no reason …totally unprofessional

The food is fresh and very tasty. The attention is good. The place looks clean in general. The muffins, croissants and cookies are exquisite. They have a variety of flavors.

There are a lot of insects, flies, the air inside is hot, and the bathrooms have a bad smell

Was in at 8: 30 and the employee manning the cash decided to walk off and make his friends coffee before helping me (i was first in line) horrible customer service

Its May 2, early in the morning at 1: 00 am I came to This location in my break time! As usual I stop at speaker and no one took my order. I wait there few minutes and start saying Hello-Hello bt still same thing. I know something they are busy somewhere and Didn’t notice someone waiting on speaker. I try to honk frndly so they pay attention bt still no answer. Then I moved my car to window and try to knock on window bt still no answer. I knocked few time and honk loud this time bcz I saw lady was walking around. After few time minutes a lady came to window and start screaming on me and told me to go back to speaker and order there and slapped the window on my face. I am regular customer or Tims bt she said she don’t care. Anyway I didn’t move my car bcz there was no nearby Tims open that time. I car came behind me the she came to my window and start yelling on me and told me go back to window again to order. I told her u didn’t answer me I when I was waiting there…also told her I will put a complaint about her. She laughed on me… said she don’t care.when I asked her name and pulled my phone to record the moment she run away.that’s the experience tonight…

Jarred was kind and respectful.on top of that I got free smiles from the staff! I will make this my main go to location just because of the customer service I experienced here!

Very rude and unprofessional employee working there in the early morning. I rarely pay with cash, but decided to this morning and I asked the man at the counter to make sure I was giving him the right amount. I get my coffee and start to leave. The employee then goes over to the person working the drive-thru and starts openly ridiculing and mocking me because I had to ask if I was giving him the right amount of cash. The employee in question is always rude, obnoxious and sarcastic, basically throwing my coffee on the counter to me every morning. But to openly belittle and demean a customer? I’ve never seen that before. Obviously I won’t be going to that store ever again. I just hope that the employee is reprimanded in some way because that kind of behaviour is disgraceful and unacceptable.

I ordered 2 coffee today early morning unfortunately the payment system was not working and I couldn't able to buy the coffee. The guy who working there suppose to tell me the issue before I am ordering. He refused me the coffee at the pickup window. Really a bad experience for me

Have horrible experiences with this place. There’s a dark haired young guy that works drive thru that’s constantly rude and gives 0 effort into getting your order right. We ordered 3 things and they got 2/3 wrong. Went back to correct and STILL got a drink wrong. He childishly grumbled under his breath because he had to actually do his job correctly. We live near this location and would rather drive 10 mins out of the way to go to a different one than deal with them constantly always getting orders wrong everytime we go. Get better staff that aren’t rude little brats, people pay money and don’t want their drink and food consistently wrong delivered with attitude.

Was there around 8: 35p this evening. Was a great experience! All three employees working were friendly and happy to be there. They each offered my pup a treat. Honestly just a great experience. Thank you for making it a great night!

One of the affordable place to stop by in airport but disappointed Becs they don’t accept points like every other Timmies. Though quality and service is good.
