Tim Hortons

Staff couldn't put order on screen cause they were busy. All 6 cars were too much. Couldn't give a product price brake down. And an order for 20 assorted timbits got me 21 chocolate. I can have chocolate. The other thing was employee 1 and 2 had way too much attitude. I posted my discontent on my area Facebook page and will continue to post comments because as I was told there is no way of correcting the customer relations attitude.

This is a fast pace workplace. As a customer I appreciate the service I got. There was one issue I could have raised but that’s nothing against what Tim Hirton staff and entire store gives us. That’s commendable.
People comes with different moods and the part time workers handles every moods with respect and care. That’s awesome.

Time? Donuts
I didn't mean that negative, it is jus ALWAYS SO PACKED! Busy! But it's a great place in a great location and alot of ppl eat here daily cuz ITS GOOD! But it's like, I go at 9pm an it's "donut time" hahaha no seats, just ppl happily enjoying coffee and donuts
sorry for a hasty post this is most precision possible in explaining MY experience; food was good just too rushed.fa tory style nit home kitchen based "mons cooking" which is ok for Tim's.that's fair, a d what I expected and I'm satisfied and return regularly

Nothing like being ignored while standing in line waiting for ten minutes.
Then having the arrogant staff say “you’re welcome” sarcastically… as if we were supposed to thank them for terrible service.
It wasn’t even busy.
If you want courteous, friendly service… try another location.

The disrespectful behavior of the staff and the underwhelming quality of the potato wedges were major letdowns.

Watched her make the coffee for 3 customers then finally got mine waited 4 minutes at the window

VERY DISAPPOINTING EVENING MEAL: Again, I received a sub par sandwich at this location. Turkey bacon club, at $5.99, is severely over-priced for a bun, 1 thin slice of turkey, 2 strips of bacon, 2 tomato slices, half a leaf of lettuce, and mayo. My estimate puts store-bought ingredients at about $2. I can’t rationalize this purchase any longer.

Bad customer service every time we come here. This is the only store where they offer cold sandwich to customers, bad experience indeed.

I give this zero stars, I have been going to this timmies since it opened, I can honestly say that's its the worst, I come every morning to get coffee because it's convenient. In the last 2 months my coffee is never stirred or they just don't put sugar in it at all. Most times mildly warm. There always in such a rush even with no one in line, rudely asking what you want. I've even gotten to the point where I need to ask for a stir stick, when I order a coffee, it is because of convenience that I expect it to be what I'd like. I shouldn't have to go home or stop somewhere to stir my coffee or add sugar is the job that difficult that a simple coffee can't be right. Looks like I need to waste gas and go further to get a correct coffee. Disappointed daily no hope! Given to many chances

Went to pay for my order with legal Canadian tender I had withdrawn from the bank machine. When I handed the young guy at the till my money he refused to take it saying they are not allowed to take money that has a rip down the middle, listen if the bank machine spits out money that is legal tender I have no control how clean, new and crisp the cash is. Now imagine if someone has no other paper money on them or forms of debit to pay for their order because of a dumb store policy that refuses to accept the bank note. I should of refused my order and drove away leaving the store no option but to throw my order out and lose money. Ridiculous.

Just left the drive thru. The purple haired girl was rude. Coffee was horrible and super old. Apparently they were out of milk?

Bog standard Tim Hortons. A mere shell of its former self, like all others. Food and coffee is good enough but there really isn't anything outstanding to note here. Service here is indistinguishable from any other location, which is sadly par for the course with the corporatization of everything.

This particular location likes to keep forgetting my ranch dip when I order it with a side of potato wedges. It happens so often it's become comical, my kids and I play a game in the drive-thru predicting if they'll miss it again.

It's probably the most efficient location I've been to. The food was great, and it got out to me faster than I could use the washroom. It is a very busy but very efficient location.

It's just principle!
I brought a small double double today morning at 7.23 am and the price on board came up to 1.59 and with tax it came to 1.65 and the lady says to us before paying "sir 1.65 pls" and on the debit machine it's 1.67 which nobody notice. So I asked a person with glasses green frame, and the lady at the automatic small door, he said tim hortons and the bank only take 1.65. It's rounded up! But when I checked my debit It's showing me it's taken 1.67! Can someone explain why this 2 cents or 3 cents from all the customers on a daily basis for 365 days
It's not the matter of 3 cents, it's the matter of principle

Tim Hortons is so overrated. There was a time back in the '80s where you could get giant smoke infused donuts and bad coffee at a reasonable price.

The size of the donuts these days is laughable. The coffee is terrible. You'd only drink it if you'd never actually had good coffee or put so much cream and sugar. It's not even really coffee anymore.

Sandwiches are kind of like chewing on cardboard. Tim Hortons, what happened to you?

No complaints, sometimes it's great and other times not so great.just like any other food place. Polite workers and it's tidy

Had a herb & garlic pastry from this location… ended up with food poisoning several hours later. I wanted to blame the other foods I had during the day and the days before, but my girlfriend had the exact same foods as me except the pastry, and she was fine. I’m gonna steer clear from buying any food from this location from now on!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Tim Hortons in Adelaide and Sunningdale recently and was very impressed by the quality of the food and service. The food was fresh and the service was friendly and fast. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, an egg, and a sausage wrap. The sandwich was delicious and the egg wrap was even better. I also enjoyed the variety of pastries and other breakfast items available. Overall, I had a great experience at Tim Hortons and would highly recommend it for breakfast.

Drive through got served, I was left waiting in line with no one paying any attention for at least one minute. Service guy when we arrived was all smiles and nice.

Customer service here is horrendous. Went in on Family Day so the store was basically empty but there were still lots of workers in the store. The brown girl that took my order had such a terrible attitude. I asked if they had any more Boston Cream because I could clearly see a whole tray of them on the counter but for some reason she gave off such an attitude. When I asked for a cup holder multiple times because for some reason she had no idea what I was talking about, she barked "tray? ! ". Don't take your anger out on a customer just cause you hate your job so much. I'll be using a different tims location.

Their expresso machine is always broken! 10 person work crew we will never go there again!
