Tim Hortons

It would be great if they could just fill a cup properly. It used to be they were so full they’d leak everywhere, now they’re barely 2/3 full. Why should I pay for a large if that’s not what I’m getting? Stop trying to do so much food stuff and go back to basics. The experience (and quality) was always better

They get every order wrong every time. You would think that statistically they would luck into getting it right just once. But no. It's almost impressive.

Regulaly wait at the drive thru window for ages as the lone customer at the store only to be asked what my order was.

Last straw was the other night when I was told they didn't have enough chicken for 2 sandwiches, the manager says something in the cashiers ear and she says "actually we do have enough chicken". I get my sandwiches and they just split one serving of chicken between the two sandwiches!

I called and she said she couldn't refund it but could make me another sandwich if I drove back over there. But they're out of chicken, so how does that work? I tried to explain this to her but she simply could not comprehend it

If I ask what types of bagels there are, it’s because I don’t know what flavours there are. “We have them all” shouldn’t be the response.i unfortunately confused the cashier by ordering a “pumpkin muffin” instead of a “pumpkin spice muffin” as she told me they have never sold pumpkin muffins at Tim Hortons?
There was a huge crowd of people waiting for their orders, and the staff were just putting down drinks without saying what they were. By the time I left, there were 10 mystery drinks just sitting on the counter.

I ordered hot pumpkin spice latte, it took me half hour to get my drink after I ordered because they gave me the wrong drinks twice. I have finished my sandwich already before my coffee arrived. And it’s not a busy day. I will never come back on this branch.

Has to be the worst tim Hortons in the city of Ottawa! Staff is rude and incapable of doing there job correctly. Sat in an empty drive through for 5 min for someone take my order then when I finally got the chance to order the girl at the window didn't even acknowledge that she he kept me sitting there. Next step was to call, got the "supervisor" who refused to give me her name for me to make a formal complaint to the owner because she "didn't want this". Oh yea not to mention when i got to the window there was about 5 employees gathered in the back chatting like highschool kids. Asked for owners contact info, was again refused any information, so I'm hope him or her sees this and corrects these major issues with their establishment. This is not my first negative Incounter with the establishment but it takes alot for me to knock someone down and this was the final straw for me. Coffee lovers stay away!

Drive thru.sucks. Sat waiting for person at mic. Got nothing.went to window. Again took forever

Men's washroom is more often than not quite dirty. This Tim's location has improved, but that issue remains. I come frequently to charge my car nearby.

Night drive thru has best service the rest of day very very slow especially some days they do 1 car at a time

This morning at 10: 55, the lady order taker is so rude and dismissive, it's a turn off.while it's true it's a busy job, her job is to be still polite and nice, most people drive up to get a coffee and a bite to feel good not to be treated like a pest.

Consistently the longest drive through wait times, just waited almost 10 minutes behind a car that ordered 2 coffees.

One of the worst Tim's location I've been to. I have been here quite a bit, just because it is the closest location to me. It is ALWAYS a bad experience. Ordered on the app and went into the store 10 minutes later. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order which was just a Pumpkin Spice Latte. First they seemed confused why I was stood at the Mobile Pickup area. I pointed to the sign and advised them that was where people who order on the app pick up their orders. They didn't seem to know how to make the pumpkin spice latte, but 2 girls working there spent a little over 7 minutes trying to figure out the machine together. The end result tasted okay but looked questionable.picture is posted. My daughter went to the counter to order a Pumpkin Spice Muffin. Again, another server seemed confused. She looked into the muffins display area and came back to ask my daughter what she wanted "in it". My daughter explained it was a muffin and you don't put anything in it. Lol. All the tables were dirty here and it wasn't busy at the time we were there. If you want a good chuckle, go to this location and observe, and if you're in the mood for a nap, sit in the drive thru.it takes that long.

I ordered an ice coffee from ur automated cashier with no syrup and when i got my order it was made with syrup. The lady in drive thru gave me attitude and was rude giving me a hard time before i got what i ordered. She kept telling me i was wrong and refused to remake it at first

I ordered a blackberry quencher and it was almost all ice (do yourself a favor and ask for none). Secondly, the service atmosphere is bad. To start off, I always have to ask for a straw (one of them just tossed it) and there was only one cash open making the wait unnecessarily long. Lastly, some of the workers look miserable and it ruins the experience. I understand how nobody wants to work at these jobs but your negative energy effects others. I definitely wouldn't want to come here again but it's on my way to work so meh, can't be helped.

This is the slowest tim hortons I’ve ever been too. There is ALWAYS a line, expect to wait minimum 20 mins every time you go

I went there with my friends on July 26th at 9.30 p. Girl at the counter forgot to add timbits to our order. When we asked them if we can order again but their supervisor was so rude she kept telling us there are no timbits left when we can see they had plenty of timbits. She was in rush to get bus because it was late night maybe it was the last bus. She could have ask us with professional way. But she rude and kept demanding us to get out from the restaurant it was 9.50 and they suppose to close at 10.00. There was one senior citizen came to get coffee she was disappointed poor lady have walk by walk through window to order food.

Expected a bit more from Tim Hortons. Unfortunately the drinks were not at all edible. Tried cold brew with espresso hazelnut and Redeye cold coffee. Both were bad could not even take two sips.

Older lady that served us was inattentive. The staff were lost and confused. 15min later, our order of 2 iced caps was made wrong, they made it again and it was wrong again. Finally took it home and its still wrong. It was just an iced cap with Espresso. They refused to make food. Store was in disaster of a mess.

I just had THE WORST customer service experience ever. First, we had to wait about 5 min to somebody come to the cash, second she didn’t want to put an extra cheese in my farmers wrap bc it already came with one. I am paying for it! And third she had the worst attitude ever. She doesn’t want to work at all! The environment in this place is heavy and everyone looks mad!

Horrendously slow and made my friend and I wait like 25 mins just to tell us that a drink was unavailable.

Work faster, it's a fast food restaurant.
